Note: Payouts can change at anytime depending on BTC/USD rate.

This suck, because I will hold my bitcoins.

What do you mean?

If bitcoin price go up when I get paid I dont get so much bitcoins.

That's why it's not such a good deal. At least Stunna is reliable and honours payments regardless of price fluctuations.

Why is there no y can't I change my avitar? Thought this would be the first FAQ.

You're either blind or spamming for posts:
...
Q: How do I change my avatar?
A: (╯°□°)╯︵ ┻━┻
Alt A: Stolen entirely from a Google search:
Quote
Select a photo on your own computer to use as your avatar. Crop it to be square.
Click on the Profile tab available on every page of the Forum.
Click on "Forum Profile" on the left of the Profile screen under "Modify Profile."
Click on the radio button next to "Upload an avatar."
Click on the Browse button at the end of the empty field next to "Personalized Picture."
Browse on your computer to the photo you have chosen.
Click on the file name of your photo.
At the very bottom of the page, click on "Change profile" to complete the operation.
...

No, neither. That's a completely different question to what I asked and what is asked here all the time. Unless (╯°□°)╯︵ ┻━┻ is meant to mean something.

Gold should be banned because we can't spend it over the internet and it can be faked/counterfeited and I can't by drugs or dildos with it Sad.

I'm sure that this has already been recommended but I'd like to give my +1, and that goes to American Psycho.

I've not read the book, but the movie is something of a cult classic.

I would also recommend The Room. If your local cinema ever happens to be screening the lamentable masterpiece by Tommy Wiseau then take a group of friends and never look back. One of my favourite movie experiences to date.

I've read the book twice but not seen the film once, but the book is a favourite of mine. I keep meaning to watch the film but never get round to it. Apparently it's not as debauched/explicit which is understandable.

One of my favourite parts from the book:

Quote
I ask for a gram, tell him Madison sent me. I pull my wallet out and hand over a fifty and two twenties. He asks the Eurotrash chick for her purse. She hands him a velvet bag by Anne Moore. Ricardo reaches in and hands me a tiny folded envelope. Before I leave, the Eurotrash girl tells me she likes my gazelleskin wallet. I tell her I would like to tit-fuck her and then maybe cut her arms off, but the music, George Michael singing “Faith,” is too loud and she can’t hear.

The Room is also probably the greatest shittest film of all time. What a colossal cinematic fuck-up.

I even thought the fourth one was pretty decent as I was expecting it to be shit and crap all over the franchise.

Same here, though I don't really consider it as being part of the original trilogy since I don't feel like it fits as much. Jim's wedding was a logical conclusion for the series... At least for me.

I still went to see it in theaters and had a good time, though.

Ditto on all counts. I hope they make another. The characters will never get old to me.

... it's ruined the once great expression 'worth his weight in gold'. I mean 'worth his weight in bitcoin' doesn't sound all that heavy really, probably just a couple nanograms or something ... oh wait maybe I got that the wrong way round. Anyway you know what I mean. Why do you think we should ban it?

Not sure if troll, but gold ruined the phrase "I'd rather eat my money", because you can't eat gold, but you could eat potatoes which is what everybody used to use as a currency before gold.

2Pac - Changes: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=nay31hvEvrY

I see no changes. Wake up in the morning and I ask myself,
Is life worth living? Should I blast myself?
I'm tired of bein' poor and even worse I'm black.
My stomach hurts, so I'm lookin' for a purse to snatch.
Cops give a damn about a negro? Pull the trigger, kill a nigga, he's a hero.
Give crack to the kids, who the hell cares? One less hungry mouth on welfare.
First ship 'em dope and let 'em deal to brothers.
Give 'em guns, step back, and watch 'em kill each other.

That's where I stand, too. Having my summers filled with all of these teen-driven movies helped make it an amazing time. I don't care what anyone says; the first three American Pie movies will always have a special place for me.

Plus, I was working in a videostore back then and we'd even watch them while working. I remember spending almost an entire year putting on Orange County first thing on Sunday mornings when I opened the store. I may not have watched it while working (I *did* have stuff to do), but it's one of the few films for which I can probably remember all of the dialogue. Even all of these years later.

I'm also a big fan of the the American Pie trilogy. They were a massive part of my early teens/high school years and have fond memories of the times. I haven't seen them in years though as well so I'll hope to watch them again sometime. I even thought the fourth one was pretty decent as I was expecting it to be shit and crap all over the franchise.

Actually, I don't understand why I can't post on Btc-e's Russian thread, when I'm able to post on any other thread I wish?

This is the thread: https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=29698.0

Because that thread is locked.

An Englishman, an Irishman and a Scot all walk into a bar.

The barman says, 'What's all this, some kind of joke?'

I find these types of jokes grossly offensive as my father was beaten to death by an Englishman, an Irishman and a Scotsman in a bar  Grin.

