Weekly lotteries are done, but the lambo lottery hasn't been done yet and this may confirm that the service is running on auto-pilot.
According to an old post made by TheQuin, unlike the weekly lotteries, the lambo lottery isn't done automatically.

I'm almost certain nobody is fixing anything. The random free WOF spins via email seems to be automated. I believe the issue is that their email servers are having trouble where their outbound queues are filling up. Every now and then a big stack of queued emails eventually fail (usually after 72 hours of trying to deliver), which means another batch are able to be delivered. Then the queues fill again, and we get nothing for days. That is why it is so inconsistent. I wouldnt take it as a sign that anybody is doing anything behind the scenes.

Yeah it would seem so, that whatever left working is automated. BTC withdrawals work without an issue, but that's a day 0 feature they had so that must be automated since start.

Yeah I believe bets are being paid, although i've not bet for a while and won't be in case I'm wrong. I think the only potentially "manual" thing is payments that are flagged (probably new or suspicious accounts), so I think there must be someone who is actioning those.

It would have been nice to have stumbled upon this thread again but without having to read queries, questions and concerns related to not being allowed to withdraw (or delays in withdrawing).

The bitcoin withdrawals are processed rapidly as these are still automated. There is a chance that they get back on track but do you want to take the risk? I cashed out all my FUN tokens with a huge loss but it is better to still get something for it than to loose it all.

Maybe from the 10 lambos they have giveaway all can be verified, because I remember one of the winners is a fairly active player in this forum and if I'm not mistaken he prefers a prize in the form of Bitcoin rather than a physical lambo.
If the lambo prize from freebitcoin is a lie of course the winner will find this forum to make accusations of cheating and as far as I remember I have never found any accusations about the lambo prize, so before all these problems arose freebitcoin was a very trustworthy casino but unfortunately there are many problems currently in this casino.

Unfortunately, there have been some issues with freebitco in the past months and the support is not responsive to the complaints, but as far as I know, bitcoin withdrawals are working fine and I hope you will have your withdrawal processed soon.

I remember cases in which people couldn't withdraw their fund and they were banned due to abusing the website.

I would say give it some time and wait. Yes, many people say site is abandoned, but take into consideration its holiday season so they might be out drunk.
If it's not paid out by lets say January 15th, then i'd say be worried then.

I find that a bit weird to panic like that if the delay announced of 24 hours hasn't even expired to be honest. If you have made big winnings and you're about to withdraw a large amount it's normal to get a manual review. They seem to have undergone some attacks during last months, especially attacks on customer side so they won't let someone making a large withdrawal withtout reviewing it. You wouldn't be happy if a hacker had been able to quietly withdraw all your balance IMO. Their "review" usually takes several days, less than one week though.

As you stated, having to wait for withdrawals is something a website of this stature should not be experiencing therefore I am surprised their website was not forced to close. Instead, it has been ongoing even though their customers have faced huge amounts of problems on their platform for a long time.

Of course because if you promise that you are going to give 10 lambos, through your respective draws, what you have to do is to give them. Not giving them would be illegal, it would be cheating people.

This means that their forms of withdrawal: “Auto” “slow” and “instant” do not make sense because of what has been said and because there have sometimes been delays even in withdrawals of low amounts. They could put a notice saying that due to hacker attack withdrawal processing times may vary, or something like that. But we already know that communication with customers has been practically null for almost a year now.

Considering so long wait times for FUN withdrawal I believe it is far better option just to sell them for BTC and send BTC to your address, after that rebuy them on exchange.

BTC withdrawals are much faster mine was done within one day.
