With this thinking you will get nowhere in life.
Precisely. Which is why the loser is here trolling instead of being productive and making a profit. Too stupid to pull of either one...

I only wish I could afford to tip you!
What, with all that money you make off of setting up peoples' masternodes for them? You can't spare a measly 0.1DRK?

'sok. I tipped him for you. DRK Welfare already in action...

No. No. No.  Not Jeff Garzik too.

Quote
Jeff Garzik, one of the core developers of the Bitcoin software, stood before an audience of about 40 cryptocurrency enthusiasts and told them something that no one in the room wanted to hear. “Sorry,” he declared. “Bitcoins aren’t anonymous. [The currency] is more private and more anonymous than your credit card or PayPal. But it is less private and less anonymous than just face-to-face cash transactions.”

Oh, my lordy, lordy, lordy. You had that eCash and you sold it for scamcoin.

Oh, my lordy, lordy, lordy. Those trolls, they gonna get your eCash back. They gonna troll darkcoin for a rollback. That's plan B. That'll work.

ha ha. you shold your eCash, when you should have hodl your eCash, just when it was about to be born.

I still dispute the notion that merchants are going to embrace Darkcoin.

I don't think an IRS or SEC  is going to appreciate the beauty of Darkcoins anonymous transactions.  Both of which businesses are required to submit to audits on demand.  So lets just close that door.  Businesses will never embrace Darkcoin.  It makes a nice soundbite when marketing the coin to potential investors but that's about it.

So when random guy walks into a cafeteria and purchases a sandwich and pays with cash, you have to investigate where he got that 10 dollar bill?

EDIT: sorry for responding to clear trolling but just in case someone else hasn't thought this through I decided to respond.

This coming from the original fudster in the thread.  They must have really gotten to you.  Or is it that you got in on the instamine yourself?

It would be so hard to realse a coin with compiled wallets? Oo
No but it would be hard for dev to instamine with them.

Oh, man.

The Bitcoin Foundation Chairman is at it too.

Quote
Privacy is extremely hard to come by on the Internet. Bitcoin itself is not very private right now.

Publication of the owner of a single Bitcoin address can yield an incredible amount of personal financial information, information that cannot be put ‘back in the box’ – it will be available forever, encoded into the blockchain. This is the sort of information that law enforcement agencies would typically need to subpoena a bank for; instead right now we offer it to the entire Internet.

Oh, man. Trolls need to be running dat Bitcoin Foundation.

Ha ha. You sold your eCash, when you should have hodl your eCash.

Trolls will get that eCash back. Don't you fear.

A troll's definition of premine/instamine: "Any coin mined before I heard of it."

I was in on the March Instamine, and added to my fat stacks during the July Instamine.

What about the rest of you? I hear there's some pretty good instamine going on right now... Maybe again tomorrow...

Yes many of us sold our Darkcoin.  But we sold it for a profit so if we wanted to get back in we can have twice the Darkcoin we already had because of the depressed price.

I don't know why you're making fun of people that actually made a good investment decision and sold high except out of jealousy.  If you've been holding since the highs then you are a very poor investor.

Anyway, I don't really care where the price goes.  I have 155 DRK that I had forgotten about and I'll just hang onto those.  If I put in any buy orders it will be in the low 9s and mid 8s.

You know what they say.

When there is blood in the streets it's time to make money.

There was one guy on here that used that phrase frequently.  I wonder how much of this blood belongs to them.  Did they ever get that Tesla?

The most technically solid way to create an anonymous Bitcoin, is to create Darkcoin?

WTF. Man, dat Evan, lucked out. Right place, right time. Could have happened to anyone. Beginners luck. Must have found a manual on eBay.

Ha ha.

You sold your eCash, when you should have hodl your eCash.

Ha ha.

Trolls gonna get your eCash back. That's the Plan B Coin, right there. BRB.

I seriously wish I could reach through the screen and fucking punch these cunts in the fucking face who are selling. STOP FUCKING SELLING YOU STUPID FUCKING CUNTS FUCK YOUR EXISTENCE. I hope you're taking a shit on an airplane and the negative pressure sucks your intestines out your asshole.
Why? 'Tards are where we make our money. Be glad of them...

Besides, it's pretty obvious by observing the buy/sell books that this is being botted down.

Save the good verbal abuse for some actual human beings... ;-)

Hey, what gives?

Give, and you shall receive.

Dance donations, dance!

Not that anyone is gonna care, but I believe you are using an outdated backgroud from the original whitepaper  Wink

I take my job here very seriously. Which background would you suggest?

Not sure if this the best of ideas, but I guess it is a good opportunity to post again the last darksend charts  Wink

I'll use the occasion to remind everyone to read what to expect from RC4:
https://darkcointalk.org/threads/development-updates-july-7th.1735/

And the comments Evan did a few days after that here:

Sorry to hear you lost faith in the project. Also, sorry you're going to be getting out at a horrible time (right before I announce I have EVERYTHING figured out to make Darkcoin mainstream?).

Over the past couple of days, I've made huge leaps in the Darksend technology. In fact, RC4 will be the final solution to Darkcoin's anonymity. The client will automatically look at all of your funds and it will be able to tell which funds are not anonymized, if it finds non-anonymous outputs it will run them through a darksend with other clients. After that process, users can send without Darksend using the anonymous outputs for instant transactions without waiting for other nodes (with no upper limit on transaction sizes).

The other thing you're missing is that there is a reason I forked Bitcoin. Adoption for Darkcoin will be MUCH faster and easier for vendors, because all of the APIs are the same.

Expect more news in a few days. I have lots of work to do, but soon we can start testing all of this new functionality.

Bump.

Do we really need to keep doing this. Why not start an undmoderated thread and leave this one unlocked for the sake of fairness? A lot of us keep trolls on ignore but it is not helping because some guys are taking it personal and keep quoting trolls or getting into arguments with them, intentionally because of tag teaming, or unintentionally because they might be new.

This thread has run its course. It is quite possibly one of the worse threads out here in BitcoinTalk. I have seen several coin threads turn into dust exactly the same way. It took hardly one or two trolls to derail the discussions.
