I'm pretty sure Via was not acquired. You have to read who posted what in that Chat. Would someone pls explain what's going on? Drak? Anyone? From that chat just posted: <btcdrak> so I said in the video we have experienced people helping PR and stuff - you know, like meeting with big businesses and names in the crypto industry <btcdrak> not talking about random small affairs, but established names in the industry. <btcdrak> they are in talks to roll out major infrastructure for viacoin which will greatly widen viacoin's userbase and make it accessible to general users <btcdrak> rowandarkwood save to say not small fry. <btcdrak> viacoin has been noticed and sticks out above the swap of altcoins <btcdrak> anyway guys, while we're working on the codebase, they are working on adoption, so that's all for now  So, some big name in the crypto industry is going to be adopting Via. It's possible the pump-and-dumpers mostly got out once it pierced 40k sat though because the volume really peaked however price went sideways and after that volume disappeared however price didn't crash which I take as a positive...unless VIA trickles down below 32k on this no volume. Overall I think VIA consolidating this move sideways some would be a great thing before the next move up. We'll see. JL |
