First batch of Dota2 bets for tomorrow:

💰T1 vs NaVi: BET & ANALYSIS

More bets, tips and picks coming up tomorrow!

Please welcome my new betting partner, Thunderpick - crypto betting,  100% Deposit Bonus up to €500 with "RAND1919" code: BET NOW

Wow! It's good to see you back again mate. You're 1-2 of your picks but they were pretty tough games. You also made a daring bet on T1.

I only have a single bet remaining on Polaris against Wildcard which I assume is a safe bet.

I am pretty excited if you will post here again for the games tomorrow. Pretty tough games again. I like T1 and VP, to be honest. They seemed more capable of executing quick adjustments in their games. And I want to see Ana and Topson again at TI.
2422  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Boxing: Dmitry Bivol vs Zurdo Ramirez on: October 10, 2022, 09:50:07 AM

Yes, Canelo and Hearn doesn't have much choice but to agree with Bivol's decision as he already earned the right to demand in case a rematch will happen even if the fight will be contested at 168 pounds. But before that, we know Canelo's camp are still observing what will happen on Bivol's upcoming match as that will determine if they will activate the rematch or not. We will know about it more soon, just like what you've said.

Agree to that, Canelo's camp might change direction once Bivol got upset with Ramirez. As far as I remember, he said that he's not willing to fight to any of his countrymen, but the chance of seeing a rematch is possible. Pride and money I guess Alvarez knew that if the rematch takes place, his fans will surely support him and it will generate a decent amount of money.

Win or lose both fighters will be secured by huge amount, but like what we mostly said, Bivol will be wiser now.

He's the belt holder if, in case he also beats Ramirez, money should be flowing for him this time.

Most of us are expecting Bivol to beat Ramirez. So what if Bivol stops Ramirez? Do you guys think that Canelo is brave enough to activate the rematch clause? Or maybe Canelo will ask Bivol to rematch him at 168 which is the more comfortable weight for Canelo?

After Ramirez, there's only the Beterbiev-Bivol undisputed fight that is supposed to happen at 175. Other than Beterbiev which is difficult to negotiate due to its different promoter and network, pretty sure small Bivol would be willing to drop to 168 for more money and the chance to become undisputed if this is the weight Canelo wants for the rematch.
2423  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: [Boxing] Fernando Martinez vs Jerwin Ancajas rematch - Oct.8 on: October 10, 2022, 09:30:10 AM
I always have doubts about a rematch when the first match is dominated by one fighter rematch should be when the decision could go either way, the first match Martinez totally dominated Ancajas the margin on the scorecard is too big, this second match is just a continuation of he first match, Ancajas is good on the first three rounds but after that Martinez takes over and still the same scenario, Ancajas show nothing knew and he comes out with the same alibi that has a hard time in his weight.

The rematch only happened because Ancajas got a rematch clause on their first fight contract. Team Ancajas supposedly planned to move up in weight after the first defeat but they changed their decision and went on to activate their rematch clause. They thought they can win and then move up in weight as a champion for better rankings.

Ancajas was a changed fighter. He's not supposed to fight like that. Or perhaps Martinez's style is just bad for him. Nevertheless, Ancajas didn't let his hands go and was always reluctant.

Well-deserved win by Martinez. Now that the IBF strap is outside of PBC, perhaps Estrada, Martinez, Bam, and Chocolatito can mix it up to finally unify the belts thru DAZN.
2424  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: 2023 NBA Season on: October 10, 2022, 07:37:08 AM
I cannot see the Warriors wanting to trade Green unless he gets pissed if they don't give him a max deal. While he is an asshole and a hothead, he also gets under players skin and throws off their game along with being a top tier defender. He's well worth keeping i'm just not sure he's worth max money.
He is not. Not anymore after that incident. He made a lot of analysts look deeper into his past performance and many NBA fans think he may not be worth the money anymore. Just one mistake made a lot of opinions about him flip.

