1381  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Announcements (Altcoins) / Re: [ANN][EMC] Eloncoin - Mars, here we come!! 🚀 - POS Energy Efficient. on: December 05, 2023, 11:42:50 PM
Good to see that it's listed on dextrade and hopefully that we get to see more of these dexes where it is going to be listed.

Looking forward to see Eloncoin listed on prominent exchanges like Kucoin and Binance.
That might take time but who knows if it's going to be there somewhere. We'd be able to trade there but once it's there or any of them, the volume will no doubt rise.
1382  Economy / Economics / Re: You are the product. Corporations spying on us deeper than we thought? on: December 05, 2023, 11:15:07 PM
People accuse TikTok that are spying on everyone's device. Everyone doesn't realize that every app that we have on our own that we have permitted to that we don't seem to care about at all is spying on us.
They get our privacy and data that's sent to them upon downloading and installing them.
Everyone is right that we are their products and things that we're taking on internet for free, they are not really free at all because there's a consequence of obtaining them.
1383  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Service Discussion (Altcoins) / Re: Binance Shuts down their Visa Debit Cards in Europe on: December 05, 2023, 10:47:33 PM
It seems that we're going to see Binance everywhere to have issues, they're targeted by the regulators and it all means that they need to register for each of those jurisdictions one by one. Although they are an international brand and their operations are globally, that makes sense for them to be followed everywhere because of the revenue that they're getting for each of the customers where they are not registered. Name their services, visa debit cards, the exchange itself, anything.
1384  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: Dogecoin (DOGE) Pumps 10% As Elon Musk Links Memecoin To X on: December 05, 2023, 10:19:39 PM
and also it is correct that each time Elon talks about Dogecoin the price increases but recently the effects are to low .
The effects are too low because there are no longer actual fundamentals that are with the Dogecoin. We like to see it pump as much as it can but it just can't this time. But maybe he's just waiting for some blow and I think that he's still got the confidence to move it. And with this, I like this better when he doesn't seem to have the affection anymore to the price of Dogecoin because he's talking or tweeting about it. I guess that he's just on cooldown now and waiting for the bull run madness.
1385  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Litecoin is the sleeping giant on: December 05, 2023, 09:45:42 PM
It's been so long that this was a sleeping giant, it was continuously sleeping after all the devs and main guy have left the project. While I have still liked Litecoin because it's still cheap for fees and using it for some transfers, as an investment, I've been suggesting it before but not anymore this time. So, it's just like for the respect that Litecoin has contributed to this market and it's never going to be taken away from it. No matter how we like to see this giant awake, seems not plausible anymore.
1386  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: How to identify shitcoins? on: December 05, 2023, 09:06:14 PM
]
Specific to the shitcoins, it's true that most of them won't stay in the market once the developers were done making money out of it. Then, those that have thought to believe that they're great projects are gonna be left with all of those shit tokens.
Hey! Colleague thanks for this answer. A question was also ask why some of the  altcoins give up along the journey and since I am not too good altcoins I just gave the reasons that are best suites to it and they were correct. And when I saw this your comment I was impressed as well. So that means most of the developers of altcoins behave like ponzi schemers. Once they have gotten the amount they wanted then the project would collapsed or would ente enter the site maintenance group and that would be that last time to see the website.
Yes, that's right and if you have can remember what happened on 2018. That was the bear market and many of these altcoin projects have behaved like scams and that pushed also the market very low.

]
This is no brainer and no contest. No matter what type of projects come out and tells that they will beat bitcoin whether they are good, shitcoins or meme coins, nothing beats Bitcoin.
If any project came and says that they are going to beat Bitcoin they are automatically tag as scammers.
Well, we can conclude that but sometimes these projects are believing too much to their potential. But wait for a few months and you'll see if they can really be a competitor or not.
1387  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: Help with saving my fund. DOT. on: December 05, 2023, 10:31:27 AM
I have some DOT, and it is down ~80% today from total allocation.
I think I could sell it and buy something else.
What would be that? LINK? SOL? BTC? ETH? Whatever.
So the idea is, to save remaining fund which is down 80% and hopefully some gains. At least if I will safe the fund that is enough.
Or just wait till DOT will be up again?
What do you think?

I know I am asking for financial advice, anyway, what would you do to in this situation?
I think that DOT is still gonna have some come back and pump in the altcoins bull. If I am in that percentage of loss, I won't do anything and will keep it as is because for me, that's already too late to cut loss or even allocate it on other altcoins. And if I want to buy some other cryptos, then I'd use another fund for it. But if you insist and you want to, the best bet is don't go with meme coins or any random altcoins.
Trust the established ones and so DOT is and it's just all about the market of it and the recovery that you're going to wait patiently.
1388  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: $40k Price Target Achieved on: December 05, 2023, 09:11:23 AM
it's $173,566 Before November, 2025. (https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=5463885.msg62722173#msg62722173)
Time to buy as much Bitcoin you can buy and just HODL.

