Today I opened a new ticket for this "Buying bitcoin transaction failed." message. Now support replied that this request has been closed and merged with my request from 2 days ago for the message "your account is blocked. We're checking with the bank." But still no reply on that ticket.
So they close my ticket from today saying they merged it into a ticket from 2 days ago but still don't bother to reply on that ticket
This is some terrible support and as a new user I am not happy with this site at all.

It's a bit surprising that the OP hasn't replied to any user here for a while and as far as I know you aren't the first one. They have closed many accounts recently and I think that the bank that they incorporate has made this so it is a bit messy to solve this.

Hello, Thank you for your patience. Please review the banks reply: "Please be informed that we have blocked user account due to Suspicious Transaction noticed. Hence we request you to kindly share any of the below mentioned documents to move user card status to Active. 1. Copy of a valid Government ID (Driver’s license, Passport, National Identity Card, etc.) 2. Copy of a recent Utility Bill (Water, electricity, telephone or any official document showing registered name & address of the cardholder ) Please do get back to us for further assistance." Best regards, Wirex support team Brian (Wirex) Dec 23, 09:57 UTC Hello, Thanks for contacting E-Coin. Some of our customers manage to load their cards with Paypal accounts. However, we are not responsible for such transactions as they go through the bank directly. In essence, you can do it at your own risks. Please let me know if you have any other questions. Best regards, Wirex support team So don't advice anyone withdraw money from paypal to ecoin card because ecoin/wirex ugly, scammer company which never protect their users. Do every Bitcoin debit card issuers have set limits for their users? I mean not daily or monthly limits but something like "lifetime"limits? I have Xapo card and I'm considering to take maybe another one from different issuer but so far I haven't faced something like this type of limit.
I don't think just getting another card or two from them will solve your problems if they are going to be in the same name or linked to the same address. Most cards i know of have daily/monthly limits that will increase overtime as you need them to, most will do it pretty much straight away to if you just ask them to.

I try to transfer from my card to bitcoin but get a message saying card is blocked by the bank. Email support on Sunday but still no reply. The money on the card was from a betting site, what do I do?
did it get resolved? if not, what's the ticket number / registered e-mail? cards can be blocked by the bank if they notice any suspicious activity. with the latest security updates, if your account is not verified, you can only load the card via bitcoin or altcoins, not via PayPal, bank transfer or other methods.

mate, before accusing anyone, please, try to make sure you have all the information and the grounds to do so. PayPal card loads only work for verified accounts (recent security rule from the card issuer), if you had tried loading an unverified card, the bank (not e-coin!!) will block the amount until the account is verified. have you contacted support?

I will do that. But I would like to point out that there hasn't been any warning or anything about the need to verify your account if you are withdrawing with paypal. I followed the guide published by YOU here: https://wirexapp.com/blog/how-to-buy-bitcoins-with-paypal/To me it seems like your are fishing for people who open accounts in a fake name or for people who don't want to send an ID. You want the people to withdraw the money and then you lock their accounts and ask for documents. You can say it is due to your bank but then there should be a big red warning in your guide which is among first results when googling "How to buy bitcoins with paypal". I don't see a step in your guide that says "Send documents to verify account." To make it even more obvious you say this in the guide: "What’s Next? Congratulations, you have bought bitcoin via PayPal. Next, we suggest you start verifying your account. Verified accounts have better benefits, such as more funding options and higher limits. " Which clearly implies you bought bitcoins with paypal BEFORE verifying the account. Clear deception and I don't think you will even reply to this post because what you are doing here is pretty clear.

Before bank problem he withdraw from paypal 700-900 euro every several days using virtual euro card from your service. But now you have problem with your bank that's why you put new terms. The worst in this situation is your relationship with clients. Your support can reply once per week. so if anyone have problem he must wait week or more. So no need to lie that every account must be verified to get payments from paypal.. Nobody don't do this before.. BUT ALL MUST DO THIS NOW!

E-coin what's wrong with you again?
I got money from paypal. When i try to buy Bitcoin i get this message:
Your account appears to be blocked by the bank, hence the card load transaction cannot be completed. We are checking with the bank and trying to unblock your account - will keep you posted

mate, before accusing anyone, please, try to make sure you have all the information and the grounds to do so. PayPal card loads only work for verified accounts (recent security rule from the card issuer), if you had tried loading an unverified card, the bank (not e-coin!!) will block the amount until the account is verified. have you contacted support? @gosha you're sounding like unverified account was never permitted to receive PayPal load. From your tutorial you listed the countries that accepts card withdrawal via PayPal, knowing fully well that some of us were not from those countries, but you some how encouraged us to create Paypal account in those countries in other to load card via PayPal. Now all of a sudden, you guys are stating we must be verified before we can withdrawal our monies loaded via PayPal. Where will the documents come from since i'm not from the Paypal country that accepts card withdrawal? You guys pushed us into this and now making it seem like you warned us at some point that verification will be needed for PayPal load. This is unfair and i think it is a plot for the start. The least that can be done is to reverse the PayPal load back to the PayPal account it came from. Or if possible accept our documents even if it doesn't match the information provided during creation of e-coin/paypal account. Majority of those who use e-coin are those who want PayPal load via card withdrawal. It was your selling point and you guys fully launched e-coin with so much emphasis on PayPal load via card with verified or unverified account. Without your PayPal load, e-coin will struggle to compete with other Bitcoin wallets.
