1101  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Whas this a smart move or stupid move? on: December 10, 2023, 07:50:33 PM
Fee's was fine, sold around 60M Bonk bought back 63.6M for the same price later. Could have got even more but was a bit slow, damn I start to enjoy this more and more guys. Thanks for helping me.  Wink

Bonk is the most popular memecoin in SOL, i don't even know if there are other memecoin in SOL but it could go higher after the dip. Just like any other shitcoin during the bull run, they will rise.

looking at the most popular memecoin like SHIB and Doge. The SNEK memecoin in Cardano will likely rise too since this is the most popular in their ecosystem.
smart move to sell while the price is high. if it dips to $0.0000088 i would probably buy back, this is if i were you or even at $0.000009 looks like the support line.
1102  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: The most difficult times on: December 10, 2023, 06:37:01 PM
Nothing good comes easy, so if we must succeed in trading even as experience as we are, we must keep on putting in the work to learn more, so that we can be a better trader and reap the rewards of our work.

I’m a seasonal trader for so many years yet I’m still experiencing losses on trading due to crypto volatility. Trading cryptocurrency is a work in progress until the end because the price action is always unpredictable even how good your TA is due to manipulation and other factors that can result sudden movement on the price.

That’s why holding is far better than trading on crypto because the price action is stressful while the price always pumping long term especially in Bitcoin. You can guarantee profit and less stress if we just hold on Bitcoin instead of trading it or any altcoins.
trading isn't so easy that an experienced person will only keep making profit in a certain time, it's not like that,
if you have 10 years experienced in trading but still there is a possibility that you will be big loses here,
newbie can holding bitcoin in the long term it's absolutely batter than trading, but they started in altcoins,

holding is the easiest that even when you hold a failed shitcoin in the bull market, you still can make money as long as your timing is on point. you buy in and sell just right.

trading in the bull market can be easy though. i think it's just timing like he said seasons can be favorable for newbies.
the bull season can be a good opportunity to trade by just buying when coins dip and selling when price soar up to the overbought level.
1103  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Tokens (Altcoins) / Re: [ANN] GOLD - First 100% Liquid Stablecoin Backed by Gold on: December 10, 2023, 05:51:57 PM

GOLD is the first stablecoin with 100% liquidity. We have 7200 tokens secured with 7200 grams of gold in the vault. We are ready to redeem all tokens back at any time. If you know another token backed by gold with strong liquidity, please give us a link to that coin.

Digital Gold is token backed by physical gold. Digital Coin is not a gold mining facility. Please read the website and/or project description in the first post.
https://gold.storage (https://gold.storage)
Wow! I don't know that Gold is a stablecoin oh. And whenever gold is discussed I always discussed it as a natural resource or asset and not from the angle of cryptocurrency. If the Total number of token of gold is 7200 then the supply will be too small for investment for many. And I have not invested in this coin so I don't know how it works and the value of the coin. I normally see gold in trading view but I wasn't thinking that it was a coin.

Okay so the digital gold is with alongside with the digital gold then that means it is a Centralized project.

when it says backed by physical gold.  the investors wouldn't dive for that fact all because of a claim. especially when the storage is unknown and whoever holds the physical gold. people could be trading all year around not knowing the gold disappeared from the vault.

you'd only know when it's too late to sell.
who could you trust in this time of crisis when every government today wants to steal money from its citizens. stablecoins can even be frozen.
1104  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: If you had $500, which coins would you choose to buy on: December 10, 2023, 05:39:07 PM

the bull run hasn't peaked yet. there is more room for growth. the halving wasn't even here yet and it means altcoins could exceed their ATH by probably more than 300%.
SOL's AATH was $250 and by the peak of the bull market, it could go as high as $750.

seeing SOL though is $70+, you might just find another with high potential but also a top coin in the market with a low market cap. my suggestion is Matic. this could be huge when they finally have positive news.