 Wink
Alright.
I'll just sit until 2025 comes and then acquire as much as I can. While the others are fighting with the daily market and pressure, there goes a concerned IT(ImThour) that gives us his accurate analysis. Everyone's gonna endure until November 2025 or before.
We're gonna have some tea party after wards although it's gonna be less than 2 years from now.  Tongue
1389  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Manifesto on airdrops trivialization on: December 05, 2023, 08:19:04 AM
That is why I am not interested with any of them. I have missed the first part when it was completely easy and for free. Right now, it's not all about airdrops but like more of an incentive from the investors that are holding specific tokens that are giving them the initiative to hold those tokens for their own preference. That's what is being repeated right now, although there are projects that are good as if they're one of the best but after the launch and airdrop distribution, they become lacklusters.
1390  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: AN OVERVIEW OF GAMING PROJECTS. on: December 05, 2023, 12:48:53 AM
Being a staunch enthusiast of the gaming crypto ecosystem, I'm often inclined to new gaming projects with good usecases and tokenomics. Personally, I feel they've perceived potential for considerable growth. I've been doing some research and I feel I must have missed out on a few. Please, if you've any on your radar, do well to recommend so I can add to my watchlist, Thanks.
There's no doubt potential for the gaming projects to be known in the scene. We've seen it in the past years and bull run, there are still existing to this date and there will be more. I wouldn't suggest one because it might not be good for you. Just follow the trackers for all of those NFT gaming lists and websites where they list projects that you might think. I've got a few that I think will do good because even if the market was unstable, they're consistent in development.
1391  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Established Altcoins or new potential coins this bullrun ? on: December 04, 2023, 11:39:30 PM
While it's good to spot some altcoins that are entering to their first bull run, I'd still rely on the old ones. But I have chosen very few of them where I've got invested and money ready to lose from those altcoins. It's only on me and I won't recommend it to others because that's my mindset for the random altcoins that I think that I should bet on as if it's a gamble for the upcoming bull run. And for someone who wants to get on it the casual one, choose the older ones.
1392  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Marketing Team Required on: December 04, 2023, 11:15:40 PM
Shouldn’t you post this in the services section? I think that is a more suitable board for you to recruit individuals for their services
IMO, this is paid with their preferred altcoin so they have posted here but despite that, it's still on the wrong section.
@MetaDayOne, the right section for this hiring of yours is on the Marketplace (Altcoins). And it's also nicer if you're going to include the details how much you're going to pay and what altcoins you prefer to.
1393  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: How to identify shitcoins? on: December 04, 2023, 06:38:58 PM
Probably some people are contraindicated in investing, because for them it is only a bad experience. But still, if you look at most of the old projects, you will see that they have shown growth no worse than bitcoin. It's just that altcoins don't have a long lifespan, because new and new projects are constantly appearing to replace the old ones.
Specific to the shitcoins, it's true that most of them won't stay in the market once the developers were done making money out of it. Then, those that have thought to believe that they're great projects are gonna be left with all of those shit tokens.

But nothing can replace bitcoin.
This is no brainer and no contest. No matter what type of projects come out and tells that they will beat bitcoin whether they are good, shitcoins or meme coins, nothing beats Bitcoin.
1394  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: First crypto exchange launched in India, current marketcap is 32k on: December 04, 2023, 05:40:06 PM
Those aren't regulated though. SBDEX is.
They aren't regulated? Are you sure that Zebpay isn't regulated in India? Because with what I know, they're regulated and following the laws of the government. Well, I can't figure it out since I'm not from that country. And if it's about the title, tsaros is right that you're not the first crypto exchange there that was launched. There were plenty of it so that title of yours as the first is invalid whether you are regulated or not.
1395  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: SBF said: WHAT HAPPENED? on: December 04, 2023, 04:45:52 PM
Breaking News: Sam Bankman-Fried is now trading fish to pay for services in prison
If this is for real, I think that he doesn't even to deserve eat fish with what he's done to the people so that he won't get that and won't be able to trade anything for it. Well, he's got served a sentence already and can be said of a lifetime so that makes sense and whatever he's going through on jail or wherever he is right now, people that have gone all of their money and probably some investors are real fisherfolks and have traded everything they can to trade and invest on FTX is like a cycle on his end.
1396  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: Is Xrp still worth to break its previous 3.4$ ATH? on: December 04, 2023, 03:51:46 PM
IMHO, despite that it had won the SEC case, I do not think that it is going to be back on that ATH. Why? one cycle was done and it didnt moves an inch and probably it is because of the case.
But even so, with a lot of supply and currently market cap and even with some pumps, it wont be enough unless there is going to be a new catalyst and news that it is going it push its prices up and will make higher demand.
it at least needs some strong bullrun to move again, the case was truly impactful to them I guess, but also needs to consider the fact that if XRP ever reach that price again then it will need to have massive market capitalization, back then if i remember XRP could even overtake the position of ethereum in the market right now i don't really think thats can be realized for the simplen fact that ethereum market is so complicated with the presence of L2 that uses ethereum for its main currency for gas and also the many blockchain project deriving from EVM i think that whats added so much demands to the ethereum and will hardly get overtaken by some other coin even more so with XRP after the decline.
I know right. The market cap should be tallied to the supply of it and that's how we're going to get to that price. But I'm not really sure if it's possibel to get back on that price because of how the market changes and the fact that there was a case on it before but was now cleared. People's mind changes as well and from the ones that were die hard on it could have changed and reinvested to other cryptocurrencies because of what has happened on it.

