Wow! DRK dropped to 0.013? LOL! I was expecting the drop a while ago and was planning to buy at 0.016..
Good thing craptsy kept me busy and I was not able to put my buy order  Grin Grin Grin

Yea , for some perspective DRK was .0165 just 2 days ago!   So, at .015 relatively still dead cat bounce area.

I'd personally like to thank AlexGR for keeping us up to date with dev convos in IRC test channel. I was in the main channel (#Darkcoin) but not in the test channel and I suck at IRC so I was relying on Alex for info. Thank you!

To recap:
XC shitty implementation
DRK not working
XMR bloating hard
Zero____ sketchy as fuck
BlockChain.info CoinJoin implementation not even working

ITT we all lose. It seems no one can get it right.

(BBR) Boolberry coin fixed the bloated blockchain problem through use of transaction identification by prefix as well as removing dust from the blockchain in general resulting in a much smaller sized block database compared to XMR.

Bloating issue of Monero mainly come from countless dust transactions of pools. It has been fixed now with new pool software.

Boolberry use same technology as Monero so the difference is not much. BBR has smaller blockchain because it's new and don't have many transactions as Monero.

Boolberry is being raped by guys with Private Gpu Miners, which atm gets them 7,000 boolberry per day, yes youve seen right, 7,000 per person with the private gpu miner. I saw a 80,000 boolberry sell order yesterday for 300 btc. Thats from 1 guy and boolberry is newer than monero...Boolberry also has a 1% mining fee to the developers. that coin sucks hard.

Boolberry is prett much dead, 90% of the coins are in the hands of those with the private gpu miner...Want proof? check poloniex sell orders...and do the calculations yourself

@cryptozoidberg is legit. Don't sit here and talk shit you armchair developer.

Name a coin that isn't getting farmed by a massive GPU/CPU cluster - there will always be people with big money willing to make big money.

Hmm. So taking a 1-3% mining fee is ok for pools but not the people actually working on furthering the development lifecycle of the coin? Never really understood this argument. Pool owners take the coins dump them on the market then turn around and add support for other coins ultimately ending up becoming a multi-pool - which contributes nothing to the development of the coin. Yet if a developer takes a 1% fee either from a pre-mine or mining fee to give for bounties which contribute to the progress of the actual coin then it's suckcoin?

So what you're saying is to make a good coin a developer needs to develop the coin, then hire rigs to mine the coin he developed. Then from the proceeds the developer earns from mining he is supposed to then turn around and give those away for bounties and promotions? After all of that the developer makes himself available 24/7 to ridiculed because a coding issue her might of missed while he was working for free.

Hmm I wish I could hire an employee that gives all his wages back to me, pays for all the businesses operating costs and lets me bitch him out when he made a mistake or the business isn't doing good. Meanwhile I'm making money trading shares of the business and not contributing anything to it. Sounds like a perfect world.

Maybe its a case of reaping what DRK Fudders have sown, the massive FUD attacks on XC...  And look who is laughing now

XC - XNODES working, Anonymous technology (multipath implemented) - yes it worked - no fork - Oh and a top tier pro dev who knows what he is doing.

DRK - well we can see where DRK is... Fork anyone?
Better call the Karma Police?
You miss the point that xnodes are useless, even when working.
Please elaborate. XCNodes are currently a much better system, and most importantly, they work.
Owwww. And they're not closed source. Imagine all the problems darksend probably has if Evan can't even fix this?
You understand the part where Xnodes are actually not doing much of anything right? The part where Masternodes add something actually unique and their purpose is not just anonimity but proof of service?
You know XNodes run from inside the wallet right? There is no need to separate the two. So the issue above you think you've solved isn't actually an issue at all, just one DRK has created

Judging by the fact XC is up 10% since DRK forked looks like a few of the fanclub are realising... XC is a superior coin with a much superior dev.
VRC already has working anon and will be releasing a ring based decentralized and trustless anon in the upcoming version.  All without the block chain bloat that affects the cryptonote based coins.

Chill out dude.  Just trying to lighten the mood with some movie quotes.

First one was from The Matrix

The last one was from the Game of Thrones.

Why so serious!

(ps - this last one was from The Dark Knight)

Hey, guys, lurker here. I've been reading a lot and looked at a couple of other coins and I know that people are feeling frustrated that this hard fork for the second time didn't go as planned. Although I'm quite new to the bitcoin scene, from what I can tell this is just a small hiccup to development. It seems the developers ARE doing things right (the issues this time were less serious than last time and were able to self-correct); it's just taking them a while. I think we need to remember the DarkSend IS WORKING (although there's are a few limitations to it which will probably be able to be fixed fairly soon after MN payments come out).

Although there are some problems with masternode payments right now, it seems clear to me that improvements are being made (while slowly) and that DRK is the clear leader as it is currently the only coin that actually has the ability to sent coins anonymously RIGHT NOW (although with limitations). Just my personal opinion though.

How is it affecting you? Darkcoin isn't working for you? No one should be worried unless they are wanting masternode payments right away

Judging by the fact XC is up 10% since DRK forked looks like a few of the fanclub are realising... XC is a superior coin with a much superior dev.

So when your coin was going down as Cryptcoin was going up, and you were panicking about what was going on with Crypt and why were people buying it instead of "superior XC" what did that mean for XC? That Mindfox is better and "superior" to Dan?

These superiority stuff is bullshit.

Satoshi = brilliant guy that invented TRUSTLESS transactions which solved a decades old problem, not through a "trust learning algo" but through proof of work. Nobody disputes this.

XC = a coin that is "superior" because it goes back to trusted transactions, taking people back to the original problem that should have already been solved.

Apparently XC's dev should have also written a paper on why Satoshi is a fool and why we should all have trusted transactions instead of trustless. He is after all the superior dev of all altcoins.

You obviously don't keep up with the times. XC will be trustless with multi-sig in Rev 2.

Any other arguments?

You said you have the superior coin, when it used TRUSTED transactions. I don't need to make any other argument, you just made a fool of yourself.

All this superiority talk I hear from day one.

Dan makes a centralized mixer "wowwwwwwwwww we did more than DRK did in months"... just for making a centralized mixer, lol.

Then he makes the "decentralized" trusted mixers that lost coins and you are like "WOOOOWWWWW FIRST WORKING ANON", lol.

Now you are telling me, ok I'm not really superior, but one day I will be.

It's june 20th 2014. I've heard about the NSA-proof Rev 2.0 for over a month when it was supposed to be delivered in 2-3 weeks.

=> https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=600706.msg6932856#msg6932856

...and we haven't even solved the issue of trusted transactions.

So, instead of being here and being happy for the problems of others, go back and solve your own problems. It's more productive.
