The only ICOs making decent profit at the moment are ones with low market caps and working products , like Autonio. The only two I'll be putting money into over the next couple of months are 0xBounty and Wabi.
What is 0xBounty? Cant find that one, or did you mean ICO's that dont offer Bounties at all by that? I currently have one ICO on my watch that is Envion (as you can see on my signature), they will provide a mining solution with so called MMU's (high power mining containers) that will mine all crypto that is worth to mine. The Tokens are divident paying and investors will get their share of the mining operations every week payed. Its really promising and the demand for this is high. As you can see from my signature, I have a eye on Envion, the company will offer mobile mining solutions called MMU's that use clean energy. The Ico will start on december 1, and already got a lot of traction, I have a really good feeling for this one, could be really big!

Most probably this year will be again dominated by BTC and ETH, thats what I am thinking at least. If you ask for smaller market cap alts, I certainly hope that this will be the year of Aeternity!

I will have some potcoin and eversince I bought it, it tanked. So I decided to just let it stay in the exchange and wait what 2018 brings. Now we see a huge pump again as it seems and I could sell it with quite some profit, but I guess I will just leave it there and wait what 2018 brings  (I sense that there is more coming up for potcoin, just my gut feeling though). |

I like that portfolio (looks very similar too mine) in general, but as many people already stated, you should concentrate more on the top coins. Never underestimate the growth potential of BTC, I learned this the hard way several times. I would also switch from Golem to Sonm, but thats just me, Im not a tech expert, so I dont know really which project is more promising from the tech side, just my gut feeling.

The safety of investing in an ICO depends completely on the due diligence that you are doing. As long as people would inform themselves correctly before investing in a new ICO, there would be way less scams successfully raising funds. But as many people dont do that enough, scams are more present now than ever. I suggest everybody to read the guidelines written here, and follow them, before investing in ICO's. Thats definitely a valuable advice. Most ICO's are based only on an idea and the possibility of them realizing the idea into a working product are small. My thoughts:
Volume on Bittrex during the pump: 17-18KBTC, today it's at 7K, might drop more. However the price is holding, people aren't letting it drop as more new money/members come in. This is a really good sign, all while there are some serious pumps going on in other alts. I would usually maximize this, dump a lot to make gains elsewhere for the day, and come back to this at days end to pick up more with my gains... but I'm not touching it, probably for a few weeks (stop losses/extremes aside).
The weekend is about to roll in (usually slow for alts, but lately not so much), daytraders take a break, weekend traders come in, and on Buy-Back-Monday we get more announcements. So I think if we see any more pullback it will be both shortlived and marginal, not enough for me to play the swings or risk variable change happening as I maneuver. Kinda feels good, just sitting back and disregarding my other positions atm. I got in at 00008, 9, and 10. Zooming out on the charts, the 'steps' look very healthy, higher highs and higher lows each step, the next wave looks like it will be the biggest too as we look at the volume halfpiping peak to peak nicely, I see great things ahead.
The marketcap is rather insane for such a new coin however not really when you compare it to other rises of 'good' coins (omg, neo, etc) with good teams. This is still a baby, but also as close to a 'sure shot' as I think we'll see when combining all the elements of what make a coin moon, stay there, and moon again, I do see this as a top 10/20 and staying there. Not to mention this one just feels good re their objectives, restricting coins in circ, locking pre-mine for x years, and of course current use cases (we all love the planet/renewables/etc), this will cross pollinate well internationally as more people discover it.
It did get me thinking about the big picture though, will the world really let a little AUS company run the worlds electricity, or will each region start to develop their own, go down exploration roads to try to mimic PowR only to get lost and join them to lessen the gap and lose money in the interim.. or would this be easy to deploy once first to market is positioned and can be blue-printed. Either way their current moves and international deals are impressive, Monday should stimulate price action, and by then the eb and flow of crypto money moving around pumping whatevers next might take us over a $1 anyway.

I certainly dont think that "the world will let a little AUS company run the worlds electricity". One must think of all the money that is in the energy sector. Established corporations will enter this ship and demand their share of the cake, thats for sure. Although I really bought the peak and the price kept declining since, I am still happy that I now got me some POWR and am certain that this has a long road of prosperity ahead. Good on all that are in now, there is only one direction for this coin in the long run! I know this thread is to about POWR, so I guess you misunderstood my question a little bit, because what I meant was if you think that there will be a general retrace in the whole market. Do you have any idea where did today's pump come from? Was considering to buy some, and in the morning the price surprised me quite a lot. Could be the overall pumping market maybe. Im not into any pumps anyway. Organic growth is key in my opinion. The faster a coin goes up, the harder is the downfall when there is a pullback and people start cashing out. Glad to see Syndicate prospering though, a good concept with a solid community, thats what every coin needs! well this coin is being played for quite a long time now and i think those who understand the risk are the one who really holding and waiting for that opportunity they are the people who loves to hold and stake this coin and now they are enjoying how the fruit of waiting brings them aside from the stake rewards the value really gives them decent earnings. True said! Most of the time holding is worth more than trying to trade when you dont really know what you are doing. Sure of you are constantly monitoring prices and if there are large swings, you can take some profit on the road, but the risk of losses is way higher than just hodling and waiting for the rise that is sooner or later to come. What's the deal with those times when it reached $1.5? Are there actually chances that it will reach more and it will stabilize?  Looking like some good pumps there, but I guess its very likely that they will be able to stabilize at an even higher price as soon as the product starts working seamlessly. On top, there is huge growth potential in crypto in general, that will drive all coins up, that arent total shitcoins, and blocktix certainly isnt one of those. |

Hello bounty campaign manager,
I just signed up for the signature campaign, adopted the personal text and the signature and I have a question. Will you be counting the number of posts every now and then, or will you count them all at once once the ICO is over? Because at the beginning of the spreadsheet I have seen that some accounts are already eligible, and I'd like to find out how it works exactly.
Or are we supposed to report every now and then how many comments we have written that week, including the number of characters?

I guess that NEO eventually will pull RPX with them. Neo wont let it fall because it was the first ICO conducted on the NEO blockchain. On plus the concept of RPX is solid and the team is really good. I unfortunatelly missed the ICO, but hopefully will buy at some point soon. What are price speculations of you guys on RPX?
