It is very annoying to watch the Test matches of Bangladesh. They have been weak in the Test format for a long time. Neither their players nor their management has the will to do well in the Test format. At the moment, none of the players in the Bangladesh team except Liton Das can collect runs regularly. At the same time their bowling lineup is very weak. They can't determine which of their bowlers are suitable for which type of pitch. If this continues, they will go down further in the test ranking.

Bangladesh team is strong in ODI format, but they are too weak in test format. BCB should take proper steps to improve their players capability in test matches. Recently they have removed Mominul from the test captaincy as he wasn't doing well, then they removed him from the squad as he continued with poor performance. Bangladeshi players should bring some changes on their playing style in test matches.

After losing first test matches now they are having very bad time in second test match as well their batting is completely down with no one able to give some stand right now West Indies is having very good time, and they can win this second match as well which is going to be good for them. Mominul is having very bad time because he is completely fail in batting and his poor captaincy is also bringing them down.

It's time for BCB to act quickly and have some strong domestic changes for better results in test format because without strong domestic set up they can't survive even they can go down against Afghanistan and Ireland which are new but having some better quality which can give them higher rank in test format.

England next target would be one off test against India, this won't be easy one for India.

I am really shocked with the result of this test series because I was expecting some good competition between these two teams which were level in quality but suddenly changes in England camp bring some good for them, and they were able to displace New Zealand by big margin of 3 - 0 which is also shocking for visitors because they have quality bowlers and batsmen but still fail to have their best result now it's time to act quickly specially after winning WTC-2021 having results like this are not acceptable.

In England camp Potts, Root and Bairstow all done amazing job and achieve their best after humiliating last season in Australia and West Indies now after just three days they are going to face India which is going to be tough for both teams but for me after having result against New Zealand like this England is hot favorite to win.

If I'm not wrong, there is internal politics within the team/board. When the board isn't free to do the tasks, surely there arises issues like this. Another thing I dislike with few Bangladesh players is there behaviour in the matches when they take wicket. The acts should not hurt the batsman, but some players do it purposely.
