Today, 3 matches of the Under-19 World Cup are being held now. The teams have decided to bowl after winning the toss in all the three matches. Is there any extra advantage on this pitch when batting with the target?
Australia is playing against Sri Lanka. At the end of 19 overs, they collected 63 runs. However, they lost 3 wickets. Apart from opener Kellaway, 3 top-order batsmen have been dismissed. The pitch seems to be bowler-friendly. If Australia able to give a target around 220, then maybe they will win this match easily.

In the ICC Under-19 World Cup, two Group D matches will be played today. West Indies under-19 team will play teams against Scotland. And Australia under-19 team will play against Sri Lanka.
Scotland is an easy opponent for the West Indies. The Scottish players do not seem to be able to put up a resistance against the West Indies.
However, the match between Sri Lanka and Australia may be a bit competitive. I have watched a few matches in Sri Lanka. They play well enough. They will fight against Australia to win. However, there are many talented players in the Australian team. They will want to get full points from this match.

Totally 3 matches are scheduled for today. 2 matches from Group D and 1 match in Group C. In group C, Pakistan is facing Zimbabwe today and winners for today's matches as per my predictions are West Indies, Australia and Pakistan; very easy pick except Australia and Sri Lanka match. Still, I feel Australia Under 19 are too tough for Sri Lanka's current state in any format (they are economically not able to support/develop any sport/player).

I don't know what's wrong with our local Sports channels. PTV Sports and A sports are showing the match between Scotland and WestIndies and they are not covering the match in which our country Pakistan is playing  

Right now we have most one-sided matches so just because of this no channels telecasting all matches West Indies won their match very easily against Scotland by 7 wickets with Scotland done just 95 runs and home team chase this very easily now Pakistan is also in win situation as they posted 315/9 and now Zimbabwe is 111/7 after 22 overs.
 
But, we have an upset game with Australia is on losing side as they were able to post just 175 runs in 50 overs and now Sri Lanka is on 119/4 with just 56 runs required in 23 overs with 6 wickets in hand mean they are on winning side against very strong Australian u19.

West Indies cricket was finished a year ago in my opinion. The players' clash with the board is also a big issue. The board was not able to pay their wages on time and as a result, a lot of players don't play for West Indies, they only play the t20 leagues.
As a result, this new West Indies team is very inexperienced and no better than teams like Ireland or Oman or teams of that sort. The future of the West Indies looks very saddening in my eyes. I just hope that they can get over this loss and work their way on top.

Sri Lanka won the match in just 37 overs. 176 runs was a very easy target. Such bad batting cannot be expected from a team like Australia. We knew the Sri Lankan bowlers was good. They decided to field after winning the toss because of their good bowling. The Australian players should have tried to survive at the crease. But the performance of the top-order players was disappointing. Consistently other players did not bat well. It is difficult to win on such a pitch with less than 200 targets.

In the second ODI of the series, Zimbabwe decided to bat today after winning the toss. Batting first in the previous match, they were able to give a huge target of 296 runs. Even if they lost, I would say they played very well. Even today, looking at their batting style, it seems that Zimbabwe's batsmen are ready to score more than 300 runs. Zimbabwe's collection in 6 overs 38. They did not lose any wickets.
If Zimbabwe can score 300 runs today, I hope they will win. Maybe they will learn from the mistakes of the previous match. Hopefully in today's match the batsmen as well as the bowlers of Zimbabwe will perform well

The problems of these three teams are almost the same. Although the senior players of the team left, the talented players did not come to the team. And whatever you say, the boards are full of corrupt people. I agree with that. For example, look at the Bangladesh Board. They are one of the rich board. Yet they do not spend enough money on their infrastructural development. There are very few world class fields in their country. Moreover, they should spend more money to create or find new talented players. How do they find talented/experienced players without spending money?

Yeah, this is really a surprising performance from Zimbabwe after decades of time, I never think about beating Sri Lanka in Sri Lanka will be possible for Zimbabwe even recent years' performance of Sri Lanka was not significant . Now, the 3rd ODI will be more interesting still I will bet on Sri Lanka only due to home advantages still there would be a high voltage game down under.

Ireland's upcoming series are against Bangladesh and New Zealand. So I would say they have a chance to win a few matches here. If they can play well, they can win the series against Bangladesh. Because Bangladesh team is very irregular. On the other hand, Sri Lanka's next two series are against New Zealand and Afghanistan. They will lose in both the series. Afghanistan is a very stable team now. They are good enough now in both batting and bowling. The current Sri Lankan squad will not be able to win against Afghanistan. Sri Lanka is more likely to not be in the top 8 in the ranking.
