Yoga works for me.
Unlike traditional banking where clients have only a few account numbers, with Bitcoin people can create an unlimited number of accounts (addresses). This can be used to easily track payments, and it improves anonymity.

The best way to deal with it is to remove what's causing it. If you run away from it, it will still be chasing you.

I usually sweat it out. Either I go to gym or do a sport. Then have a long comfortable dead log sleep.

If stress is due to work, then you need to take the day off .. stress affects very badly on the body and the immune system. You can travel to the nature to breathe air, make an appointment for a relaxing massage of the whole body, go to the gym and beat a pear or run.

The only way to prevent yourself from stress is to think positively and to enjoy what you are doing.

Exercise, go to bed at a suitable hour and get enough rest, keep clean; eat healthy and always keep in mind that worrying will not get your problems solved - it will only make them worse.

I think you must have some good relax music to deal with stress. Or maybe have some hobby, which relaxes you.

Control your feelings and emotions. If you're tired, give yourself a break. Do not kill yourself. Relax and be positive. Do anything you want for a day. And then, right after that, go back to work and be productive.

Best thing to do is do exactly what you want to do at that exact moment, don't plan it fore you won't know how you'll feel at that moment. Do it whenever you feel like doing it. Pretty soon stress will be something that will remain in the distance.