1105  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Technical Support / Re: Vulnerability that allowed Ordinals to exist now has its own CVE code on: December 10, 2023, 05:24:25 PM

won't this cause a fork since there are also people who supported ordinals?

more than $20 for a transaction fee is too much and you already throw the division on bigger blocks and the non-supporters of it. they would either see it as a feature.
and miners due to the incentive will not mind the ordinals. the more it exists, the higher the profits to get.
1106  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Do you believe you can win on sports betting by analyzing a betting lines only? on: December 10, 2023, 04:50:15 PM
You're right that they do analyze it, but also other gamblers do that. Let's say you have 10 people betting on a boxing match and 8 of them try to do some work and check what pros like coaches, commentators and other boxers say about the fight and who according to them is favoured. Most of them will bet on the one that's more likely to win, up until there's huge money to be won if you bet against him, in which case people will start to balance it out, betting against the favored fighter. In the end, you'll clearly see the favored player and also be unable to make too much by betting against him.
Most of the time you can simply choose if you want to swim with or against the current depending on how you feel about the match and you don't have to analyze anything.

if we are talking about the favorite fighter, the bettors will more likely to bet on them and the risk taker will choose the winning by method or which round the fight ends to which is where they will analyze the most.

some of us don't bother analyzing when there is a huge gap between fighters' skills where the underdog is pretty much unknown and 90% chance he could just fall to the ground with a jab.
1107  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: 🥊 The UFC Info and Prediction Thread on: December 10, 2023, 03:23:50 PM
Can you guys give me your comments please on Alexandre Pantoja. I am not very familiar with flyweight division guy. Dont know much who he is. He took the belt from Moreno. So what? Was is skill? Luck? Or Moreno was sich that day? I can check Pantoja record, but that will be just paper math. I can google him, but that will be highlights mostly.

he lost a fight with Figue but won twice against Moreno, these 2 wins could be the substance in many discussions but because it's not very impressive i guess he just got lucky twice.

observation shows we don't appreciate MMA fighters who are up to controlling the fights, those fighters who has control over the fight are not impressive cause we always want to see fighters who can KO with their hooks. in their fight, Monero has to keep his guard all the time. he will do the same with Brandon Royval.
1108  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: This time for meme coin? on: December 09, 2023, 08:27:51 PM
Many people hope that meme coin can be like Doge, therefore they really hope that there is a right time to invest. Even though it is possible, it is difficult to happen. If we believe that the Meme coins we own will have a high price, then starting to invest now will be the same as starting to invest in the future. however, we don't know when this coin will actually have a high price. the risk is still very large, and the price could drop to very low.
Yes that's right. Many people buy meme coins, even newly launched meme coins, because they hope something like Doge will happen, or maybe they buy meme coins so they don't regret it like before because they were late in buying Doge. In the end, Doge rose so high, so they want to take advantage of this moment, hoping it will happen again like this. doge at the moment.

Suggestions like this are what make many people buy meme coins with high hopes, of course this is not wrong, it's just that they have to be prepared for the risks that might occur. Always use money that is ready in case of loss.

imagine the profit when you buy billions of SNEK worth just 100 ADA and then when the price of SNEK will be at least just $0.001 this is beyond profit you'd almost be guilty of scamming but you are doing it legally by investing in a meme coin.

it's why i like Doge for being just a joke, it ends up being decentralized too, and widely accepted by casinos and exchanges. i don't think it fits calling doge a shitcoin. its pow and like BTC, its owner also out of the project. he is never in control.
1109  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Top altcoin that you won't buy anymore on: December 09, 2023, 08:21:57 PM
Agreed that the thought about tron, i also think that tron is pure shitcoin. But I think we shouldn't totally avoid any altcoin rather keep following the market for opportunities. I think this is the best way. So i don't have such altcoins or i don't personal dislike any altcoin. But I don't like meme related altcoins cause those are pure scam. Although doge is sounds good to me but I'm still confused about shiba inu. So I'll try to avoid shiba inu as possible

the original plan ffor TRON if i remember correctly was that it was supposed to compete with Steemit but it swayed to a different roadmap going to become an L1 project. not sure what happened in the middle but Justin Sun just entertained us with his marketing skills.