What I didn't like after watching 20 minutes of 35 minutes of the press interview on Draymond? (Yes, I stopped midway because I didn't like what I am hearing.)
He said earlier in that interview that he won't go into details about how he came to decide on punching JP. Why? Because he doesn't want sympathy that would change the opinion of people.
Afterward, there are questions that can be answered in a short manner and yet he always makes it long with stories and repeated apologies.
For me, he is gaining sympathy by doing that and IMO, it was his plan. He may have not said the details but he did it in a way people won't realize they are already on his side because he sounded real.
He's a good talker, I give him that. Maybe he should continue his podcast career instead of NBA.
Yes, the guy is obviously worth a keep but definitely not worth a max contract. Even before this incident, I really don't think he can get a max contract. He's probably bluffing in order to get a better deal with his dying stats. He still got this season though to prove his worth. And we will see what the team chemistry looks like after this incident.

Draymond's podcast is getting more and more popular, especially when he won another title last season. He can really get a good job at commentating or even focusing on his podcast after his NBA career.
2425  Economy / Reputation / Re: Choice of Username and people's perception on: October 10, 2022, 05:45:58 AM
I also didn't think of anything when creating my username. Some people told me that I need to have an account here in Bitcointalk if I want to learn more about bitcoin and cryptocurrencies because there are too many scams and misleading sources everywhere. And that this forum is founded by bitcoin's founder itself and people like Vitalik and other coin developers are here. I wish though that my username started with a capital letter.

And usernames are nothing to be perceived nor judged. But maybe I can think of something if a username is about hatred, racism, and extreme violence.
2426  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Do you think metaverse have a place in the world on: October 10, 2022, 05:10:42 AM
Do you think that Metaverse will actually work out in the future? I am one of the very few that believes that Metaverse won't be successful because what the world cares about the most is the most needy, I asked myself if metaverse is really needy and I can't seem to find an answer, what about you?/

The poorest people and the poorest countries without internet or stable internet are not expected to adopt and appreciate the metaverse. Of course, they need the basic necessities first rather than thinking about the metaverse and its role in our modern times. Beyond that, these metaverse projects will grow big and will become a norm in rich and developing countries. Soon games and social media platforms will be happening in a metaverse. I am not rich but I am also excited when some of these big metaverse launches officially. And I want to try and be part of this virtual reality thing.

I know this is an old thread but since this is not yet locked so dito ko na lang ipost tutal about ENS domain din naman. LBT btw is a soul-bound token ng Lifeform. Bale launching pa lang. Yung Lifeform nga pala and gumagawa ng mga mamahaling NFTs ng HALO.

Yung LBT nasa BSC. Since wala din akong experience sa ENS domains at wala ako makitang same situation tulad nito. So pano ba ma-identify ng BSC na merong ENS domain ang isang BSC wallet para makuha yung LBT? Kasi diba ETH naman yang ENS.

Sorry noob here. Pero claim niyo din sakali wala pa kayong LBT. Malay natin. Cheesy

2428  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Gambling, tourism and legal gambling age for gamblers around the world. on: October 08, 2022, 09:09:15 AM
This is really happening. In my country, there are too many Chinese tourists that are not just mainly focused on visiting our beautiful attractions. Many of them are here for the purpose of gambling. China's economy is becoming too huge and there are many more rich Chinese now than before. And with China's mainland banning gambling, it is normal for those rich Chinese to travel regularly for gambling purposes. The nearest places are Macau, Philippines, Singapore, and they are also even seen in Europe and US casinos.

People here have easy access to casinos and gambling places. Anyone can gamble here as long as they are 18 and above but I can't remember security guards checking our age maybe if your face looked very young and they will ask your age.
2429  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: [Boxing] Le'Veon Bell vs Uriah Hall - October 29th on: October 08, 2022, 08:02:54 AM
Boxing is much easier to train and prepare for, in contrast to MMA.

The main reason professional fighters select MMA over boxing is boxers usually needing to compile 20-0 records before fighting for a championship or seeing a good payday.

