Right, I've followed that chain of events/thoughts pretty well so far, and I am familiar with organofcorti's claims too.

The data hall is full of jupiters, not neptunes, right ?

And it is hash power from this hall which makes it possible for KNC to provide you with a plan B in case Neptune is late, right ?

So basically,  many of you cancelled your Neptune orders for refunds or for FrankenJupiter pain when Neptune wasn't late, and those of you who didn't got rewarded with the promise of a 2 for 1 deal.

And you cancelled because KNC built a data hall out of company profits and started mining bitcoin just like everybody else ?

The only complexity in this story seems to be their promise not to mine with more than 5% of the hashrate they sell …  I guess if organofcorti's analysis is correct, the claim that they broke this promise must be true.

Good luck to all of you miners hoping to have bitcoin mining all to your self.

Good luck understanding what is obvious when you ignore what is obvious!

did KnC offer 2 for one Neptunes for NO reason??

Are they holding back the 3TH that were paid for MONTHS ago for no reason??

Did they lie about not having enough module ports/control boards/etc etc for no reason??

Are they mining with more than 10% of the ENTIRE network for no reason?? (Not less than 5% of what they have sold)

Did they ship out boxes and boxes of used/damaged hardware for no reason??

Did they then resend out more boxes of used/damaged hardware wrapped in a bit of wire for no reason??

Did they tell investduhs who spent a miminum of 10 THOUSAND USD to 'just push it back in place with a pencil' for no reason??

Did they rivet the cases shut with multiple warnings that opening them will result in the loss of the '90 day warranty' for no reason??

Has Phonie X the helpful scammer turned up out of the blue with a buttload of 'support' for no reason??

Like i said....

Good luck understanding what is obvious when you ignore what is obvious!

1464  Economy / Service Announcements / Re: CYRious Technologies - CYR Jackhammer $599 / 1.4TH/s on: May 03, 2014, 02:39:01 AM
phonie x's mate aussie nobody.. 'payonix pete' ala payonix fame among others

theyre 'really' close mates so expect attitude.

he hasnt 'turned coat' like phonie is trying to do as of late.

both vermin, love the scam life

1465  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Mining (Altcoins) / Re: Swedish ASIC miner company kncminer.com on: April 22, 2014, 01:32:22 AM
its not even worth trying to reason with Phonie X, hes actually retarded.

i have tried to be both reasonable and aggresive with facts and he falls back upon 'retarded' attacks and projection of his own vulgar inner self onto others.

its a waste of time & energy.

if you have ever been involved with a scammer you would know that this is their complete MO.

act nice, make empty promises, fail to deliver, get MAD, scream at you until u say to yourself, fuck this i'll take it as a loss rather than be abused by a madman. (in their mind its a win, haha, they 'gave' their money away)

ive called him out so many times and he 'ignores' what is said until someone else points out the same thing, then he'll magically recall the facts he previously 'ignored', twist them into confusing gibberish and start calling people names while saying stuff like 'stop calling me names'

hes not right in the head.

PS - KnC were NEVER awesome Avenger, they just acted like they were while using Bitchoinorama to prOmote them as angels walking upon the earth while Phonie X took it upon himself to do the same job for free (though he did get replacement boards while the rest of us got told that GH/s rates over 400 were ineligible for board replacements)

Funk KnC

Funk that little girl Bitchcoinorama

Funk the self appointed muppet PhonieX

and FUNK the mods/facilitators who helped it all go down by deleting posts that 'could' have slowed things down at least.!

Hows that for a foulmouth, you absolute coont Ewik?

Still holding onto your neptune preorder bullsh1t and have the audacity/stupidity to claim others held their orders the longest..

YOU. ARE. STILL. PATHETIC. AND. NOT. TO. BE. TRUSTED. EVER.
1466  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Mining (Altcoins) / Re: Swedish ASIC miner company kncminer.com on: April 20, 2014, 03:20:35 PM
Time to move forward: https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=575499.0

I'm still waiting for 2 refunds from KnC...

