It's about "Sportbook". The first time, you response to my post about "KYC" you share the story of getting KYC for 50$ and I respond to you again with a message game potential is most of the time "Sportsbook". In a recent post, you shared more detail about the promotion is about "Sportsbook". Not really surprise my speculationa are correct,with my 2+ years experience in gambling thread most of problem with casino especially KYC are more often from "Sportbook" user comparing to (Casino/Slot) user.

Sportsbook can make casinos lose more money compared to other game casinos like (Casino/slot), that's why they prohibited advantage users to play sportsbooks. How they do it ? by limited the bet size, prohibited the user playing on their casino, and the last things make them facing "KYC". Same happen on "Landbase" casino about BJ, they prohibited card-counter because even the counter still can lose so much money they prohibited them comparing to other user who are playing like (Roulete).

Holy moly! KYC for 50 bucks itself was outrageous, but KYC for 20 bucks along with so much documentation is just plain insanity. I never gambled at Bitsler and I will never recommend it just because of your issue.

Personally, I would submit KYC only if it's related to big withdrawals or if they find something legitimately suspicious related to my account.

Almost every casino never tell their users why they triggered KYC. They won't tell you if they find something suspicious about your account. Personally, I don't mind if casinos ask for KYC verification if I play 3rd party games and win a good amount of money. Or, I take any bonus and now want to withdraw the winnings. But, I never heard that a casino triggered KYC even though you never played 3rd party games or took any bonus or promo.

Now, when it comes to verifying KYC for $20, they need several documents, and they won't accept e-statements or e-bills. You have to visit your bank for the statement and visit your gas or electricity supplier office to get a physical bill, it might cost you more than $20 to collect them, and you have to spend your whole day. Who does that for $20?

Personally, I would submit KYC only if it's related to big withdrawals or if they find something legitimately suspicious related to my account.

But then one day you will hit a jackpot or win big (at least we should be hopeful that we will win big) and then all of sudden you will be needed to perform the KYC. At that point, some of the scam casinos may not accept your KYC because they know that on acceptance you will withdraw the winning money.

However, if you already had performed the KYC, then this issue may not arise and you may be able to withdrawal easily. But again you point of view is also right in a sense that doing KYC at all the sites only risks our KYC data to be misused.

I saw some Platinum 2 players are complaining in the Stake's forum because they get so low monthly bonus (even less than $5). I am Platinum 2 as well, a bit shocked to know that there are some complaints where platinum 2 players with higher wagering statistic and bigger loses get less bonus than me. Just for comparison, I wagered around $25k in the past 30 days, overall in positive (profit) and I received $59 monthly bonus which is basically the same as what I received last month ($55). Even surprising I saw some platinum 3 players also get less than $10, while they wagered more than me and they are in negative (loss). I think there must be something wrong with their bonus calculation system that affects some players. How much did you get as platinum 4?

Many people got 3-5$ Some have wagered like 75k and more and got 5$. There is 100% some mistake but of course the support says " its all calculated right". Yeah right, that's why all these people got the same amount.

Same happened some weeks ago with the post monthly bonus when many people just got some cents.

Eddie on stream said, those people have "bought accounts" or "multi accounts", so they know why their bonus is so low. Can't quite believe that. I also have 2 accounts, 1 of them inactive and they both still get a "normal" amounts and not these punishment amounts.

It really is time for some other site to step up, get some good incentives and pick up these unhappy stake users. There are more and more every day, that's a good opportunity to move them to their site.

But NikolaRa awarded it to a user with a higher multi but only had a bet of .089cUSD (bet was in 5PHP using tether). The promo had a minimum bet requirement of .10cUSD. NikolaRa's main justification was that "you can't play hacksaw slots below .10cUSD". This is obviously wrong.

I can give you some good advice.... DO NOT go up against the Stake mods. Some of them will not tolerate people challenging their decisions... and it might end badly for you.

I highlighted several "cheaters" in the slot hunts and I was ridiculed for it, so I decided to keep quite. This is still going on and I just decided not to waste my money and time to participate in the daily hunt anymore....

Just step away.... it might be better for you in the long run.

Am one of the lucky ones who was never asked KYC in any of the crypto gambling sites that I regularly play at most probably since I stick to in-house games way more often when compared to 3rd party games.

Exactly. It's best to submit KYC only when absolutely necessary in any crypto gambling site since it's a risky endeavour.

Seem like my prediction is correct, the monthly month are shared before weekly on date 13/14. I got 60$, I think could be me more but that's just my speculation because as you know from previous month and this month betting really2 good money.

This month I wagered around $75,000 and few hundreds dollar loss, I received $120 for this monthly bonus.
If it is true that the bonus is reduced (^{read: again}), it seems that sooner or later, rank will have no more benefits especially for the weekly/monthly bonus.
Anyway there is someone in the forum as Platinum 3 like you, he claimed that he wagered nearly $25k and he received $5 only (in this case you get better amount) 
It is surprising to see many Platinum 3 user get so low monthly, and I also heard that many users say their last weekly was much bigger than the monthly bonus.
Something that sounds really strange, how can monthly bonus is lower than weekly bonus.

$7 dollar compared to $102 dollar is sure very poor indeed, but then, I believe there is a reason for such a significant drop in the amount of bonus you got for this month, trust that stake will not just wake up and decide to give such a small amount to some one who has been earning in the hundreds, there are mechanics that determine how much bonus one is qualified for by the end of each month, and one example is in the area of wins and losses, those who lost more in the course of the gambling all through the month are sure entitled to higher bonus compared to those who won most of their bets/gamble in the same period of time..
I hope you know this already.

You are very correct, $7 dollar as a monthly bonus for platinum rank is laughable indeed, but like I said in my comment above, and I will want to rectorate the same, and also add that, yeah, bonus probably might have been reduced, what ever be the reason, that's up to stake and I honestly wish they can atleast give their users some explanation on this..

Secondly, like I said before, lets consider our win and losses, some one how lost more during the month maybe likely receive a higher bonus than the person who won more.

Again is in the area of the weekly and monthly income of the casino, I believe weekly and monthly bonuses are paid from the casino Weekly and monthly profit respectively, let's put that this into consideration, with growing user base, which necessarily or unnecessarily might not have impacted positively on the casinos Weekly and monthly profit, as such, bonuses might drop as well,..

Anyways, I am not Stake's spokesperson, I am just speculating on the possible reason why the bonuses are so low, it is absolutely up to stake to explain to their community why such a drop in the bonuses, or keep quiet about it.