But it stayed on top of the CMC though despite it being called shitcoin. it gained many investors for being cheap and fast to send and it became a money-grabbing platform for developers too.
1110  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: What should newbies do in trading? on: December 09, 2023, 08:08:14 PM

the bull run is perfect for spot market trading. you don't even have to make it hard on yourself.

i started with small amount as well which i only trade when i'm about to sleep just using my phone. i can decide before sleeping and then check when i wake up. if nothing happens just let it be until something comes up like 30% growth. for newbies, spot market trading is the way but still learn the indicators.
1111  Economy / Service Discussion / Re: Where the mixers will promote their projects? on: December 09, 2023, 07:59:13 PM
Basically: legit users will have a harder time finding legit ones; criminals will still have access to it. Tongue
This is just it that you said. What I think more about what is going to happen is that legit users may not know about mixers again except the one users, but new users that have intention of criminality will still know what mixers are and they will still use it. The criminals will still see ways to do their work.
Let not totally ascribed mixers to criminiaties just like the admin mentioned that not all mixers are bad actors,  but a situation where one or two of those bad actor mixer can be trace to this forum is what the admin is trying to prevent it long time effect on members and the forum itself.

Those mixers who have a clean record will continue to exist and legit user will continue to use them likewise even the criminals too will also use them,  but saying that generally mixer are used only by criminals may be a big mixup between the facts and assumptions.

all these are because of Sinbad which was used by Lazaro. but it's not Sinbad's fault they were picked by the Lazaro group and Lazaro should be their target, not the mixers.

if authorities are up to finding them, they should just follow the trails. killing mixers business will just make their job harder as it will be done in a very secretive group. it is harder for them once mixers do the most innovative ways like using AIs and telegram bots.
1112  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Trading is hard!!! on: December 09, 2023, 07:51:22 PM

if they are dumb enough to see trading as ponzi scheme then certainly they didn't understand it and exactly the reason they failed.

the success stories of traders are enticing that is why when they say they are just following certain trading strategy laid out by someone like when two moving averages cross paths, you can sell, and when boom. earn thousands a day.  some of it is true but because every trend is different, a strategy doesn't work all the time.

1113  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Gamblers should not believe in first game win trap on: December 09, 2023, 07:43:40 PM
I noticed there has been some topics about how first time winning is dangerous. What I am saying is someone that has not gamble before, to gamble and win. That it is dangerous. Yes it may be dangerous because the person may have the exciting mind to gamble more  and lose. But that is not the whole true story.

If not talking about the first time loss gamblers that later become addicted, what you are saying is not completely true. If we can do a survey of gamblers that won or lost in their first game, the people that will chose won can not be 100%. They might not be 70%. It may be 50%. Some people will gamble for the first time and lose and continue to gamble. The main reason is because they think gambling is a way money can be made. Unless they change their the way they think about gambling, that gambling is is not a money making means, first time win or loss is not necessarily the cause of their addiction.

Gamble with the money you can lose.

That's right, this casino trick works not only on players who came right away, but also on long-time players who were unlucky at the beginning, but continued to play and play. I mean that a big win can destroy the self-control of even an experienced player.

Today I watched an interview about such a guy, and I felt very sorry for him. The point was that he stuck to his strategy and was successful. But then he won x30 and in the end he lost all that money. It turns out that the casino does not pay such large winnings immediately, but in parts. It is possible for the player to lose all the money before he sees it.

if i can't withdraw the whole amount i would just gradually do it like their TOS. sounds not legal. but he because he came back and played the casino claimed back what he won. the casino did it successfully. he was tricked.

continuous exposure to casinos is more of a choice it's no wonder many of us keep discussing this addiction, maybe they are indeed addicted since they keep discussing it.
since we keep busy in this forum all the time, we are exposed to casinos.
1114  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Interview for sports bettors. on: December 09, 2023, 06:15:48 PM
1- How long have you been gambling in sports?

can't remember but my first was in local basketball i think back in 2016.

