You're setting the dangerous precedent of slandering/libeling someone without verifiable proof. I'm all for transparency and bringing scammers to justice but you're not helping if what you're posting can not be proved. Ryan is probably a scammer and this exchange is a ponzi scheme or worse but this until you can prove what you're saying, stop posting. It's unhelpful at best and counterproductive at worst.
So let's see the dox otherwise quit it.

I spoke to Ryan, and according to him Coinpal will be launched tomorrow or Friday. The first dev he was working with pretty much screwed him, so hes been playing catch up with the other devs. He found the old dev on bitcointalk, so he will release his handle so everyone can see who he was working with. The old dev finally recently got back to him and said he would refund him some bitcoin, but he doesn't have it yet to pay him back. So I don't know whats up with that, but hes trying to get refunded.
However, per Ryan Coinpal will go live by this weekend. So everyone just needs to relax. Also keep in mind, most of you people were buying shares when bitcoin was worth $400. Hes been paying divs with bitcoin at $650. So its not as black and white as everything thinks. This is a very complicated situation where there are a lot of factors.

I agree with everything Tricomp posted about how we should approach this; a measured, staged approach will give the best results, not cowboys shooting guns.
To all non-shareholders; While I'm sure all CoinPal shareholders appreciate your concern and offers of support and alternative solutions / deals, I for one would appreciate it if you would allow us, the shareholders, to approach this situation as we see fit.
To all shareholders; Before we take any kind of action, could we please get some kind of consensus? Any action (especially legal action) has the potential to impact all shareholder's invested equity so I think it's only fair that all shareholders get a say in what happens next. Perhaps someone could setup a poll to gauge the will of the group?
While I certainly agree that recent evidence doesn't paint a particularly rosy picture of Ryan G's history, if you actually read through the details of his offenses, you will note that many of them are for minor issues (eg; NO APPROVED EYE PROTECT WHILE ON MOTORCYCLE - LOL), plus for all we know, the 'drug' charges might only be for weed.
In any case, can we please give Ryan G a few more days to potentially launch the site? The last thing I want to see happen is for CoinPal to be taken down a few days before it is due to launch and then we find out that it is legit! As mentioned, he is taking virtually no further money in now, so leaving it a few days isn't really going to hurt.

I had a long google+ convo with his buddy, AmericanBit. I guess he thought I was playing around with him, he pretty much said that because Ryan is paying dividends this can not be a scam. This is not true he could be pulling a ponzi. (anyone know where the dividends are derived from?) Then he asked what Ryan was doing wrong, I pulled the F.S. and the US G.S. that defined unregistered security laws. He told me it would "take deep pockets" to pursue him in any wrong doing. I think he is referencing the fact that Mr. Gays mother is a Lawyer. Mr. Gays offenses are not for weed, they are for Pills and obtaining them by false pretenses aka perscription fraud. He also has one for battery, AmericanBit is a close and personal friend of Ryan from what I can gather they have very close addresses in their history and he seems to know Ryan rather well. This is my personal opinion of the whole situation, you have a spoiled over privileged person. Who has gotten off with a smack on the wrist for everything he has done in his life due to his parents standing. 1 owning a very large business the other being a Lawyer allowing him to pretty much do what he wants through out his life. When I called his place of work yesterday they I chatted the lady up in order to gather information, she said he normally does not come to work untill after 2pm I proceeded to ask when the business closed she said 5pm. The lady also proceeded to tell me they have not seen him in a couple of days. Now from what I put am seeing this is the typical habits of someone who is on hard drugs.. not weed. You are right give him a little time, I have already been contacted by multiple share holders to recover assets. If he has not cleared the air by Monday then I am going to turn some screws.
