Guess bad luck, mine went to kentucky via alaska. Try calling UPS they might know why its held up.
And customs still has my miners. UPS does not know why. Does anyone have any experience with US customs and bitcoin miners? Anything I can do at this point? My understanding is that they will take up to 5 business days before they release them... asian customs have held some of my rigs for almost 2 weeks as well as being abusive over the phone w.r.t. the use of the rigs. 'but how do you actually use it'?? 50+ times over the course of a week & a half... if they think they can rip you off, they will do their best to do so. i hope you have a better experience with U.S. customs |

every applying chnages is perpetual, meaning it rarely stops saying its 'applying changes'
something is definitely NOT right!!
Try doing a hard reset + power cycle, you may need to do it once or twice, but that has solved that problem on our units. thx, done 2 so far... no joy holding reset button for ~10sec, then power cycle? yes, two or three times already pjcltd already spent well over an hour trying to get it to work |

I will probably turn off a working unit....take its fan and install it on faulty unit to see if it even mines....I can get into the interface, but it will not mine...so it probably has some sort of fan/safety off switch. If it mines, then it is a simple fan replacement, which that is what i think it is...dam, my luck, I will check out the fan, I was reading about some bad PSU fans on one of these threads, and the guy ordered 2 that turned out to have bad fans, but the fans were not properly seat on the shaft, so he pushed the in further, they seated, and fans now spin and PSUs now work...so here is to hoping that my bad fan fixes as easy or else time to find a fan....I shall be back!
so my fan doesn't look too good....copper coil windings are all rusted up, when I first power up the unit, the fan looks like it wants to spin, but doesn't, it just slightly moves then nothing....so I need a fan...hopefully cleaning off the rust will help but doubt it  WD40? |

Still No Refund despite their singular '24hrs' email.... which came on thursday...
I requested a refund on SUNDAY. THE SAME DAY ORDERS WENT LIVE....not possible to request earlier than OPEN DAY!!!