2 -What are your worst experience in sports betting?

betting on sports i'm not following. not a fan of basketball or football but just for the sake of trying a strategy like betting on fav team. effective at some point until you keep trying while the capital is almost gone.

3-What are your best experience in sports betting?

winning of course. when I predicted a match. its like hitting the target in the Fury vs Ngannou which i bet for the fight to end in a decision.

4-What can you advise on the new gamblers and those who struggles in sports betting?

keep the faith.  Grin  maybe one day you'll the parlay. everybody's gotta have something to believe.
1115  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: Is Cardano still a good investment? on: December 08, 2023, 09:33:42 PM
Quote from: JamesDaniel90
I do not know too much about Cardano just that it is current top 10 and many rave about it, would be good to hear thoughts on this both good and bad.

You don't know more about Cardano and you want to invest your money, when we have many potential altcoins in n the market that can give you double income if you can apply long term holding in that particular coin. There are some moved in the crypto market few days ago that make many altcoins price change positively which is a sign that Cardano will pump higher next year if you will be able to buy now and hold for the price to increase higher before you can visit the market to sell to make some income. If you are a short term holder, I don't think you will be able to make that kind of income from Cardano investment, because it require long term holding for you to be able to achieve something reasonable from your investment.

Finally, Cardano is walking up.

Cardano is one of my few long-term investments besides BTC. I've been holding since September 2021. For those who understand the 4-year cycles, while it definitely requires patience, so I'm feeling pretty good right now. I don't know what will happen next, but I feel good. From my understanding making a reasonable amount from altcoin investments requires luck because there's no shortcut.

4-year cycle is because of BTC halving, altcoins are just pulled up because all crypto prices are based on satoshis. but according to some people on some podcasts, the waking up of Cardano was because of their TVL on the Defi ecosystem which investors are starting to trust Cardano.

all i thought was that people were trying to get their hands on DUST token which will be airdropped to the ADA holders.
started buying at $0.28 now i'm in profit. i wanna see how high it could go.
1116  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Can loneliness make one addicted to gambling on: December 08, 2023, 09:21:29 PM
I don't think that the main reason is loneliness, anyone can get addicted to gambling for many reason as it can be without any reason it just depends on the individual mentality. This person got addicted because he gmable irresponsibly and heavily, if he was doing something else and tries to forget about his wife with something other than gambling he wouldn't spend 500$  from 600$ of his daily income.
Gambling irresponsibly is very risky and may lead to a quick addition, especially in this man's case who has an income which means that more money in you pocket can make someone more addicted because he has that feeling of security.

they say it's often the thrills of winning that make gambling addicting and its due to the dopamine. but this is when you are already addicted to it. loneliness i think is just the start of someone who is just about to gamble for the first time and then he learns that there are people in the casino that welcome him which he finds belongingness.
kinda like the child who is trying hard to be part of a group. loneliness can make a person return to a place where he feels he is not alone.
1117  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Casinos after the shutdowns of mixers on: December 08, 2023, 09:11:27 PM
IMO you can't stop mixers, just like you can't stop deep web markets. Both will continue to exist and governments are just starting to look stupid when they try to fight something for a decade and it's still there doing fine, like torrents.

I don't agree with a number of stances taken by many governments around the world and since I haven't elected them, I'm not going to obey they. Why should I care what the US government thinks about mixers if I'm on the other side of the globe and never even used USD in my life?

Bottom line, casinos will thrive, mixers will thrive, bitcoin will thrive. Nothing will change, apart from policies that regulated companies will have to keep up with or they'll get fined.
Mixers are very fluid in their operations. They can't be prevented. There will always be a an everlasting bad blood between mixers and the government. At some point the government and mixers will have a middle ground, this is what I expect though but do not know when it is going to happen. The true bitcoin supporters who want to be truly anonymous.

