This is understandable from your perspective. You just want Cloudbet to return the funds you say they stole from you and you want a commitment from them that they will not scam anybody again. It is not fair that they have held on to your funds for so long and you are not happy about it. I really hope they login here and read the posts users are making about them, their reputation is really falling to pieces now so it is in their interest to try to resolve this issue with efxes as soon possible. I hope Cloudbet start engaging in meaningful dialogue with efxes which results in him being returned his funds so we can all move on from this incident. I also have zero against cloudbet. I just want my money back and for this to never happen to others.
Cloudbet been doing this same type of holding user funds before and now they have same issue again after they regain reputation. I'm still waiting about cloudbet official reply about this issue before I jump in to a conclusion, But the timing of there being offline in the forum is too suspicious, If they are really responsible, They should still watch the case after they release there last statement. I've got a feeling that cloudbet really hiding the truth on this. They will never release the official transfer history of OP because if they are really willing to solve this case, They will post all the transaction for transparency at the first place.

Even a user is cheater, company should never publish all their deposit, gamble, trade history and identity documents in front of community eyes. Those details can be used for doxing, and other things. It does not mean a company does it because they don't have any evidence in hands. I think the discussion and the accusation should be halt a while till Cloudbet is active on the forum and leave their confirmation again. They said the case is closed but let's wait for more updates from them next few days.

Please return the money cloudbet. I am desperate for a resolution I need the funds back that I deposited in that day. That is why I requested the cashout. after losing some. I deposited the deposits one after the other after the other without losing them, just firing away. Then when it was time I requested a cashout because I took my shot, I lost some back, and then I requested cashout the deposits.
Cloudbet is saying because total deposits over 3 month period was less than total withdrawals, they're entitled to wait for my next deposit and take it by force. Not OKAY. RETURN THE 67 BCH NOW.

They should post some statement regarding on this case since many people want to here some news regarding on the latest development of the case since the amount involve. If they will still hide in their skirt for sure more hatred well came unto them. It is not like that.

The Cloudbet account here has logged in today but has not commented on what is happening with regards to the issue related to efxes and that is not good conduct by them. I also need to give them time before coming to a conclusion but so far all the evidence is stacked against them. Cloudbet, please make contact with efxes and come to a mutually agreed end to this issue. My advice would be for efxes and Clloudbet not to disclose how the stalemate ended but please settle it so we can all move on. Thank you Cloudbet been doing this same type of holding user funds before and now they have same issue again after they regain reputation. Please return the money cloudbet. today he entered the forum and did not respond to anything that means he doesn’t have time or the decision is final and doesn’t care about any opinions anyone is leaving here. what is strange is to see that there is little support for the flag that you created, it seems that many people are undecided about whether to leave negative feedback on the cloudbet account and support the flag or if they expect cloudbet to resolve this situation. But if they have not shown solidarity so far and have not returned your money to you then I doubt that they will be back in their decision and return your money to you unless they realize that their reputation here will be bad. Cloudbet is saying because total deposits over 3 month period was less than total withdrawals, they're entitled to wait for my next deposit and take it by force. Not OKAY. RETURN THE 67 BCH NOW. you are not responsible for errors on the site. they are responsible for taking care of their website and making sure everything is going well, they cannot blame you for their mistakes.

This was just posted in the Cloudbet scam accusation thread over here at https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=5277995.20here is the post: This is spot on.
Basically, let's say I ran a sportsbook. Any time there's a winning account over a set amount of time, I can do the following:
I can mis-grade a wager so that all bets are voided after that if they win (but if they lose it, nothing happens).
I can also: wait for their next big deposits. If they lose all of it, no problem. If they win, I freeze the account and find ways to either hold the funds for many many days and not pay due to fraud investigation, or immediately come up with a guilty verdict for a TOS.
It is criminal

My man. Steer the conversation away? This site just stole $15,000 from me, anyone can see what is happening. And you're continuing to give your action to the site knowing what they are doing? Please wait until they pay me back before you support this site. It is a disservice to the community to support the site knowing they are stealing money from a winning account using brute force tactics. No offence intended, but I’m heavily invested in the election. As you can see here ( https://bitedge.com/odds-comparisons/us-presidential-election/), Cloudbet offers the best election odds. I need to get value from my position. No other book can compete atm and markets have been fluctuating since Trumps positive covid result.

