anyone with more than a dozen jupiters shoud srsly consider donating one to ckolivas, even if its only 'temporary' while he irons out the kinks...

if anyone can get us in the 4 figure hashrate, its him and or kano.

but then my post will probably be modded away so the real shitwaffle barons' crud doesnt get sidetracked...

1842  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Mining (Altcoins) / Re: Swedish ASIC miner company kncminer.com on: September 30, 2013, 05:58:29 AM
How many people placed their bids SOLELY on bitcoinoramas 'musings' & 'opinions' ?

He made more of an effort to promote KnC than Knc themselves.

Just because towards the end of the expected delivery time he started to chill out does not immunize him from his role in the entire debacle.

He KNEW what he was doing, and he KNEW he would be rewarded for it. regardless if the rest of us end up shafted.

He had better post his holiday pics for us today and explain himself really well or else.....

....Release The Hounds!!

Yeah, Seriously!!  WELL DONE GUYS!!

Stellar work with awful circumstances!

even though they're almost 'redundant', id love to take one just for the wow factor... except i kinda 'need' wifi.

I'd love to see what you could do with some better chips, perhaps refurbing ALL scamalons rigs at some point.

Congratulations & Best Of Luck, Fellas!!

1844  Bitcoin / Hardware / Re: Avalon batch [3] countdown! on: July 27, 2013, 02:27:22 AM
yes, we are all eeking out our pitiful profits!

the real winners were those who managed to 'pre-mine all the coins' from february to july!!

since then the difficulty has made it less than attractive to continue robbing the very people who financed the entire operation!

1845  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Mining (Altcoins) / Re: Swedish ASIC miner company kncminer.com on: July 26, 2013, 05:26:55 AM
Two things I'd like more info on. October...which end of it?  Next gen..stats and prices they have as targets.
We can't do much about hashrates and all that side of things now, but we can plan for the future better with some basic info.

I also wonder if them talking about a LTC rig may be their backdoor out if things get too much in BTC..sensible way to go possibly.

I think as potential competition hots up (and I think we are only *just* starting to see potential competition - it's going to get a LOT stronger) it's time for KnC to keep quiet with their future intentions and stats that give an idea of their next move to competitors, quit talking, and time to simply walk the walk by demonstrating skill and capability...

is that what time it is???

1846  Economy / Auctions / Re: [SELL] Avalon 3-module in-hand (shipped or picked up in Stockholm Sweden) on: July 23, 2013, 11:12:02 AM
how many coins has the potential successful bidder earned so far?
Approximately 5.79BTC up until now. The discount will be an approximation of the earned BTC and NMC converted into a sum in BTC.

126
Bid not accepted. You are welcomed to bid again, following the bid format as stated below.

From now on, only bid in multiple's of 5BTC. (That means your bid must end with either 0 or 5 and have no decimal point.)

the rig is mining BTC & NMC at the same time?
1847  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Mining (Altcoins) / Re: Swedish ASIC miner company kncminer.com on: July 23, 2013, 10:31:14 AM
its gonna be tight even if they do deliver on time.

there is a huge difference in profitability between september & november..(IE. slim & NONE)

i'd be interested to hear what KnC themselves have to say (NOT Bitcoinorama, we know you went to visit etc)

1849  Bitcoin / Mining / Re: Newb question about pool mining vs. Solo on: July 04, 2013, 06:23:56 AM
so redtwitz says Dont Do It, as there is 1.91% chance of not earning anything...and presumably a 98% chance that i'd earn around 100 (in the same time frame)

and you say it doesnt matter.

assuming that you have both done the relevant research why would your answers not be the same?

your 'very heightened concern' is appreciated, thank you.

to answer your seeming rhetorical q's,

i spent 110btc, which cost me almost nothing(they were worth thousands at the time but that is irrelevant to me)

the reason i 'invested' without doing your level of research is the batches were only available for a very short period of time, i missed out on batch 1 and regretted it, and decided with a bit of encouragement that batch 2 would be worth investing in (IF you had the funds and could risk them without worry/selling my house)

had i known id be waiting as long as i have i may well not have invested, yet here we are (and i wish id bought some B3s as well)

so, solo mining is worth it, maybe, if you have enough G/h's.....

i am confident 140-160 will be enough for me to get 'lucky' at least for the next 3-4 difficulty adjustments.

plus i only need to raise my initial coins back anyway and that shouldn't take too long.

and BTW i have over 12 pages of how-tos & tutorials open, some of them with 'tons' of pages, so asking for a pointer or 2 shouldnt be of much concern to anyone other than those with too much time on their hands.

I highly appreciate any and all of the decent responses i have had to any & all of my posts. Thanks.

how about some sensible offers for an already delivered & hashing@70Gh batch 2 rig??

1851  Bitcoin / Hardware / Re: [AVALON] - I got my ASIC Thread (Batch #2) on: June 29, 2013, 04:10:05 PM
is this how much was mined with this machine before it arrived??
1852  Bitcoin / Hardware / Re: [AVALON] - I got my ASIC Thread (Batch #1) on: May 22, 2013, 01:49:32 AM
clearly those fans were whirring away for quite some time.

and this is batch 1! paid for in August??

there are only 1-2 possibilities of who is responsible.

why all the 'dhl/ems/bfl/pixies' did it nonsense?

1853  Bitcoin / Mining / Re: Why does everyone think Solo Mining is a waste of time? on: May 13, 2013, 08:25:27 AM
so an owner of an avalon asic could actually do ok (for now) by solo mining?

maybe this explains why they are still being tested...

1854  Bitcoin / Hardware / Re: Avalon batch [2] countdown! on: May 11, 2013, 03:06:16 AM
who exactly is responsible for shipping delays?

i have no issue with things being slow if there is a valid reason,  but if that reason is merely so someone can mine as much as they can until the difficulty makes it almost not worth mining....

i hear these 'names' time and again but i dont even know if they are real names, real people or anything...

when new projects are announced we see the community dig deep and expose what is what and who is who no matter how much hiding and distorting they do, is this not possible with the receivers of millions of usd worth of btc?

do any of you buyers really want to pay another penny towards what could well be redundant tech by the time it arrives?
1855  Local / 中文 (Chinese) / Re: avalon2批发货倒计时 on: May 11, 2013, 02:26:04 AM

1856  Bitcoin / Hardware / Re: [Announcement] Avalon ASIC Batch #1 Ships on: April 22, 2013, 08:43:28 AM
if there were only 300 units in batch one, how many are accounted for and how many remain 'processing'?

i can see that the slight delay(s) will be long enough to push the difficulty way up

1857  Bitcoin / Hardware / Re: Avalon update [15/04/13] on: April 16, 2013, 05:27:12 AM
When are the 'you are not special' batch 2 units expected to be shipped?

April?

May?

AUGUST - 2nd Week!!

Cunts!
