I can see that, you guys are amazing, you have a good platform, support and really works, 5 stars always I got a faster answer in my issues. but what I can see last 3 weeks you kinda got stuck, so please can you give a time line to this be solved? will be good to the user know that, we know what is going on, but we need a time line. for me the most important is to get my : Verified Plus Account Request I did on 25th of may and I still waiting for that.
tickets with 9 7 4 days waiting for reply: 250926 he most important a transaction was not received by me 245808 241550 223990 236995 to finish: can I refer my girlfriend to use my referral link?, I am afraid to this can be a problem because she lives with me and we gonna be sharing the same address. I saw this: not to create sub-accounts on CEX.IO and become a self-referral; I am not creating sub-accounts I am just afraid to this make loose my gains or block my acc. congrats for the amazing job you do guys , I can see you really works very hard. good luck!

My verification plus request has not been worked on neither since almost a month. Same for the verification of a payment card (Mastercard)
In addition, my verified payment card (VISA) does not work with their service according to cex.io, however I was not provided with a clear explenation why the VISA would not work.
Has anyone of you ever sucessfully withdrawn fiat to a payment card?

I'm using a VISA card that worked for several withdrawals in May, but it was spotty.. it would work, then get rejected, then work, then finally all attempts were rejected after June 1. CEX.io support is terrible because they continue to blame the problem on my bank (and I've already confirmed that there is no evidence of attempts to make a deposit that was EVER rejected by the bank--CEX.io is merely making excuses when they can't find the real problem on THEIR end). I also received a few separate replies stating that I needed to get my card verified... a really silly attempt to close the support tickets since the card was already verified. I've already taken my business elsewhere, but I wish they would get it together at CEX.IO because the payment card withdrawal is a great service, if ONLY it worked reliably, and the support staff knew what they were doing.

@monsterr thank you for the reply! - unfortunately I dont like to open a russian account (roubel).
@maikohoney: I received a response from the cex.io finance team tonight that says that they cannot name me any German bank that works for sure. Further, it states that the bank must support P2P operations for the withdrawals to work. - What bank were you using?
I'm wondering, however, if the bank is the relevant factor or the company issuing the card.

last two days they are online, I'm everyday there. Check your connection. Everything okay with my connection. All other things are working perfect, other exchanges also like bittrex, livecoin.. Only Cex is down for scheduled maintenance I try with all browsers but still same problem