Guys, lets go all together to spoondoolies, they look serious and accurate.

I will take it.

Fuck knc shit. They used our money.

Dont forget, you can get 2,8 TH sp10s delivered in May for 7200$....
Thats your Neptune right there, plus some cash to go shopping, and no more waiting until June.

Or get some A1 clones for a good price today. Either way, you can have your 3TH(+) today for the price KnC took...

Nobody thought this would happen? As soon as KnC started announcing that datorhall, they should have expected someone would come along with actual good intentions and pull the rug from under their feet, sad though it is to say, i'll give that KnC farm until christmas before they are forced to power it down due to an actual spread of the network hashrate being too big for it to cope... alternatively Dr Bunsen and Beaker could become resellers for Spondoolies in Scandinavia  Cheesy

That will be when they finally decide to sell us those upgarde modules etc we wanted 6 months ago.

though theyll still try over-charging everyone and offering a 45 minute warranty
1467  Bitcoin / Group buys / Re: [Special Group Buy - Spondoolies-Tech SP30 pre-order] ***EASTER WEEK SALE*** on: April 20, 2014, 11:58:41 AM
i get it, i just dont see how 'We never said that we won't be accountable for delays'

and

'Spondoolies shall not be liable under whatsoever circumstances' can come from the same entity.

and referring to hardware sales as a 'gamble' etc

trust us, we shall not be liable for customers trusting in us.

wtf?? am i just ruined from past experiences??
1468  Bitcoin / Group buys / Re: [Special Group Buy - Spondoolies-Tech SP30 pre-order] ***EASTER WEEK SALE*** on: April 20, 2014, 11:36:01 AM
im in the same mind-frame.

its like we're being told two different things by the same people.

this for me makes it worse.

while im tempted, i cant ignore the aggressive push for sales and the defensive nature of some of the responses to legitimate concerns.

along with the august delivery date, 'promises' of ROI & the classic, 'do your own research because we wont be held accountable for delays' etc make it quite the scary propsition.

"The aggressive push for sales" was explained at some length, for example: https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=521520.msg6293879#msg6293879

We're directing wandering customers to the group buy: http://www.spondoolies-tech.com/blogs/news/13780541-special-easter-passover-discount-on-sp30-group-purchase

We don't guarantee or promise ROI. We do believe it's a terrific deal with very good chance for an excellent ROI. We can't predict the hash-rate. We can't predict BTC value.

We never said that we won't be accountable for delays. We did say that we'll deliver on time and on spec.

We wouldn't have taken pre-orders if we had any doubts about our ability to deliver. We won't take pre-orders for our 3rd gen which is an higher risk.

And what recourse do we have if you do not deliver on time/spec?

NONE according to your own ToS.

is it just myself & Smooth that seem to be baffled by the double speak here??
1469  Bitcoin / Hardware / Re: AntMiner S2 1TH/s Miner (1w/GH/s) on: April 20, 2014, 11:22:48 AM
labeled for shipping on the 10th but didnt actually begin shipping until the 13th, arrived on the 17th & took just over a day to sort out the few issues.

over-priced & poor logistics & dying/dead PSU & dodgy internal ether 'pigtail' all add up to yet another sub-par delivery that could easily have shipped from stock and there was NO NEED for claiming it would ship by the 10th other than to justify the price tag.

Especially when there is already a 3rd incarnation of the rig (with the PSU inlet facing the outside with a nice big hole in the side) unlike mine which has the PSU hanging out the arse like a grotty hemorrhoid.

Still wondering why i can only access certain areas of the GUI while mining.... Miner Config & Miner Status remain unattainable.
1470  Bitcoin / Hardware / Re: AntMiner S2 1TH/s Miner (1w/GH/s) on: April 20, 2014, 08:28:45 AM
Both good posts, and i appreciate the info regarding other suppliers/manufacturers.

