17121  Other / Beginners & Help / Re: Which coin would you use in your everyday life ? on: January 10, 2014, 09:20:47 PM
I don't think I have heard of any cryptocoin other than bitcoin being used for anything other than trading it for bitcoin or real money. I certainly have never seen any shops advertising the fact that they accept payment in litecoin or dogecoin.

There are some. There's a pub in London that accepts Feathercoin, and some places accept LTC, but yeah, most alt currencies are lagging way behind in merchant adoption.

17122  Other / Politics & Society / Re: Kim Jong Un Had His Uncle Eaten Alive By 120 Revenous Dogs on: January 10, 2014, 09:16:50 PM
Can tourists get in or is it disallowed to basically most foreigners?

The only people that are allowed in or out are political figures from North Korea or other countries. And in the case of those from the outside, it's a really picky selection process. Dennis Rodman counts as a political figure, apparently (and in the context he went to North Korea, it was to make a politically motivated appearance, even if he was just claiming to be visiting his friend Kim Jong Un)

All we know about this report is that someone, who isn't the DRNK leadership, reported the story on a blog. That doesn't mean it isn't true.  It doesn't mean it is either. Someone writing statements down in a public place isn't good enough to prove the contents, that's my basic rule. Dennis Rodman definitely went to North Korea and met with Kim Jong Un though, and it's pretty obvious how we know that's true.

So I couldn't go to North Korea on a holiday if I wanted to, or would I need an invite from Kimmy?  Cheesy

Which breeds of dogs did they used? If it is a small dogs or big dogs. I imagine the suffering does make a difference.

They didn't use any dogs apparently. Just guns.
17123  Economy / Services / Re: Earn up to 0.4BTC/month just by posting! - Advertise for PrimeDice.com! *Updated on: January 10, 2014, 09:08:50 PM
Due to the great number of complaints about spam bots, we will be restricting the next round (Jan 17th onwards) to users with 50+ activity. Any posts you make while you are under 50 activity will not contribute to your total.

So, Its closed for newbs?

Yes, I believe so. You need 50+ activity to participate. I actually think this is a good idea as it stops people just signing up to abuse the system and should keep the quality of posters higher.

Could we hope for some increase in payment for our labors?

Payment is already still very high, but maybe consider reducing the amount of posts to what it was before. Although obviously I am biased on this but 2000 is a helluva lot (but so was 1200 and obviously people don't need to make this amount either way). Anyway, thanks for making these compromises Stunna and hopefully signatures will not be banned outright in the near future.
17125  Other / Off-topic / Re: To the Moon on: January 10, 2014, 08:54:21 PM

Original content?

What about Sexcoin...i think we all want Sexcoin to to the moonnnnnn

People say to the moon about every coin now. And I think the only place Sexcoin needs to go to is the junkheap of dead crapcoins.
17126  Other / Meta / Re: Paid signatures poll on: January 10, 2014, 08:51:54 PM
I've eliminated those giant annoying signatures from our thread, not sure what I was thinking at the time. I've noticed there is a serious divide between those with paid signatures and those without them and I'd be happy to work towards a fair compromise.

While I think the signatures were good in bringing a lot of new users to the forum and convincing lurkers to register, I feel that overall they are now starting to have a negative effect if left unchanged. Ive updated our thread to restrict the next term to users with 50+ activity which should eliminate a strong amount of the spammers. If you have other suggestions please let me know and if the staff of bitcointalk would like me to discontinue this I'd be more than willing to comply.

Thanks

That's actually a really good idea. I was going to suggest maybe making two pay/posting brackets. One for newbs or newcomers to the deal and one for existing users. You could have maybe newbs/newcomers complete two months before they can move onto the next 'trusted' bracket, but limiting it to 50 activity is probably much better Cheesy.

Anyway, thanks for your compromises, and I'm sure there will be a way to keep the sig deals without having to ban them outright.
17127  Other / Off-topic / Re: Anybody know where John K went? on: January 10, 2014, 08:46:10 PM
You doubt somebody would skip town over 500BTC?

Not a really compelling reason considering he probably already has thousands.

Well, you never know. That kind of money can turn a lot of people and you don't know what financial situations someone may find themselves in (and then there's the long-con etc). I'm not saying he has done any of these things or anything, but I've seen how money can corrupt even the most moral of people.
17128  Other / Beginners & Help / Re: How cryptocurrency is applicable to adult webcam? on: January 10, 2014, 08:38:10 PM
Ok if you're going to ignore us we're going to ignore you.

Belive me, in adult business are no easy solutions for avoid scam.

You may open http://blockchain.info/ and follow recent transaction. Just select any transaction from "Latest Transactions" and refresh page in 5-10 min to see how many confirmations are done. In your case 1 confirmation is enough.
It so hard to imagine for me, a model, that will check it all with 4 finger in ass and dildo in mouth, after 20 minute of Hitachi using, to be in grade to not lost concentration...

bwahahahahahahaha. I'm crying here  Cheesy. She really doesn't need to check. Just send the payment and enjoy the show. It's not rocket science.

Yeah you are right. The poll was bias and had an agenda lol

But I made the poll so what would you expect?

And I'm glad you scratched the word because I don't think there is anything wrong with the pictures I have posted so far. They are not vulgar or extremely x rated.

I never said they was. But I'm guessing the perverts people here wish they was  Grin.

This is true. My fellow pervs people and I all agree. We do wish they was.

I like the bra promo idea, Monica80. Then again, I'm a pervert people, so go figure. Some pervert person please make it happen!

17132  Other / Beginners & Help / Re: China Bitcoin Situation on: January 10, 2014, 08:20:19 PM
Any thoughts about China Bitcoin regulations and bans, does anybody have any info about what exactly is happening there, prediction for next 30 days, how it will affect the price?

Nobody can predict the markets even one day from now never mind 30 days. Any guessing is pure speculation.

We want to see some smarts.

According to the poll I am both!

I think perverts people are just trying to flatter you. And there was no 'neither/none' option as Guybrush said  Grin.

Those requirements are too high...

One post and a four hour wait is too high?
17136  Other / Off-topic / Re: Anybody know where John K went? on: January 10, 2014, 07:53:54 PM
I doubt he skipped town over 500 BTC (I think that was the amount that Theymos broke up BT's holdings into). Anyway if anybody knows how to get ahold of him, I have a few questions.

You doubt somebody would skip town over 500BTC?

I can't validate as I just saw it in a post yesterday that no one in the post had received contact from him since the last post and yes he had at least "some" btc from escrows 1 being some type of raffle and if I remember right that was about 100btc so I would assume he still holds the forums money as well?  Again just guesses on my part, but more discussion about the same topic below

See here:

He's holding a 100BTC raffle prize as well?
