How long realistically do you reckon it will take to get a resolution and some kind of compensation check?

The court's deadline for filing claims is October 6th, 2014. It's my understanding that the earliest that any money would be paid out is some time after that date.

Would also depend on how fast they get funds. Buy out, liquidation or a combo of both. CRO can attempt to get finished product out maybe save the company... they need an infusion of cash to restart.

Thanks, I am still finding it really hard to get over what has happened, as a Bitcoin miner you take such a risk when buying equipment in the hope that you ROI, but to get totally robbed like this is really sickening! It's going to be really hard for me now as a Bitcoin hobbyist miner to ever earn back the 4.5k Hashfast have stolen from me!

Yep.. They sent a test unit to Dogie and he has a review up. The price sucks. So, whats fair for 1.1TH these days? Using low electricity costs and low difficulty increase, it looks like the unit will succumb to electricity costs in January 2015 after earning $728, or 1.99 BTC. Of course, all of these numbers will turn out to be wrong.

We have a definite answer to that question: 850GHs delivered *now* from US address (only local USPS shipping is paid) = 1.04 BTC https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=735728.0Power consumption just a bit over HashFast. So 1.1 THs should cost (1.1 / 0.85) * 1.04 = 1.35 BTC = 688 US$

Agreed. Why? And frankly, blaming Monica is getting really old and annoying. LB deal has been out of the picture for some time now. I am now starting to fear that we might all miss their proposition later on. I've been slowly catching up on this thread and court tapes. I think I did hear right when Ashley, the lawyer for the Creditor's Council, told the Court that in the Creditor's opinion, the chips were NOT a depreciating asset?! Seriously? What end game does the Creditor's Council want? It is getting very hard to understand and to believe in them. I had previously not taken any claims of conflict of interests at the Creditor's council leadership level seriously. Perhaps this was a mistake and the issue deserves to be revisited. This being said, even if true, it's getting really too late in the exercise to do anything about it. I wonder how much HF's assets left have depreciated with the latest rise in network difficulty.

Lb parent company banks in an Indian Ocean tax shelter. You still miss the deal now? They can close up and vanish like a fart in the wind.