S1's are ok, if a bit variable - i have 3-4 different modles and they all behave ever so slightly differently.

now my S2 is running i really like it. Bitmain has claimed he will send a replacement PSU tomorrow 'powerful enough for an S2'

but in all frankness, NONE of these rigs are going to make anyone 'much' of a profit, even if they DO ship from stock immediately.

those days are gone, and the very few who did well back then must be in hysterics watching us muppets chasing chump change.

let us not all devour each other & hope for the best.

I remain on the fence wrt spondoolies, with much interest - but who wouldn't love 5TH right now??

10TH today are needed for 'just' 1BTC per day...

August is a couple of lifetimes away wrt looming difficulty & my breakers are almost fkn glowing!
1471  Bitcoin / Hardware / Re: Avalon 3 release countdown on: April 20, 2014, 07:40:18 AM
is ngzhang still working for avalon?

yes

what an awesome response.

how about YOU, instead of 'dogie' offering some facts as to the actual situation regarding your business partner/company??

i am for one disgusted by avalons past performance and random posters coming out with 'show some gratitude & great things might happen' is just pathetic.

were all avalon staff disabled with awe/fear when 'BitSynCon' was lying and mining with our gear?

one word answers dont really help much.

and you can keep your stinking miners, tyvm

and if you look closely, the 'November' boards now on sale seem to be the '8 VRMs dont make any difference' October boards with the shitty GE VRMs even if there are 8 of them....

November boards have the EIGHT ewiccson VRMs as shown above!

Urgh, I hate these cunts!
1474  Bitcoin / Hardware / Re: AntMiner S2 1TH/s Miner (1w/GH/s) on: April 16, 2014, 04:54:58 PM
Just finished surgery on  batch 2 S2's after receiving them today. All is well and they are all hashing at around 1 TH/s. As others have mentioned before, you will need to open the unit to reseat some of the cards.

Are these upgradable considering the relatively  modular design ? The PSU can be upgraded and the "wafers" can be removed.  Your thoughts ?

LOL what? you know what wafer means in semiconductor?

I hope you meant "modules"

LOL what? you know what 'are these upgradable considering the relatively modular design' means?

I guess you meant "sorry bud, im clueless but i can mug you off for no apparent reason"

Hey dumbass, why even open your mouth and confirm you're retarded?

Those module boards should NEVEREVEREVEREVEREVEREVER be called wafers. It makes me cry!!

Now go crawl back to whatever filthy hole you came from.  Or I'll cry some more and get abusive...

Awesome attitude shit-cunt!

Is that how your parents taught you to talk to people?

Either answer the question posed or keep your shit to yourself, its rare that anyone wishes to be abused by anonfags over some weak BS.

And by the way, i dont open my mouth to type (or think, or read, or breath) - i know some folks who do, obviously you're one of those!

1475  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Mining (Altcoins) / Re: Swedish ASIC miner company kncminer.com on: April 15, 2014, 02:56:39 AM
The 'miners' putting 15-20% of the network in their datahall knew how high the difficulty woiuld be, hence not selling us the upgrade modules we needed last year!

The same 'wont mine more than 5% miners' would also have a rough idea wrt BTC price when they're dumping 1000s of coins on a regular basis.... Cunts!

I emailed about swapping dogshit SeptOctober boards for pre-pwned Notvember boards, controller compatibility etc. they auto replied it could take 2 days to respond...

tbh - i tried to request a 'so-called CA' Nevermakeapennybacktune refund but 'outlook' failed to send it twice.... this is the weird sort of shit that make me think i should wait in case they are really planning/capable of 'because we are KnC' bumping 3TH to something actually profitable as well as giving them to us before even 10TH is worthless...

Grrrrr!

on a lighter note, they must be desperate for cash/space to even offer us more of their dusty tat!

Second Data Hall need more funding???

Mini-Nevertune Indeed!!
1476  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Mining (Altcoins) / Re: Swedish ASIC miner company kncminer.com on: April 13, 2014, 06:32:59 PM
off-topic rebuttal...
and rascal.... if water can't be turned into fuel, what's this?
http://www.cnn.com/2014/04/10/tech/innovation/navy-new-technology/
Guess the navy is full of it too.

i wasn't talking about your navy, i was talking about you  Cheesy
okay, then you are simply way off base, as I never said anything like that.
and its a personal attack against me, which is off topic and unwarranted, unwanted, and obviously a venting of frustration because you know I posted the coindesk Gox article above and you are in denial. Childish.

