The work we do here is entirely volunteer, but everyone has to meet a certain criteria first to be a member of AOBT. We can't just let anyone do the work because we have a reputation to uphold. You know what I mean. That's why new applicants are given probationary period before they are officially accepted.

Yes, everything is pretty organized, and all of the members are part of it. There isn't any central entity here. Whenever there are any decisions to make for the betterment of the alliance, all are involved. We basically vote yes or no and give our thoughts on various matters.

I'm also working on it here (these days are being a little bit complicated for me but I'll be back to my routine very soon) but there's no need to say that the more languages the better!

I have to admit that I only knew three types of addresses (like most people I guess) so translating this topic is being very instructive.
