It looks like only JB tested positive and I don’t think if this is a personal attack but hopefully the next sample will result to a negative test. This is too bad for JB if ever because he will be banned for the next 2 years in Basketball, many says it could be a result of the medication he is taking due to his injury, let’s pray for the best and continue to support JB.

Yes we are still the gold but its very unfortunate to have this news and I hope the team Gilas will not leave JB behind and will continue to support him. We know how good JB is and we know how the Chinese community threatened JB, I also hope that this is just a result of his medication. The POC President has already spoken that the gold will stay but they can't assure the sanction for FIBA sanction tournaments and if he's proven to be positive for the 2nd time, there's no way that they can remove that sanction from him for at least 2 years. JB has been loved by all of us and he had truly helped the Gilas to get that gold medal and that's why it's kind of disappointing when we've heard about this news. Anyway, we've just seen the Gilas proven that they're better than China, and even if there have been a lot of comparisons already against the Chinese team they're like the center of the issue nowadays because of how they fell on the Asiad. While Jordan, we don't hear a lot from them and they're all just sports as their import is also an import to our PBA-team, TNT. If all of the players and teams are just like these sportsmen folks, it's such to see a lovely day to the basketball tournaments that our Gilas participates and they can even get loved by pinoy fans.

Yeah thats a bad news for Justin brownlee  as we all know that he has an injury and he take medicine to cure it, so there's a chance that he got positive. Anyways let's pray for Justin brownlee maybe next text it will become a negative hoping.   But if he is still positive then one thing for sure next world cup he can not join the team.
That 2 years is quite bad enough to disappoint the fans cause he will be banned once it's prove that In the next test he still got positive.

Sad to hear this kind of news but I’m sure he will be healed and God is already working on it just like what happened to LA Tenorio. Well, TNT can solve that problem as long as they are willing to pay right to the good player. Pogoy is a big loss for the team and someone should step up and help the team defend their title. Let’s see how TNT will adjust to this and see if they are still the title contender for this season.

Not good for TNT as mentioned aside from RR an issue with Mikey will messed up with their front court, knowing both offensive players are the main gunners of TNT but coach Jolas don't have any other options the league will proceed with or without  Mikey,  fans will understand the situation for RR but for Mikey  if he will not return and will pushed his career to other league I'm not sure if what will going to be the action from TNT management. The good side of the ruling is that there should be at least 3 players that will also turn positive. But on this one, it seems that there's only one player and that's Brownlee that has got positive. With regards to Brownlee's issue, do you guys have an idea whether he will be suspended in the coming PBA or not? I can't remember if Kiefer Ravena was suspended but i do remember that he was suspended on FIBA sanction games for two years but in the PBA, I don't remember.

Yup it was the longest time that PBA suspend or adjust the season, showing the dominance of SMC group knowing it before where even there's world cup or ASIAD the game must go on, but with the changes of big boss behind the national team seems that PBA is now aligned with what the National needs.. hehehe just kidding.. Though it's nearing, I also agree that players need that time for their families, giving them much longer time.

In terms of JBL, I also remember that PBA did allow Kiefer before, so maybe that will be the same case here. They might let it go and let JBL to perform for the fans who really love him more after taking home the gold.

The PBA can't afford not to have JBL, as he is the one who makes the Gin Kings better. Without him, the team would just be an ordinary one, even with Coach Tim Cone's brilliance in coaching. So, I'm not worried if he would be banned, as I'm positive he'll come back to play. The issue was just in the international game. I'm not sure if whatever sanction they impose on JBL would affect a privately owned league. Not good news for Ginebra fans, but if you look at the other side, this could create a more unpredictable conference. Brownlee is known to be a dominant import, having won Best Import awards and championships. It's also a change for the network, and I hope the channel they'll transfer to will provide a clearer reception, as TV5 has not always delivered that for us. But for those who rely on Facebook streams to watch the game, this should not be a concern.