THIS is how you get my posts deleted despite 'ignoring' me isnt it!

Screaming this at your poor mod 'mates'

How childish.

Meanwhile... Im trying to request a refund for my Nevertune Costumer Farewell Batch but something inside me wont let me...

Is this some sort of programming or a madness or what??

i've been hanging around such vermin here, who knows what i've picked up?!

1477  Bitcoin / Hardware / Re: AntMiner S1 Issues on: April 13, 2014, 03:10:41 PM
lets face it, a bunch of these rigs are just shit.

the first ones i received have all been solid, but the later ones have ALL been wank.

they stop mining and beep for no reason.

they fail to restart mining without reboots/reconfigs

meh.
1478  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Mining (Altcoins) / Re: Swedish ASIC miner company kncminer.com on: April 13, 2014, 02:44:58 PM
Roll Eyes c'mon

You forgot to mark the sentence "KNC really is mining to bail out Gox".
All I can read is that a group of investors is interested into Gox and offers 1 btc for it.
Nowhere it says they will pay for any losses at all.

What will happen is:
The investors are profiting from all the personal data about you stored in Gox's databases
The remaining company funds will be used to pay out what's left - a fraction of your lost BTC.
The only money they will invest is to keep up the daily work, to expand the business, develop new features and do some marketing.
They will never ever invest from their personal pockets 650.000 BTC to pay out all missing funds.

Thinking that KnC as a company, who are not even directly involved in this Investment, are willing to spend 90% of their company profits  to pay out your lost Gox coins makes me wonder in what mental state you are.
These are separate pockets, even if there's one person coincidently connected to both KnC and Gox.

------

Back to KnCMiner's  Big Picture.
KnC was founded by miners who where unhappy when they bought mining-hardware themselves, so they wanted to become their own manufacturer (statement from last yrs April or so). Plus banking background and the picture is complete. You make others pay your chip dev, manufacturing house and datorhalls then get rid of them.

*) limited batch1+2 and nothing else except a hand full of RMA-boards sold as upgrades (collect necessary fundings, but keep diff low)
*) controller boards with 6 ports for a 4 board miner (datacenter was plan A)
*) 'keep some coins handy' (do not buy from competition)
*) collect big money after implying trustworthiness and competence from Jupiter batch1+2 and
put it Q1 for second gen when it never was a real possibility (get more free loans)
*) mining against customers, so the customers are competition
*) refunding over time some with the profits made from Datorhall which has been built with Neptue preorder money
*) announcing an offer forcing the remaining, from an economical point of view, to refund (now they can keep it all themselves, less competition)
*) maybe some cash was still missing, so they did a Titan ponzi scheme, at the end there will be no Titan but a refund or conversion to neptune cloud
*) offering old hardware (400*18 boards) with 90 day warranty in order to replace it with 20nm tech (seems like dataorhall comes first). They will replace a row of 6 boards with 4 new Neptune boards (Jupiter: 18*400=7200; Neptune: 1200*4=4800).

I'm sure the 'soon' delivery means something else than everyone hopes who was going for this option..
now --> next week ---> very soon -----> soon ------> soonish -------> end of time

Ex-fkn-actly!!

and yet ewik STILL claims that he 'never stops learning'

one must ponder what it is he is learning and who it is that will lose out from all this 'learning'

KnC&P - i bet you dream of it, dont you phonie?

Ur name in lights while your customers all writhe in the agony you and your BFFs have laid upon them...

now if only you could snare a ladyfriend with all your dishonesty... what a catch you would be!

dont take it so personally,

scum will always try and tarnish whistleblowers with their own filth.

its a form of defense & anyone with any experience of scammers can see it straight away, hence the self moderated announcements.

best bet is to stay away and let them eat each other.

soon they will go back to robbing old ladies and children.