For now, even if the  domains of a thousand mixers are seized, casinos that are regulated will thrive. They do not work together. A problem facing one will not stop the business of the other.

You are right, when we are in a period in which things are less anonymous and less private, it is better for all those who actually seek that this turns out to be bad, in this order of ideas we have to assume that things as the mixers are taking away the privilege they had from certain players, but since now they are so demanding with KYC, without mixers, without VPN, there will come a time where the demand for the caissos will go down, because like some players they basically are Very millionaires who like their privacy and anonymity will no longer want to play that way, because that will be paradise for governments to track them and the possible things they can ask of each player, from a large tax to a large amount of money. What they can get out of them, some don't see it that way, but let's say that the perosans that we already have experience in this type of dealings with governments and banking entities because what one does is think badly.

Basically, being without mixers is like giving a big point to the governments and entities that are completely centralized, and the mixers in my opinion are not illegal at all, because it is money, it is money that people want most, so why can't they have it? people ? single governments? banks? Those things are the ones that I always emphasize a lot, just imagining a casino that is legal, that does not have many licenses, that does not require KYC nor does it matter if they use the VPN, but that is a totally reliable casino, where they believe that the players of casinos? especially the whales who don't like to give their KYC? For there obviously, this thing about the mixers is one more step Backwards that is being taken, I don't think that all the mixer companies will go down , I think that they are going to be in a persecution, but I don't see that it is something serious, It's something that doesn't suit me at all, it's not what it should be.

i doubt the users of casinos will diminish when the gamblers become rich with BTC. they will always be here to just keep betting. as long as they can bet and try to make money with a small amount to risk, they will be gambling.

those mixers will solely just have onion domains just to keep their law tailing them. as of now there's one mixer on the other crypto forum which somehow i could say its still spreading the word.

1118  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: How do you withdraw your cryptocurrency from an exchange to a bank account on: December 08, 2023, 08:55:43 PM

we know banks don't like it. its employers i guess are also trained to respond that way when someone asks about crypto.
if you mean converting your crypto to cash going to your bank account, you can try the p2p in the exchange where a user you can deal with will send the cash going to your bank account while the bank will have no idea about your exchange. but if you mean withdrawing your BTC going to bank, it's not possible. banks don't have BTC wallets for you.  Grin
1119  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Your altcoins for bull session (Between Rank 30-200) on: December 08, 2023, 08:35:09 PM
Not only layer 1 altcoins but also good altcoins should be hold together for better profit cause rest of altcoins will give more profit then layer 1 altcoins cause those layer 1 altcoins already reached on top and Early adoptor made profit but rest of altcoins with low cap still giving us a chance to take advantage. 30-200 there are lots of coins. Litecoin, cosmos, aptos, fantom, arbitrum and so many good altcoins are available. Kindly check cmc and select yours

majority of the altcoin prices are mooning though. he prepares the layer1 because its usually the one that is going up the first. i think every L1 that claims ETH killer will go up without killing.

i bought more cardano last week and glad because it's pumping.
it's not so bad when the tokens i previously dumped now is getting the speed. excited to see how high this token can go this bull season and whether the season will extend up to the end of the year 2024.

1120  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: What Aspect of Sports Betting or Casino Gambling Posed a Challenge for You? on: December 08, 2023, 08:09:45 PM
What aspect of sports betting or casino gambling posed an initial challenge for you when you first started, but which you eventually grasped? How did you finally understand it. Did a friend explain it, did you watch a YouTube video, participate in a sports betting community on social media, or did you figure it out through a trial-and-error approach?

when you begin to find ways to win, you will also search or ask the sports community. i joined a sports community where i am also actively participating in that community.  like every other community there are lots of channels where users discuss matches and from there i learn who they are betting on and just trial and error after learning.

whether i win or not i will still be watching the sports that i like anyway so with the bet slips they share, i started copying.