but definitely have the chance of breaking its previous ATH so does with the other altcoin in existence but the question is, where are the big investors that gonna invest into XRP?
They can do the strategy of Tron before of reporting every partnership that they have but is that going to work this time, maybe on a bull run but won't do so much impact anymore.
1397  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Which good altcoins can I hold along with Bitcoin for the upcoming halving? on: December 04, 2023, 03:12:10 PM
This literally the first halving I'm going to experience since knowing about bitcoin.
Dude, I think that you're excited and that's totally fine. You just have to enjoy this halving and that's so nice of you that you're asking this question. Because when I've first experienced the halving, there have been only few people that are aware of what's gonna come and asks what should be done.

So I've already started holding Bitcoin and lately the progression  has been going well!!.So I've some Lil funds with me but I'm thinking of which good altcoins I can hold for the upcoming  halving, that's going to also skyrocket too. I was thinking about ETH, BNB and SOL. But still, I  need recommendations from you guys about the best altcoins to hold for the halving please.
All of those that you've mentioned are good, as long as you think that you've got a bunch of Bitcoins that you're satisfied to hold until the halving. Then, there's no problem whatever altcoin you want to hold as long as you're there and ready to spend your money for it.

1398  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Is ETH the King of Altcoins ? on: December 04, 2023, 02:31:58 PM
Yeah, no doubt that the fees for transactions are no longer cheaper but one of the reasons why many have liked it is because for having a very cheap network fee before.
Well, time changes and when a network has promised before to be cheap in transaction fees can no longer stand its promise because of how clogged and high demand transactions on it.
We should not use transaction fee to invest in a coin because if the coin or the project will cause traffic in the future then definitely it create network congestion and once the network of the particular cryptocurrency is congested then the fee must be increased to meet up the traffic. Now that Ethereum transaction fee is very low is because the number of users in the Blockchain are not much as Bitcoin. Bitcoin is recording millions of users while Ethereum is recording hundreds of users so the different is always clear.
Cheaper than Bitcoin yes but there are other coins that are cheaper than ETH in terms of fees. But no need for any argument on this, I like ETH but sometimes we can't stand the fees when there's congestion as it goes crazy and becomes more than a dollar or five or even ten.

If anyone is investing in Ethereum let the person should invest in Bitcoin too because the time when you want to harvest the Ethereum Bitcoin has already given you more profit already.
I agree. Before anyone invests in Ethereum, let it known to invest first with Bitcoin and then go ahead to ETH or any other altcoins. A lot of investors do forget to buy Bitcoin because they're too distracted by the influencers, friends and hypes that they can see on the market.
1399  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: Will USTC hit 1$ again and be a stable coin ? on: December 04, 2023, 01:35:49 PM
What do you think about USTC that was Terra Luna stable coin which fell from 1.00$ to 0.01$ cent
No hope. Could get some pumps but it won't be as decent as before, I'd avoid it.

I bought some of them atm its 0.06$  as it had a jump  does it have a chance to reach 1$ again and be a stable coin
What are your thoughts on this ?
I don't think so. It's never going to be back to $1 and it won't be stable coin anymore. Despite of everyone's effort to think that this will comeback to its former. I'm not happy to cut your fun because that's what I think. If an altcoin has been into controversy and trying to get up from that and the developer of it has been caught and sued to jail, do not give too much hope on it.
1400  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Verified twitter, telegram account is the strong point for a new project? on: December 03, 2023, 09:30:36 PM
Actually, we can't be 100% confident that the project is legitimate because on average all projects use this, such as verified on Twitter and Telegram. I have joined projects several times, on average, I use verified between the two, maybe both of them help them to notify updates to the project community. and we have to be careful in choosing projects that ask for that
Yes, not all 100% verified badges on social media are for real. They can easily be claimed and bought because it's a feature that you just need to pay and you get that verification confirmation of having that badge. Aside from that, this is another way for the new projects to get verified without having to launch the project, a real project. As long as you have money to pay for the monthly subscription, you'll be thought that you are a legit one.
