So far I have bought nothing with Bitcoin aside from other cryptocurrencies. I am keen to learn what I can buy though. Does anybody know a website where its maybe listed what and where we can buy bitcoin? Would be great, as there are not many places that accept bitcoin so far.

your forecast price trig for the end of 2017 ??
At the end of 2017 probably no one is guessing, since this is a very short period. But for 2018, it all depends on whether they stick to the roadmap. But at the moment, it seems to me that 25,000 - 30,000 Satoshi, can be worth it, it's an average price, and I think it's justified. I honestly expect higher, though, 60,000 Satoshi. I just learned about TRIG. The idea of a blockchain based defensive system definitely has potential, as you say, only if they stick to the roadmap, it would be easy to go up to 30k satoshi in 2018 in my opinion.

Riecoin had some serious price surge in the last days. Can somebody evaluate where this is originating from? Any big news? Where is this sudden pump that drove RIC almost 150% up coming from?

Another project that is up 100% in the last days, with some swings in it but still seems to look for a new bottom in this area as it seems. What is the reason for this price increase for GVT? Some big news, or the news about getting added to Bittrex thtat drove it up?

2018---$100---easy ...
Can you evaluate why you think it will get this high in 2018? I just learned about this project and checked on coinmarketcap and its currently traded at around $1.50 (good gains in the last days though). What would be the reason that drives it to $100?

I like the NXT platform a lot, although I think there should be more marketing done, so people become aware of this great project. It really got some unique features, like the nxt dex and is around long now, so more and more people should use it imho. I also love ARDOR, hopefully it will succeed.

Recently I was asking myself how decentralized exchanges could function as a fiat gateway as well. How could this be implemented on decentralized exchanges? I would be happy if anyone could share their thoughts on this. Is anything planned by binance to become such an dex, when it becomes a dex, or will binance remain a "crypto only" exchange?

Altcoins ruined everything, bitcoin would have made me rich now Im stuck with useless altcoins instead fuc!
Oh jeez, cry us a river. welcome to alts. hodl or cry and lose money... I am pretty sad that I didnt buy me some Monero when I first heard about it one year ago. It would have been the perfect time, and I would have made such a good profit by now. Do you think now is still a good entry point or should I wait for another retrace? What are the price expectations until end of 2017?
Nobody knows. I've been buying since .50 cents a few years ago. Still would buy more. Oh lol, thanks that you answered already, I deleted that post again, because I saw the post about being stuck with the alts. haha. Good on ya with those 0.50c! Do you think Aeon got a similar growth potential as Monero?

Kind of got that same feeling. feelsbadman. But, I see it from a positive side, there is a lot of more growth potential! Many of those alts can bring great returns in 2018! Life shuts a door and opens another. As for monero: what are the expectations for end of 2017? I would love to finally enter but Im not sure if now after that rise in price is the right time to do so?

Many problems I could think of: multi class society, dump politicians, you name it. But what bothers me the most is the newly evolving racism in daily life. Peoples attitude on the streets changed.

Didnt the big banks like goldman & sachs start already to fight against bitcoin, there was this one guy that called Bitcoin a scam some months back, didnt do him so good. But I guess in general banks are not really aware of what is coming, the crypto markets are still too small. Only the big banksters know about it and they certainly do prepare themselves for a shift of power and what they could do to prevent that from happening.

Im okay with living in the milleniums, but I would definitely go back to 2008, work very hard that year or a bit longer and then invest it all in Bitcoin. Hope we can bring our knowledge back in time right?

I think that yes, the big banksters are afraid of crypto, because they fear a shift of power. Money is power and if they cant control it anymore, they loose that power eventually. But many smaller banks arent even aware of what is coming, at least that is my impression from talking to local bankers I know. After all, they should be afraid, and all the guilt of why this shift of power is desperately needed, lays with them.

After all hodling pays off in the most cases. Sure if you are a good trader you can multiply your money, but if you are not, just hold it. ETH has a good future and it is already climbing to new all time highs. For end of this year I can imagine it breaking $500 even.

Vouch for this! BTC will reach 50k thats as certain as christmas is around the corner. Only thing that admittedly scares me a bit is this continuous forking. This definitely doesnt shed a good light on crypto. Not to speak from the ICO craze and the newly airdrop mania.

If token issuance looks like a claim on the future value of an enterprise, that is true. The problem is, among the scams that have emerged from what can be called the “token-layer” of the crypto hierarchy, investing in unproven applications (“ideas”) is the most prevalent. Read more: https://cryptodaily.co.uk/2017/11/icos-not-bitcoin-bubble/Couldnt agree more here. Its a shame how this whole ICO craze is evolving. I am concerned that this will hurt the space badly sooner or later. We can already see it with those many scams evolving. Moreover people are too lazy to do their due dilligence and therefore hurting themselves. This month there were several ICO's (legit ones) that just lowered their hardcap to 1/10 or even 1/50 of the previous one because november was a slow month. Can you believe that? What are people supposed to think of that besides of: greedy money grab that would have never needed this kind of money in the first place to realize their idea. Sad.

Just came across this article today says that 4 million out of the total supply of 21 million have already been lost due to various reasons. The most popular reason are the HODLers who are holding it for quite long. These people have reduced the supply of bitcoins in market which has upsurged the price of bitcoin so much. Satoshi surely is the biggest HODLer himself. Here is the article : http://fortune.com/2017/11/25/lost-bitcoins/Sick to known I never holded more than 20 bitcoins in my life and these millions lost wtf.. Definitely, I just read this story from that other guy that signed up to the forum just to ask if he made the biggest mistake of his life when he declined the offer to buy Bitcoins in 2010. He came to ask if these were the same Bitcoins that are now worth so much. Feelsbadman.

Oh boy, that poor guy. Posted one time on this forum to ask if he made the biggest mistake of his life, got the answer straight away and never came back here. Wonder what he feels like now while BTC climbing to $10000. Life closes a door, and opens up another!

Trading with btc - eth, I buy too high ( 0,082 ) and today I sell all on 0,077. Before that trade btc - ripple ( xrp ), make mistake buy 0,0002150 so today I sell with price 0,0001200. I decide to sell all because my patience is finish. I have loss almost 40% from my money, my question is simple ................. stop or continue?
At first I wanted to advise you too keep trading because you need to fail in every way you can before you master a thing, same goes for trading. But after reading the exact examples of your trades and why you did this, maybe you should stop trading and just try to put your coins in cold storage. Never buy high and sell low!
