I don't think that basing and relying your bet on artificial intelligence would be a great decision to do especially on sports games as most of it depends on each individual player that will be playing the game and there's no AI available right now that can judge and analyze these things. Also, the random possibility that an AI would need to solve to define a definite outcome for these games would be too random and complicated. They will need to assess and observe each player to have data enough to make an assumption. However, there's still a possibility in the near future that AI can guess and answer most of the questions and possibility that may happen in the future.

It sounds okay at first but I voted for no since I think it's better for the AI to have a test run first and build it's own record to know how good its predictions can be in a certain league similar to how other gamblers create their models. Betting blindly could easily lead to a quick loss which I don't mind but I might as well take the time to gather some information if I plan to take advantage and earn a bit of profit from the AI's predictions.

I don't really like if others make decisions for me, that includes gambling and sports betting. Only good friends I trust to bet my money for me, relying on betting recommendations from strangers is a no go for me. Not sure how AI based betting is going to be any different. Is this going to be a self learning AI that can access all the sports information on real time to update his predictions? Would be nice to see how well the AI is doing in out of sample test. I expect it to be average results, otherwise bookmakers would need to adapt their quotes. When it comes to AI based betting it feels a bit like gambling bots that take all the actions from you and bet your money freely. This is always a blackbox to me and I am a bit afraid that there could be an error that will make me lose all my money. What if due to an coding error the AI bets all the money on a complete underdog? In the end it's our own money and we are responsible for the bets we take, even if we don't know what it is we bet on.

I'm following you because after reading the news further, I found that the AI is still a prototype, so there will still be further development of the AI. And indeed, AI should do trials and errors before launching publicly because there will be trial and error during those times. So, developers should ensure that AI can work properly and can provide benefits for gamblers. So I chose No for the vote because I still want to wait for further news from the developer.

It's a dumb idea to rely on AI about your betting, it's just a combination between many people prediction and speculation which mean you're betting because of someone guide which you don't know who's him and his skills in sports betting. It's similar like trading with the help of fake signal, I wouldn't ever rely on someone when it's about money. Well, you have to understand that AI has been developed a lot these days and it's not just about data but these scripts take into account all the information like where the event is going to be held and what are the past results, etc. I think such a technology will be very useful in e-sports betting because there a big margin or advantage is based on drafting. For example in dota2 you have to pick heroes and based on what you picked these AI bots can certainly tell us who has the upper hand and of course it still needs to be played out well.

I just voted NO poll because I don't believe the AI chose the right bet for me let alone made me lose a lot of money because the bet looks like any bet is not suitable also using this advanced technology it's better to use the analysis available on google

The analysis you see on google are done by individuals as well who tend to make money by placing ads around their predictions and remember if they were that good, they would be printing money instead of giving out predictions for free xD.

I did even see on other boards on having this discussion about ChatGpt and trying out to make some forum post about it which is really a dumb thing.And now it is really trying out to be used on sports betting to
predict outcomes? It could never been a suggestible thing to be done by someone because there's no AI that could able to be informed with the latest events until it would get updated or something
that adds up into its library.I dont know on why people  ending up on having considerations on making use of it, in towards on predicting sports bet outcomes.

For someone professional, surely any software is not only useful, it is part of their job.
On the other hand, it is not really something new, there are even web pages that base their predictions on AI.

In my case, I love having my own opinion for certain matchs, where my intuition is the one that rules, but for other matchs you have to rely on existing information that helps you predict the best result, it would be stupid not to see what AI says, although at the end of everything it is your decision with the ADDITION OF + experience + intuition.

I tried them already but it says that it is unable to provide sports prediction and only assist in providing general assist with general knowledge. May be they might add them later by collecting all the match statistics and then we can make an assumption on how the match might go, but it wont be never accurate as there are many factors in place for every match including the injury list and the current form.

I am curious also what is the accuracy rate of this AI when it comes to gambling.
Because if the accuracy is high, why not try its service, right?
But as you said, if people and other companies will learn that it is good in its predictions,
they may really do something to stop its operations. We can't tell for now.
The main goal of bettors is to win, so if this AI is giving you good winnings, definitely, gamblers will like this AI program.

I don't want to say that AI's or artificial intelligence are smarter than us humans because if not because of us AI's won't also be invented but I think AI can process things faster and more easier. They can scan the whole web for information about a particular sporting event and compare all of the information that they gather only to give you the best possible picks. So why not? But before it, I will observe them first and then do another research if their picks are quite good enough and they are not just picking randomly.

I think it's possible for artificial intelligence with AI technology to be used in other fields, for example things that are more important to help other humans.
I would not be interested in using it in gambling let alone putting my money in bets using this technology even though the predictions are accurate 90% or 100% I still use my experience and mind to bet on sports betting gambling

Artificial intelligence may be somewhat reliable in other aspects like the human intelligence itself but I guess, it won’t be completely reliable when it comes to a match. Although it may give some hints but if I am to bet, betting based on AI might bring a bigger risk. So I would rather chose betting based on my instinct and certainly based on my high knowledge and experiences in gambling. That is way more reliable for me.

No, I trust my instincts and knowledge. Statistics and probability is important but don't forget that bookmakers also fix their odds based on these. So in the long run you can't beat a machine with another machine. In that way house always wins.
Besides that, connecting betting to the machine kills all the excitement. I bet for fun and when I win I'm happy with that dopamine rather than earned money. I don't gamble to get rich.

Exactly, AI cannot provide any accurate assumptions on who's to win in any sports game whether they have all the previous matches data. Previous matches cannot predict what will happen in the latest matches as several factors changes in every match such as strategies, player's way of thinking and decision, and many more which could mess up the calculation to provide an assumption or probability of winning. At best, they can provide an assumption which is too risky to bet on or probably almost the same of what the odd providers are giving.

AI isn't necessary for the purpose of sports betting. My understanding the AI will make its selection based on the data it have grabbed from the different users. Just think of the scenario, Morocco vs Portugal. Majority favoured Portugal to win the match and the result came in the opposite way. The pick of AI based one will be the same. So when I look that, we don't have to ask AI, because he won't know anything, he is just bot or robot where programmed by humans where have knowledge is not much different from us or maybe better from us. I'm also not sure AI can't control the world if still need human for programming the code. That ChatGPT also still searching the answer on internet where same with us when asking google.

Yes, technology like this can be useful for us, especially gamblers who have difficulty gathering important information before they place a bet. And this will depend on how smartly the artificial intelligence can find and present that information to us so that we can feel confident about the search results and the selection of teams with the potential to win. But before I can use AI, I will still wait for the development of this artificial intelligence while I may learn how to use it to support the use of that information.

It sounds really good when you say about this and indeed until now there are a lot of AI and they are equipped with some basic things so they can guess with the algorithm they have. but on the other hand I don't feel it will be good. I've tried this several times and the results turned out to be the same as what I did in terms of accuracy so I really stopped doing that and I personally actually prefer to do it myself instead of using help like this which even though they look good but they are still is a machine that there will definitely be some mistakes there and I don't want to put my bet on something like this because I have more confidence in myself.

It's my first time learning about this so it goes without saying that I haven't tried it yet. I would definitely love to do a test run if subscription doesn't cost that much. It would be convenient for sportsbetting if it's going to save me a lot of time from researching or staying up do date with team and player's status.
