Ok, i think trow my first troll...huge speculation. Im aware i get flamed about this if im wrong.

Ryan G. cant pay u back because he paid probaly Americanbit back or they are the same person

I think they were both partners in mining stuff but Ryan G fked it up. Thats why coinpal had mining pictures of old mining gears?

On page 4 of this topic on Ryan G. you can see in his Google page in CIRCLE friends he was into mining business.

In this thread https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=326491.0

Amercianbit ask for advice about sueing his friend, Ryan G. i guess for scamming. For rougly 50 btc but at that point only 12500 worth couple months ago. I think Americanbit went agressive on this topic about R.M that sueing isnt working and a he had lot of hate to R.M. Perhaps because of R.M. revealed Coinpal is a possible scam with identity included  and americanbit cant get his money back if Ryan G. have to pay R.M.

Americanbit just ask advice not long ag about sueing his friend in his thread but talk in this coinpal thread he looks like had years of experience of knowing that sueing doesnt work and saying about 20k lost is just peanuts in post 5th under
And it looks like he was promoting and defending coinpal from his first post to the end of this topic.

Nice work gum shoe...I did have some problems with a partner, but it had nothing to do with coinpal thats for sure. And yes, the information I garnered from my research is what I am relaying here. But i was out closer to 40k as bitcoin was still rising. And my suit would of been against 1 person, not a company. My funds were essentially stolen from me, which makes it a lot different and easier to prove. But yeah, it is all just a waste of time. I am merely a very small investor in coinpal, and when I invest in cryptostocks; I go in knowing that I will probably never see the money again. If it does come back, I consider it amazing.

I am sticking up for Coinpal because I am an investor like everyone else with no proof that it is a scam. And all this bad publicity is going to hurt my investment when it starts trading. When people google coinpal this thread will come up so we are all fucked the way I see it. No one goes near a company after scam accusations are thrown around. Plus, people said they received their USB miners and there were pictures presented.

However, you can shove it all up your cunt badpeanut. Like I give a shit about what some hacks think on bitcointalk

You sound like an angry 12 year old. Badpeanuts speculation is thought provoking though.

Still no reply from Ryan Gay.

1 report of a miner being received and has anyone received their dividends today?

This is quoted from coinpal's announcement on cryptostocks earlier, right before latest dividend payment:

"We are unable to use the logo that we created at first, because of the character being copyrighted by Bethseda  (which we were unaware of in the beginning).  We had another source for a new design and logo that headed south as well.  So we are working night and day to get this looking sharp and on schedule for you guys."

I think we can assume the "headed south" part is referring to someone on this thread Cheesy

Thanks to everyone working hard to keep this thread alive and the devs on check. Without this thread, I doubt we would have even gotten a dividend today . . .

I told him to make a deal with me about paying me back and every logo/graphic I've got is his. Even if he paid me back 10BTC now, then 5 a week until I get my 50. But he isn't responding. he bit off more than he could chew and until I see my money I wouldn't consider this guy a man I would want to do business with.

Thank you to the posters who found him/his father company. If you hadn't gotten that, I think it may have been a cut and run.

He was a nice enough guy, but I dont know if that was an act or if it was genuine.

I just can't believe that someone who isn't willing to introduce themselves on a community forum in their niche is genuine. There is no logical reason behind him not introducing himself and his team. It takes 5 minutes, if he is genuine and had done as I had said he probably would have had a much steadier launch.

Ok, on my request, Ryan Milligan has sent me a photo of his passport and from what I can see it is legit and unaltered (I am an IT Engineer by trade and also have fairly extensive experience in photoshop photo manipulation, so I know what to look for).  So based on this, I believe that he is at least who he says he is.

He also sent me a FedEx invoice with his address and name on it, and again this appeared to check out, so I also believe that he is located where he says he is located.

I have also managed to make contact yesterday with Ryan Tyson / Gay via email:

Quote
Hi Sam,

Sorry for the delay, things are getting a nutty trying to get everything ready in time for our launch date.

My name is Ryan as well and I am sure you have heard the other Ryan speaking of me.  I seriously have a lot more productive things to do than go back and forth with him on the forum I decided, but it is getting a bit messy on there I guess it's time to clear some things up.  I wanted to earlier but I rather just provide proof with a working exchange, because that is the only thing that really matters at this point.

Thanks again Sam,

Ryan.
CoinPal

I have also asked Ryan Tyson / Gay for some proof of ID and address, but based on his previous reply he may not do this before the launch.  I also suggested to him that without some solid proof of ID & input to the forum, the project's legitimacy will continue to be in question.

IMO, the only way to clear up who is who is to get some real proof of identities etc.  Once that has been clearly established there is no hiding anymore, so there will be a much greater incentive for the truth to be brought forth.

I think at this point we will need to wait until the 18th at least for Ryan T/G to get to a point where he is ready to reveal the exchange or at least a demo of it, before we can make any true assessment of what's really going on.