the site is going to start having shill accounts come into the thread and steer the conversation backs to sports betting in order to divert attention and save the site $15,000 so they don't have to pay the deposits back and can keep the last deposits of a winning account. Look at what I sent them. This is $20,000 that I sent the site that day, and I withdrew $15,000 and they refuse to pay me becuase overall over 3 months my account had won just slightly more than that. https://miro.medium.com/max/700/1*jp9TPFTLKlWawxh3en6dFg.png Fwiw, I think @Cloudbet should just send back your last deposit ($20,000 or $15,000 I'm not sure?) and then close your account and move forward. Considering they paid out a 330btc win after disputes some years ago I don't see them ruining their entire rep for a measly ~1.5-2 BTC here. Time will tell, but I've worked enough with Cloudbet in the past to know that they should want to do the right thing.

I agree, they did return 330 BTC in the past after withholding it but that had a significant amount of pressure involved as many users in the forum were involved providing their point of view. There has been activity in this case from users but somewhat less than that particular case, maybe that it why Cloudbet are not focused on resolving this. Maybe that would be the right course of action, they should just return his funds then we can all move on. efxes would have no reason to use Cloudbet again and would have no reason to post about them here again. Cloudbet would no longer have to read posts about this case or justify their course of action. Fwiw, I think @Cloudbet should just send back your last deposit ($20,000 or $15,000 I'm not sure?) and then close your account and move forward.

I appreciate that but let me make note of a few things: #1 rep already has made very angry remarks towards me in PM's on bitcointalk and also in this thread remarking that "case closed, you can't have those deposits back for 75 BCH because the account was in the green". #2 The economy is down, betting volume is down, and more sportsbooks are popping up in the space every day. these sites have hired a massive workforce and likely cannot keep up with paying them due to the fact that less people are risking their hard earned cryptocurrency in a down economy. These sites are going to start exit scamming sooner or later.

FYI, 'ordinarybloke26' account trying to stir up interest in the presidential betting odds is a clear shill account for Cloudbet. Few reasons why: Steering attention away from the stealing/scams by cloudbet trying to keep the content about sportsbetting (yeah but if you bet sports there and you don't lose, they may not pay you depending on the weather or the day or the economy). ordinarybloke26 is such a "can i please blend in" type of screen name. Presidential betting is a huge money grab for sportsbooks just like stealing is. The bets are tied up for months, and the sportsbook can use that money elsewhere in the meantime and invest and make a return in the markets or whatever they do with money like run other illegal businesses with it. AND THE MOST DAMNING EVIDENCE: another brand new account called 'cryptofiend01' https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?action=trust;u=2849561 has 4 total posts. The first one being a US presidential odds thread, the 2nd being another absolutely random no value post. The third defending cloudbet in a thread stating Cloudbet needs to be booted from the forum, saying that people are trying to "smear" cloudbet because they are likely a competitor. And the last post? A no value post just saying "bitcoin moon" or something on a thread. And after all this? They have left positive feedback for ordinarybloke26 here https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?action=trust;u=2849561 stating that he is a good dude or something. The shill accounts boost each other up and it's so obvious, and they defend the site and try and steer the conversation the way they want. Cloudbet: you are spending MY $15,000 or $20,000 that I deposited to the site to use for reputation management and turning your scams into profitable marketing ventures. I hope that people are waking up to this. Cloudbet: Please return the deposits I made on the day you stole them. THESE ARE MY DEPOSITS ON THAT DAY THAT I REQUESTED 67 BCH CASHOUT. I WANT THEM BACK NOW. NOW. now now now now now now. 24 bCH + 20 BCH + 16 BCH + 3 BCH + 11 BCH = 74 BCH in deposits on the same day I requested a 67 BCH cashout. You don't want my action. Fine. Return the money doesn't matter if it's an account that is in the profit. I will never use your site again, I need my deposits back.

I don't understand how it could have come to this that Cloudbet has made so many victims. The only thing you can try is to contact the Gambling Control Board in Curacao (according to the website they still have a license there). I don't think they want to risk that for $ 15,000 anyway. In the least favorable scenario for you, they are obliged to return you the money from the deposits in any case. Just don't give up and persistence wins, as the saying goes. Together you stand strong with other victims. The fact that they haven't responded here says enough about their deliberate bad intentions and extremely unprofessional behavior. Apparently she doesn't care. It's good that they have a yellow card now, but they have to compensate their victims first.
