Bernard Arnault a french billionaire and the CEO of Louis Vuitton is trying to buy AC Milan from Elliot Management
Where did you ear about this?
I can't find any info about it here on Italians medias.

I don't know about Italy's local news sources but if you Google Bernard Arnault's name and put AC Milan beside it you will see hundreds of articles about it. It's even a hot topic in Milan's Reddit page where I first heard of the news. However in my own opinion I do see this move being possible with Arnault having links with their current owner as well as being owner of hundreds of successful brands if we are only talking about the money alone this move is possible.
1122  Economy / Reputation / Re: Forum made Sr. Member on: December 05, 2019, 03:10:16 PM
First of I would like to congratulate your success one ranking up to the Sr. Member rank and I'm sure that you can reach the remaining higher ranks we have with the pos quality you have but I like to point out that we might be thinking that “effort” is something we need to earn merits which isn't really the case. If you are a spammer or shit poster or just a person who reads the title of the thread and post yeah sure you need a little bit more effort than that. But to be honest a forum is made not just so we can post but we literally need to read and learn before we can even post, that's not called effort because that's how a forum should properly work. This kind of common practice is just overshadowed by sig campaigns and bounties amking a lot of members to post first rather than read making their posts quality low.

Bernard Arnault a french billionaire and the CEO of Louis Vuitton is trying to buy AC Milan from Elliot Management and he thinks that he can bring both Messi and Pep Guardiola to the team. Fans are already considering this as a meme rather than something factual to happen. Another ownership change would mean another rebuild for the team and I think that there is no point in not trying again since Elliot looks like they are not investing more cash in their transfer budget this season. Another Serie A related news is that Zlatan Ibrahimovic is set to join a Serie A team and the best bets are is that AC Milan is the team he will join, I'm not hoping that this would happen and I don't think that Ibra can contribute more compared to what Piatek is currently doing.
1124  Bitcoin / Legal / Re: Virgil Griffith Will Be Released From Jail Pending Trial, Says Attorney on: December 04, 2019, 08:15:44 PM
Posting bail was a good sign meaning that the judge ruled in favor of him that there was doubtful evidence to begin with. Now the next step for them is for them to throw this case in the trash on where it belongs. The US government is always on this kind of witch hunt hoping that every evidence they see will stick and they are hoping to convict anyone with very little evidence. Still I see his Blockchain and Peace lecture didn't intend for the North Koreans to avoid sanctions or to create any kind of international loopholes and the US government is just assuming everything on what he did.
1125  Economy / Scam Accusations / Re: 0.01 BTC loan defaulted by (MakeMoneyBtc) on: December 04, 2019, 07:41:34 PM
What I wanted to say is that I'm going to pay my loan back when I will have all the money available, probably sometime in the next couple months.

I understand all the troubles you had in your life, but you can not run away from your obligations, and this is one of them.
Wherever you live, 0.01 BTC is not huge money, so you have NO excuse to prolong this for couple of months buddy!

Well that's the sad thing about loans with no collateral in Bitcointalk, you cannot really force the guy on paying what he owes and from the looks of it he doesn't even care about the negative feedback you have given to him which I think for us DT members is something used to influence the person to pay back or solve the problem which in this case didn't work. Now the only thing really left to do is to wait for his promise. Or @MakeMoneyBtc are you open to paying back the loan bit by bit I'm pretty sure that you can be capable of that and @shasan are you open to receiving payments from him in trenches?
1126  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Using a trader from my portfolio on: December 04, 2019, 07:06:00 PM
A good rule of thumb for spotting a scam is if they are giving you fixed returns for your money. Like what you have said 500$ will give you 1,500$ and 2,000$ will give you 6,000$ and by the looks of it the scammer is offering you a 300% return a week for such a volatile market which is impossible to do so. The return itself being offered weekly should be a red flag itself since returns that big on a short period don't exist at all even in the most elite form of trading. Don't even think that they are trustworthy just because you come across each other in LinkedIn as scammers are now lurking everywhere even with that kind of site, fake ICO projects also have fake LinkedIn profiles for there non-existent members to make them look like legit. So really you cannot trust everything you see in this industry.
1127  Economy / Speculation / Re: Could Bitcoin increase as in 2017? on: December 04, 2019, 06:20:04 PM
~snip

At the next bullrun (late 2020 to 2021?) the FOMO effect might happen amongst 3 different groups. All with the 2017 bullrun in mind.

- Traders/investors that are already in the crypto space.
- Institutional investors(!).
- New people that has been on the sideline and being sceptical about crypto since 2018/2019. These will even FOMO in at $50k+ !

