That's true, no. of bitcoins would not really matter at all. What is more important is the value of bitcoins that time you want to retire. If 1 BTC is equivalent to $1,000,000 then that would be so good also. Having million worth of dollars is already a good retirement.

At its current price now, I think 100 BTC is already enough. I know for me its hard to have that because I don't have much source of income but one day I can achieve that dream. If I will retire then I can live a comfortable life.

If you start working on bitcoin full time then you can collect 1000 btc in next 20 years, but I don't think anyone will ever try to get full time in it and leave the job.

In 20 years, the price could be around $1 million each. So you just need 1 to 10 to retire happily.

I think the 50 BTC is not enough if you want to be rich dude. you need more than 1000 BTC within 20 years. the price may not be  more than $ 1500 (just a guess) so collected in 1000 BTC in that period. maybe you can live comfortably and wealthy by 1000 BTC
