I actually have big expectations from Nepal. A big reason for that is they are not making a team out of foreign players. They are actually playing with all the native players. And I am always going to support a team a lot more who are actually playing with native players instead of a team that is playing with foreign players in the team.

Actually, I do not mind even three or four foreign players. But when the whole team is made up of foreign players I have a problem. I honestly do not mind if UAE does end up losing its status. They are not going to improve if they keep playing with foreign players in the team anyway.

Suddenly Nepal have big change as few weeks back there were no hope for having results like this because they lost 8 matches from their 10 which was surely the worst case, but suddenly things are having drastically change, and they are now having 8 wins from their last 9 available matches which is surely surprising result for the cricket world now if they won their next game against UAE tomorrow then surely they can overtake USA in league table even if they won their all remaining matches then we can at third in league table which could be good reward for them after having this good change but with this now they need to be consistent as well because this is the most important part of this game if you want to be had better things for your future in this game.

Teams like the UAE, Oman and USA surely needs changes, but ICC is having no problem with their current status so just because of this now they are enjoying with this all which is surely not good for the game of cricket because we need better and stick policies.

Everyone knew that United Arab Emirates is the best of these teams but Nepal's recent performances have given everyone renewed hope. If the Nepal cricket team can maintain their consistency in then they can get the 15th or 16th position in the future. Now Napel's current ICC ranking is 17th. If they win the match against United Arab Emirates, then they will qualify for the 2023 Cricket World Cup Qualifier. In order to qualify for the ODI World Cup, they still need to finish as one of the top 2 teams in this tournament. And it is going to be tough, as teams like West Indies and Sri Lanka are likely to be a part of the tournament. Also, there will be strong competition from various associate sides such as Scotland, Netherlands and Oman. I am not saying that it will be impossible, but Nepal really need to work hard if they want to qualify for the world cup.
