I've been waiting for three whole weeks for a SWIFT withdrawal initiated on 11 Sep 2017. I tried withdraw from another exchange with larger amount and it took only two days! Since you have already read until this post, you can see that there are other people that have similar problems to me. If you think a withdrawal period of three weeks is acceptable, go ahead and use CEX.IO services. Otherwise, you know what to do.

Dear CEX.IO, According to our discussion via ticket #342266, the Finance Team asked me to wait until 9 Oct 2017 to see if I will received the money. And I don't you will initiate the investigation process with the bank. I then wait. But somehow about 6 hours ago, my ticket was closed/resolved. Please note that you should not have done that since I have not confirmed that I received the money. I have been waiting for nearly a month (25 days or 19 banking days to be exact) for the payment. Still not received it and you just closed my ticket without asking me? What can I say here? Please don't do that again until I receive my money. I would suggest you start the investigation process now since I anticipate that I wouldn't received the money by 9 Oct 2017. Got 20000 USD withdraw to Canada since Sep.07, shows up as "COMPLETED" but never get my money, beware

Received my money today, but less the decimals... Cex, please make sure to add 0.47 EUR to my balance
The transfer was coming from CryptoCapital bank account from Poland Bank Spółdzielczy w Skierniewicach
Unfortunately, if Cex is involving CryptoCapital for their WIRE/SEPA withdrawals I cannot continue to work with cex and I reccomend anyone to stay away from anything that involves CryptoCapital. Read reviews...
And I'm sad for that, because I really like the platform's reliability and ease of use.

my username at CEX.io is up107829022. I am stuck with about 20K EUR in total for the third week! I received neither EUR withdrawals nor BTC deposits. This doesn't let me sleep at night!

hello cex.io may last withdraw of 100 eur ( 25 eur your commission ) ,, so i should receive 75 eur but my bank confirmed a 43 eur was transferred only ,, i double checked with my bank to see if they have subtracted commission for the transfer and they said they dont have deposits commissions at all . please investigate my issue , thanks

PLEASE CAN YOU REPLY AND SORT OUT THIS PROBLEM .
Below is one of my many recent emails sent to CEX.IO
They keep blaming my debit card , YET they made a payment to me back in JULY , nothing has changed my side , my card is the same , it is the same issue number and all details are correct and verified at CEX.IO end.
Of course CEX.IO sent me various cut and paste responses , but things do not look good for this company , people should consider moving there coins and money else where.....very poor support , very poor replies with lots of rubbish talked and poor excuses.

Hi , I am very very unhappy , I have re-spoken with my bank , they tell me everything you have told me is incorrect .
1) I do not have any incoming daily limit on my account , even if I did , i have not used the card. 2) The name on my card is correct , Initials and not a full name are perfectly normal. 3) why do you reject my payment , even though you sent me funds to my account around the 26th of July when I withdrew funds. 4) my card details have not changed at my bank 5) I have tried again today to withdraw money and once again you have rejected my request.
HOW do you suggest I go forwards with this ?
I need my money , IT is not a Problem at my side.
