5,000 Burst to anyone that can help me get this dang jminer GPU miner running.

I have a AMD R9 270 I'm trying to use as a gpu miner and this is what I have installed

AMD Latest drivers
Java 8 Update 65
AMD AppSDK 3.0
OpenCL 1.1 support for intel core processor family
Running Win7 64bit with 16gigs of ram

Using the gpu plot generator setup option this is what my devices look like

Code:
[0] Intel(R) OpenCL (OpenCL 1.1 )
    [0]        Intel(R) Core(TM) i5-2500K CPU @ 3.30GHz (OpenCL 1.1 (Build 25940.26006))
[1] AMD Accelerated Parallel Processing (OpenCL 2.0 AMD-APP (1800.8))
    [0] Pitcairn (OpenCL 1.2 AMD-APP (1800.8))
    [1]        Intel(R) Core(TM) i5-2500K CPU @ 3.30GHz (OpenCL 1.2 AMD-APP (1800.8))

So in the jminer settings all I did was change the plot path, just 1 drive for testing purposes, my numeric ID, pool and platformId=1
deviceId=0 I'm assuming thats for the 1 AMD then 0 Pitcairn since it's gpu mining

So when I run the batch file with only these settings changed in the visual studio code

Code:
plotPaths=Z:/Burst/plots
poolMining=true
numericAccountId=17908512605713200237
poolServer=http://pool.burstcoin.de:8080
platformId=1
deviceId=0

Don't think it's you problem, but you're missing from thse the properties:

walletServer=http://localhost:8125
restartInterval=240
chunkPartNonces=160000

Yea I just left those blank for the defaults. It's gotta be something java related. I have uninstalled java and reinstalled it to only get the same output. Would it matter if it's the 32bit or 64bit version installed or does it matter?

Not sure if version matters, but all mine are running on 64 bit.

Have you tried mining the plot file with another miner - does it throw any errors while processing ?

I'm really wondering where the "18446744072014584321" string it's trying to convert to a number is coming from - is it the same number everytime ?

Yep, currently using blago and running great...

Code:

23:29:36 Thread "Z:\Burst\plots\" in 11.5 sec (20.2 MB/s) CPU 71.99%

Is there a way to slow down the output of the gpu miner, it all passes so fast and what I posted is all I could copy and paste.

Does it matter that I plotted the drive using the wallet client plotter and not the gpu plotter?

Ok so I just reversed the / to \ in plot paths and of course its giving me error for the path but it's the only thing I've been able to do to at least see the blocks and when new ones are started. Plus saying wallet server is out of sync but I have the burst wallet client 1.9.1 and http://localhost:8125/index.html open so I don't see how it's out of sync?

Ok updated to 1.9.3 and now wallet no longer showing out of sync but for some reason as soon as I put the correct path to the plot all hell breaks loose and I can't tell what is wrong....

This is with no plot path specified.

@Cobra89

It looks like you missed to change the Plot/Account number in jminer's properties file or like mentioned above the filepath.

Well damn since the forum is down, I will write here the new updates, because it's important:

Completed another fundraiser from the CHEAP asset, and moved into the SD investment:

Now you have noticed that the profit is down, yes , because since SD added the new slotmachine, the variance has gone crazy. Now this means that the profit will swing more (higher risk/higher reward) and also that more people gamble, so we will make more profits in the long term, so dont be dissapointed.

Then in yobit, I made some nice profits with AMS, might wanna check it out:
https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=1152947.0

I`ve bought it back since.

So we have almost 2 BTC now. That's good, and the extra profits from trading will be moved into SD for safer investing (yes it's still safer than altcoin trading).

Now this is not final, because I`ve been able to breakthrough on my marketing research and found a profitable niche that could add additional income to the fund. I already made a test and gained 0.01 BTC, so we will see more about this.

Now this have been a very good day, so I decided to boost CHEAP too, and added 2500 more INCOME into it's backing to support the speculators.

https://block.burstcoin.info/as.php?as=4267876427937004537

We have now 15000 INCOME burned, and less than 50,000 awaiting to be sold on the AE, the rest of it is already in shareholder's hands so it will be an exciting few weeks ahead of us, so stay sharp!

jminer uses OpenCL (Open Computing Language) that allows writing programs for heterogeneous platforms that utilize CPUs or GPUs.
more info: http://www.jocl.org/

i never tested jminer with CPU, if you try it, feel free to give some feedback on https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=1170987.msg12329106#msg12329106

ok we found the problem, jminer uses the long datatype for addressing nonces ... the used startnonce was simply too big for that datattype.
in short ... current jminer version does not support nonce addresses bigger than 9223372036854775807 ...
so if you are mining more than ~2000 petabyte with one account you could get serious addressing issues :-)
