Chinese government doesn't care about non-Olympic sports. The Chinese cricket team have been competing various associate tournaments for quite some time, but they haven't made much progress so far. Cricket is not a part of sports programs in schools or colleges. And as far as I know, the Chinese cricket board receives no grants from the central or provincial governments. Anyway, the ICC is pushing for inclusion in the 2032 Olympics, and hopefully by that time the government will show some interest towards the sport.

China already dominating the sporting industry. One day surely they'll enter the cricket. As per my view they doesn't have big plans, else long back itself they could've got into cricketing. Another thing, if cricket was added to Olympics they might've started playing it and topped the list.

There is a gradual increase in sport in China, but that does not guarantee the same level of effort will be made in cricket. There are only a few grass cricket pitches in China for a population of 1.4 billion people. Because most Chinese people haven't heard of cricket, seeing the infrastructure in their country makes it absurd that they are making global headlines over cricket. A development like cricket cannot take place overnight.

It's hard for a brand new team like china to beat teams like India, Pakistan, Australia who are playing cricket for decades and have a history in this sport. India has a big domestic setup and it is impossible for China to reach the level of Indian cricket even in a decade. However, if they want to overcome India, they can have a physical war with India and overcome (conqueror) them because china has a very superior army that could take over Indian territory in a matter of days.

I agree the odds on team India are too low, and the only way to boost the odds are to wager during the live match if the casino allows it. Lastly I don’t think that team WI will beat team India, and maybe WI might just come close to winning the game, but defeating team India on their home ground won’t be possible for them, and this is just my personal opinion not a gambling advice.

Middle order is a big issue. None of the batsmen seems to be consistent. I had big hopes for players such as Shreyas Iyer and Rishabh Pant, but they are not performing on a consistent basis. The top order seems to be doing alright. But middle order is a big mess. Apart from that the pace bowlers also seems to have lost their venom. And the worst thing India wanted was players testing positive for COVID and that happened at the most crucial stage.

Cricket is amazing game and have many great results in history here I agree with you current West Indies side is very weak, and any Indian second team can beat them easily but still result is changeable on day if any West Indian player stand and have good day on ground in batting. West Indies is one of unpredictable side in cricket world even recently they lost their magic as lost series against side like Ireland but still they are good fighters with some very excited young players hopefully they will do some better and fans will have some entertaining cricket because it's need of time for both parties specially for visitors.

Its does look easy win but during the Windies inning there were moments when match was slipping away from the Indians. Windies lower order managed to give scare to Indian bowlers, guess they watched the recent WI vs ENG LOI.

Having said that its good to see our middle order performing and standing up. IMO KL should become middle order batsman in ODI, he provide some solidity when top order fails. His numbers looks very solid too so no doubts on consistency. When bowlers successfully defend sub par score then hard to find any fault. Prasidh was impressive, Washi was also good even tho he gave freebie at start but he bowled very well to danger man Odean Smith.

I wonder if India will go with the same team or give some new players a chance to play in the next game ?

Thakur, Washi, Siraj, Hooda and Prasidh are already new in ODI setup. Only Thakur played 18ish match, rest of em are hardly 4-5 matches old.