And that will be a bad thing. The ATH happened in 2017 was because of FOMO and looked at what happened next, it triggered an 18-month bear market which wasn't really good in the eyes of the majority as well as the market overall. That's why if we want to have a more stable price growth we need to rely more on the real demand for Bitcoin and not just because of the FOMO backing it since the demand should be the one backing the price pump not the other way around.
1128  Bitcoin / Press / Re: [2019-12-02] 5 Small Chinese Crypto Exchanges Shut Down in November 2019 on: December 04, 2019, 04:47:47 PM
Are these news from China even true? That these exchanges are closing because of an anti-crypto government? If this is true why are the big exchanges in China like Huobi and OkEX are not having statements about this or at least looks to be affected on the government breathing under them. Not until we have some big names involve we cannot confirm these kinds of news.
1129  Economy / Speculation / Re: Could Bitcoin increase as in 2017? on: December 04, 2019, 11:01:09 AM
The one we have experienced in 2017 wasn't really expected to happen and the price increase was actually brought by FOMO more than the demand itself that's why it went up to almost 20,000$. So to answer your question yes it's possible to reach that price again and maybe more but the reason of the increase might be because of the increase in demand and not the FOMO since we are having a hard time going back up there even with just the FOMO alone.

We are probably at the advocating stage already.

1131  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: $16M in Stolen Ethereum from Upbit Were Just Transferred on: December 02, 2019, 08:38:37 PM
I just wonder how the exchanges are more targeted than the whale, I believe they have more hands as security measure than the whale and yet fall victim of hack, The irony of those scam. None of the hacks had been investigated, which I hope will bring some revelation into the exchanges. The gut to put such atrocity into the dailies the following day without any fear.  They have done it over and over, I dont have any concern for them even if they refund all users concerned.

It's because it's more easy to infiltrate a crypto exchanges with hundreds of thousands of users rather than just a whale who keeps most of their holdings in a cold storage, there is even a big chances that the crypto exchange has a few whale accounts on it so I think this is how they choose their target. Also even if we aren't seeing reports that whales are losing funds from their wallets it doesn't mean that they aren't being targeted it's just that crypto exchanges are the more easier target here.
1132  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: [Boxing]: Tete vs Casimero on Nov 30 on: December 02, 2019, 07:50:36 PM
Damn, Casimero really proved himself with a statement win against the much formidable and favourite Tete. That hit to the temple much be really hard that Tete was really out and can't recover. Casimero should go out and fight in the US as @Finestream have said.

He should be exposed to the US audience so that he can get good paycheck as well. I mean he has been traveling around the world, but we all know that the mecca of boxing is in the US so MP should put him in US soil for his next fight.

Casimero already fought in the US and it was against Ricardo Franco for the vacant WBO World Bantam Weight title which he successfully claimed against him. The thing is Franco is just a mediocre boxer at best that's why Casimero's name didn't made a noise in the U.S. another reason why his name isn't that big is mainly because of his weight division, bantam weight, which isn't really that popular in the US since they tend to watch bigger and heavier boxers which I think starts at the Welterweight division where you will see boxers like Pacquiao, Terrence Crawford, and Errol Spence Jr.. If he didn't get the chance to be popular in this division he always have a chance to move up weight and prove himself like what Pacquiao did.
1133  Local / Pilipinas / Re: "Development" and "Improvement" of the Society: Discussion about Blockchain. on: December 02, 2019, 06:40:18 PM
Sa aking pag tingin hindi naman natin ganun talaga kailangan ang "talks" or "seminars" about crypto or blockchain at the moment. Yes it can spread awareness sa bansa and it has the potential to make individuals be innovative on developing their own crypto or patent blockchain but this is just the future and matagal tagal pa bago natin makikita yung fruits nito and by that time naunahan na tayo ng ibang bansa sa industriya na ito. If we really want crypto mass adoption to happen in our country I think the best way is to advocate our support towards it para naman makita or mapansin tayo ng gobyerno natin na malakas demand para sa crypto industry, pag nakuha natin supporta nila tiyak na dudumugin tayo ng mga crypto related businesses hindi lang sa CEZA nagfofocus, kalaunan nun mga local businesses na din ang mag-aaccept ng Bitcoin pag nagtagal.
1134  Economy / Economics / Re: Coinbase Holds a Whopping 966,230 Bitcoin ($7B) in Cold Wallet on: December 02, 2019, 05:44:35 PM
I don't think that they are advertising it but they are just showing how liquid their company. If they are holding nearly a million Bitcoin then this just shows how capable they are on paying their customers back on what they will withdraw or what they will buy. Even if they don't advertise such information they are still in the cross hair of hackers trying to infiltrate there system, it's how crypto exchanges/services work and they are aware of the risk involve running a digital and online business. That info might gain a lot of attention from hackers but I think they are well secured for any kind of attacks to steal it, this isn't even an official statement from Coinbase and this is just a report coming from another source.
1135  Other / Meta / Re: Ban account! For what? on: December 01, 2019, 09:10:48 PM
But now I’m not avoiding the ban, but trying to find out! In the future

It's not about the matter of time or what account you are using now the important thing here is your account, Dubrov12, is banned and creating another account for posting is considered as ban evasion if you are posting outside of the meta board.