That's what you get for being Welsh around here.

Welsh? Where did you get that from?
17090  Other / Beginners & Help / Re: Bitcoin Currency in Year 2020 on: January 11, 2014, 12:55:14 PM
It's too early to say. You'd be foolish to say Bitcoin or cryptocurrencies are foolproof and flawless and will be forever. Who knows what will happen to either fiat or cryptos in the near or distant future. I very much doubt the $ or £ will collapse within 6 years, nor do I think BTC (or another crypto) will become the dominating currency within then. Hopefully it will within our lifetime if it continues to work, but I'm sceptical of the entire people / general public adopting it fully any time soon (but I hope to be proved wrong).
17091  Other / Politics & Society / Re: Why do people think income tax is ok? on: January 11, 2014, 12:34:55 PM
Do you honestly believe that, in today's world, those things couldn't be built/services be offered without government involvement?

I believe it is possible for those things to be built/offered without government involvement.

It's just that historical evidence shows that doesn't work worth a damn for many things.

It's not impossible, but it's unlikely to ever succeed or become fully efficient.

Let's find out. People are making your argument not about decentralised government, but about bitcoin. "It'll never work" they say. But we know it already does (at a "small" scale...)

So you can carry on paying these protection rackets to let them "look after everyone" if you like, not going to try and stop you. But there's alot of people out there that have had enough, and want out.

I'd love for this to happen and am one of those people who's had enough and want out of the current system. I'd love and hope that Bitcoin or cryptos become the dominating currencies. I'd love for people to elect politicians or people that genuinely care about what's good for the people and aren't in the pockets of corporations, or even for the people to just take charge of their own lives and that of others for the better of humanity; but people and the general public are generally fucking idiots and don't know what's good for then. They don't know or understand how fiat money or banks work and the war machine. They get on with their shitty little lives and do nothing. Yeah, some people might be armchair anarchists and are angry at paying taxes, but what are they going to do about it? Nothing except moan at the government whilst offering no real solutions other than to get rid of them. Bitcoin should be being used by everyone, but it wont. Why? Ask the people on the street and you'll find out. Ignorance, fear and apathy (probably three of the greatest human diseases).

As a new member, I love long term speculation talks. I am currently looking to invest a certain amount of money however, I want to know what you guys think!!! Please Vote to give me a better idea for the long run!

Thank you.

Pointless guessing a price because any guess is just pure speculation. Nobody can tell you what it'll be worth even tomorrow never mind in 2020.

You need to add more options. You don't even have FTC or a lot of the other coins.
17095  Other / Beginners & Help / Re: Escrow: how does it work here, where do I find it? on: January 11, 2014, 12:12:37 PM
we got on skype:

I sent the MoneyPak it's been 4 days I didn't get the bitcoins he says it's because the transaction is to small can't make to my wallet I said yesterday I want the bitcoins by the end of the day or the dollars back now he doesn't respond.

Any ideas what I can do or it's just a price to pay for my ignorance of not nowing to use escrow?

It's the price you pay unfortunately. Just be thankful it was only $20 and learn from your mistakes. Never send first or use escrow.

Payouts are too low. Bit777 is offering 0.5 for the maximum threshold of 2000 posts.

0.4 for 2000 non spam posts is not gonna work.

I'm sure it'll work fine. There's plenty of other options for sig deals that pay less than both and people still choose to use them.

Note: Payouts can change at anytime depending on BTC/USD rate.

This doesn't give me much faith as well.

Do they pay?

They appear to be legitimate.

Please don't click the link.

Scam much?

What link? Did the mods delete it? Report any suspicious links you see.

Just finished watching Eurotrip.

I remember thinking it was hilarious when I was in my late teens... Surprisingly, a lot of it holds up!

Mi Scusi.

I also enjoyed EuroTrip and have seen it several times, but I haven't watched it in years, so hopefully it'll stand up when I watch it again. I do have a soft spot for all those Teen movies like Road Trip and American Pie etc as I loved them back in the day and still think they hold up, but maybe it's partly nostalgia.

Well, I don't know, ask Stunna does he have time to check who is spammer an who isn't.

You ask him if you're so interested. I'm sure you wouldn’t be holding this opinion if you fell under the 50 activity which you are only just out of. In that scenario should you be punished for the actions of few others? Regardless, spammers get reported and are spotted easily. I reported one yesterday to the mods and he was banned almost immediately. If you come across anyone abusing the system let Stunna or the mods know and help the guy and community out. We as a community can easily help weed out the abusers and you'll also be doing us all a favour, especially if the system keeps on getting abused because you and I will lose out. If you see anyone continually posting crap either give them a polite PM reminding them of the rules or let Stunna know and he can decide what action to take. Hopefully this new system will curb most of the abuse and we can handle any existing users trying to game the rules ourselves.
