what we really need is a wallet update anybody want to do that?
Sidhujag has remained in the Source Administrator position until such time as a replacement can be found. Anyone interested please let me know. Hey Nova! I'm maintaining the Source code for the last 3 years. Look: https://github.com/coinzen/devcoin/commits Didn't know there was a position for it. Anyways I'm on charge of the source code by default. In charge of source code by default? What does that mean exactly? Have you made any changes to the code recently? - Nova By default, like in a sports match. We were a team of three people, now I'm the only one remaining in the team doing my best to maintain the source code. Look at the history of source code changes here: https://github.com/coinzen/devcoin/commits

I added develcuy as an admin at https://github.com/devcoin so this can become the official repo with the most recent source code.

I have control of the devtome.com domain but not any control of the server hosting the content
The devtome.com domain name remains pointed at the same server as of now, but without control of server administration we are at risk of losing that resource
Anyone interested or able to get the content from the devtome.com server please send a message to me so that we can coordinate moving it to a resource controlled by devcoin admins

Which content do you want to have moved from devtome? I can get it even if I have to scrape it. Is there a bounty for the work?
Have you gotten a host? I could setup hosting if needed, is hosting listed for a recurring bounty?

It's good to see consolidation of this project and its resources going on. This is the best sign I've seen for DVC in a long time.
I updated all the receiver files on my Github site earlier today, so now I'm caught up.

Which content do you want to have moved from devtome?
It is my assumption that the devcoin community would like the devtome.com doku wiki to remain in service. Please make your opinions known. If that assumption is correct, then we would need to export the doku wiki from the current server to a new server.

I am definitely for Devtome to continue to remain in service. I wish there was a way it could be better monetized and revitalized.

Very true Papa! It has been a very valuable asset for the community and it can do much better! We should revamp it someway...

I can integrate devtome with STEEM, so that users can receive STEEM and SBD tokens for their original content published via devtome.com, DVC bounty for authors will remain the same. I think nobody is unhappy with more profits

Hello again after a very long time. I finally found my way back here, it has been a couple of years and I am really sorry I haven't been around, we had some pretty serious family stuff going on. I now have to set everything back up again. I don't know if anyone will remember me, I was melodiem. I got an email from Nova chasing up Devtome admins (thanks Nova, I needed a kick) and I have managed to sign back into devtome and deleted the devcoin address my coins were going to. (hoping the thief gets some use out of them and karma slaps him around a bit!) I had lots of trouble getting back into this forum (the devcoin.org forum doesnt seem to be up?) but a new username seems to have fixed that but now I have hit a snag. In all the drama here my computer was stolen with my devcoin wallet on it so I am trying to setup a new one. I downloaded the windows one from devcoin.org but it wouldn't connect, it says no connection available so after uninstalling and reinstalling a few times I then downloaded the one from darkgamex but it wont connect either. Can someone help me sort this out? I know I was all over this a few years ago but I have to admit I am feeling very much like a noob and I need some help. We are on cyclone watch up here right now and I have to go move a boat tomorrow so I wont be able to check back for a couple of days but I promise to be back and to be just as annoying as ever I still love everything Devcoin stands for and hope I can help the community in positive ways Melodie

I wondered where you disappeared to! I had problems with my old forum account as well and had to start with a new user name.

It is my assumption that the devcoin community would like the devtome.com doku wiki to remain in service. Please make your opinions known. If that assumption is correct, then we would need to export the doku wiki from the current server to a new server. Definitely too much invested in DevTome to throw it away at this point. We might want to to look into creating an AdSense compliant content branch so that it can begin generating some cash flow as promised, though. We may want to think of some uses of blockchain that have come to be since DVC's conception. Chains like steem, for example. Could there be something that the DVC blockchain could bring to the alt coin table that is not already there? - Nova