In the future I will not have these problems and deviations from the ban? I’m not evading now!

You won't have that chance if you aren't cleared with your banned account and your only chance of lifting the ban is by having a ban appeal which you can post in the meta board as well. But in your case where your other account is banned because you are ban evading you are highly unlikely to get an approval with your ban appeal.
1136  Other / Beginners & Help / Re: BTC FRAUD on: December 01, 2019, 08:14:25 PM
I haven't tried this service yet but I discovered this one because of this thread and I think it's worth a try since you will just be only paying them if they have recovered your stolen funds so I think it's a win win solution. With your case I don't think I could do of much help since I really have nothing to work on, at least with this service where a legal firm is backing it up they might have some several ways of recovering your crypto as normal members here don't have.
1137  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Italian League Prediction Thread (Serie A) on: December 01, 2019, 07:24:02 PM
Theo Hernandez saves the day for the fans of AC Milan his last minute goal secured the 3 points for us to climb the Serie A table. We are lucky in that much since I haven't seen any improvements from the team overall with regards to avoiding counter attacks as well as finishing. About finishing I really don't know if Milan is not good at it or Parma's goalkeeper is really good today since Sepe has saved at least 6 shots from Milan which I think is a really good number for him counting that he has blocked shots from Suso as well as Piatek. One thing I'm mad about the game is Hernandez got a yellow card by taking his shirt off even with an undershirt on which I think is a little bit excessive for them to do.

The topic you referred to has been deleted but it appears that Mod has deleted one topic and not checked all posts ----> https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?action=profile;u=1664756;sa=showPosts

I want to quote this part:
Quote
The account in question is closed permanently to ensure the information donor is not subject to any liability that might occur from future use of the account.
I have become confused as all the risks are borne by those who run this illegal service, and I think it is difficult to track the user if they get BTC payments.
Secondly, since the user is confident of accepting the KYC files, it means that he is modifying the official data that will lead to criminal penalties in most countries.
It is best to avoid putting money in central services and avoid dealing with such people.

Already updated the links with the existing thread this guy have. Also that was my idea that the risk here stays for the ones who will avail these kinds of services since you are already doing identity fraud on your part by submitting KYC documents from other people. The worst thing about this is for people who using KYC from other countries just because there country doesn't allow that kind of website which if they discovered what he is doing he will be caught committing various offenses in his country.

I think it is irrelevant and you should find better ways to spend your time then wasting it stalking people you aren't going to stop or slow down anyway.

Even if I ain't able to stop these kinds of services in the forum at least I have spread awareness that these types of services might get them in trouble for other members to see.
1139  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Does crypto help to diversify your investment portfolio? on: December 01, 2019, 05:33:18 PM
Even though I'm not saying it often just concentraing all your money alone in crypto is something a careless person would do. That's why I also have money in traditional investments such as stocks which I also have diversified my money onto different sectors/industries as well. The key here is to diversify your money but at the same time its not too diversified that you aren't maximizing your money that's why when I buy and hold assets I only focus on to 2 to 3 stocks and 1 to 2 cryptos at a time.
1140  Economy / Reputation / Re: Does this count as Identity Fraud/Falsifying Documents? on: November 30, 2019, 08:18:03 PM
seems to suggest that it is not allowed to obtain KYCed accounts, which to me seems like almost the same thing as what you're describing, but there is no actual hacking involved so I don't know.

The other thing is that some exchanges engage in frivolous KYC demands that are essentiall confiscating customer's funds. While I wouldn't suggest to use fake documents to bypass that, I can imagine why some users with substantial amounts at stake might consider it.

The problem with this service is even though it has good intentions of unlocking your account the way it provides isn't a legal way and it can backfire to the user if the KYC submitted was proven falsified on his end and the exchange might use it against them, permanently locking your funds isn't the worst thing they can do to you. Another point is if this service is really getting this personal information legally from their original owners because I can't really imagine someone will be careless enough to become an "information donor" even if it involves cash in exchange for their private information.

You are only allowed to sell accounts/invites that you legally obtained yourself or through legitimate trades. If you did anything illegal in order to obtain an item, then you can't trade it on bitcointalk.org. Anyone found breaking this rule will be banned.

Also with what theymos said on the thread you provided I think the key word here is "legally" and I don't think their is anything legal about an account being verified with the use of someone else's information.
