Since you are changing some things for the worse., why don't you change other things for the better

Quote
LTC payouts below 10 LTC are decreased by a transaction fee of 0.1 LTC. (to cover fees the litecoin client automatically adds.)

I mean, im an small miner, and this is an insane moneygrab that sends small miners very far away. Even throwing that lie in there that the litecoin client automatically adds. When all it adds is a 0.01LTC fee, but you grab 0.1LTC right there. Nice move

Where did you get 0.01 fee from?

Is my mining hash rate supposed to be so crazy low on coinotron?  I'm seeing like 290khash when I have about 2000 going at it...I know it can vary a lot but I'm getting worried it's not working right.

New to PPCoin here. are 90% stales normal with reaper?

I am reporting 1.7ghs in reaper but site showing about 1.5ghs even with high report stale ratio.

I am assuming reaper just not report correctly?

I strongly recommend you using RBPPS worker type for PPC mining.

Do you have a stratum difficulty limit setting for the pool. I see in cgminer it is 128 right now for ltc. Where can I lower it as my shares per minute is terrible right now?

Tired of substandard power distribution in your ASIC setup???   Chris' Custom Cablez will get you sorted out right!  No job too hard so PM me for a quote

Did you set the payout address?
Did you waited for at least 25 minutes?

So, is your ddos protected just a banner or? Or is it you can't handle the load? Either way, 25% stale on PPC and so much downtime.... Damn you're lucky you're the only one around... Or not I guess if you can't handle it..

Protection is working. Problems are caused by two overloaded getwork pools:
1. PPC pool is based on getwork protocol. When Bitparking has been closed all miners pointed their rigs to Coinotron - ca 700GH/s
2. Still 30% of total LTC hashrate is from getwork pool - ca 700MH/s

Stratum LTC, TRC and BTC are unaffected by these performance issues.

To LTC miners. Please switch your mining software to stratum compatible. You will have a lot less stales !

I decided to close TRC and LTC getwork pools.
As of today there are less than 10% of total Coinotron'c TRC and LTC pools consuming more than 50% of server resources.
TRC and LTC pools will be closed on April 06 2013 12.00 UTC.

Please switch your miners to stratum LTC and TRC pools.

Great news!  pool is allready droping much more shares than a 2 weeks ago. this will fix it and give a lot of time to apply vardiff before next LTC and other alts eruption starts. I knew you would figure something out. it looks like Balthazar was right from the begining to close getwork. I was wrong to advice keeping it and introduce auto-stratum-swich. well, I would be right if not the 1000% pool hashrate increase Cheesy .

Has PPC payout been fixed? Or is it manual right now? 176 confirmed coins not moving for half a day.
I know, RBPPS is less stress, but i am willing to pay 12% for "quick coins".