Wheras in MMA it is possible to have a title shot or be paid well with as little as a 5-0 record.

However with the inception of Jake Paul and Logan Paul the nature of boxing has changed. Athletes with fewer than 5 professional boxing matches are being paid well, as long as they have a good following on social media. This is something that has never been seen before in boxing. Its good for athletes and celebrities. Although over the long term, it could devalue boxing as a sport. If the market becomes too saturated with unvetted amateurs competing at the highest levels.

This is good for entertainment purposes. Although I am not a fan of events like this. I would rather see real MMA and boxing. It is hard to compare boxing and MMA because they are really different sports. It's like saying that it is easy to play chess which is true but is it easy to make it to the world level or IM or GM?

The numbers of fights are sometimes misleading. Most MMA from the big leagues like UFC, Bellator, and ONE spent years in kickboxing, boxing, wrestling, and many other forms of combat sports. Just like boxing too, even if Lomachenko, Inoue, and Usyk became world champions in 10 or fewer fights but they spent years as amateurs.

The point is there are more boxers that are earning millions of dollars even in their early 20s and some of them are not even world champions like Ryan Garcia. In the UFC (the biggest stage of MMA) you'd be glad to earn a title shot before 30. And we all know both sports can generate as much money but shares to boxers are way too bigger. The biggest superstars in boxing can become highest paid athletes if they fight 3 times a year.

Jake Paul's entry into boxing hasn't changed the usual real boxing competition and its purse. Jake Paul only opened the door to more celebrity boxing events either professional or not, although they are not really sanctioned by the major boxing organizations.
2430  Other / Meta / Re: Does Forum Advertising Considered as a Formal Work? on: October 08, 2022, 04:00:22 AM
Most if not all jobs you can find at Services and Bounties belongs to informal work. I defined formal work as long-term and official. By being official, it means there are documents and contracts signed. There are full benefits and rights and everything like the normal employee we knew as prescribed by our laws. Even some informal workers have signed contracts too but no full benefits and they aren't long-term.

You can include forum work experience to your resume but only when you believe it is beneficial to the job you are applying for.
2431  Economy / Speculation / Re: Cryptocurrency is silent why? on: October 08, 2022, 03:23:48 AM
Is cryptocurrency silent? Not here mate. There's a lot of noise going on locally and globally. Prices are at dip but they are temporary. Old banks and new financial institutions are getting licenses and partnerships in my country and I love it. I do hope they won't pressure and bribe our local government to block the entry of Binance. Binance is pretty sure would take a huge percentage of our local market. Binance a few days ago just opened its New Zealand operations. There's just a lot of news and developments of crypto mate from web 3, to the metaverse and many more.
2432  Economy / Economics / Re: Are you ready to spend crypto when market is down on: October 07, 2022, 01:03:39 PM
I am willing to spend BTC and other crypto assets as well because I believe they are currencies to be utilized. But because they are highly speculative, they will become my last resort especially BTC, ETH, and BNB.

I am currently not in a favorable economic situation and I have used nearly all of my fiat and USDT savings as well. I am now seriously planning to make a raffle of which financial assets to be used next; stocks, crypto (except BTC, ETH, and BNB), and foreign currencies. Cheesy
2433  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: 🥊 The UFC Info and Prediction Thread on: October 07, 2022, 12:30:59 PM
I am really excited about the UFC 280 and what could have unfolded in that event on the main event we will have main 4 fights that are truly outstanding in my opinion and that will be the match in order between,

1st Beneil Dariush VS Mateusz Gamrot
2nd Petr Yan VS Sean O'Malley
3rd Aljamain Sterling VS T.J. Dillashaw
4th Charles Oliveira VS Islam Makhachev

these 4 will surely be enough and a blast but having a wave of well-known fighters in one event is really an excitement raising, especially the main event, if these two would likely take the Belt could Charles Oliveira reclaim his belt or Islam Makhachev could take it this time, thinking about this makes my excited boils.

UFC 280 is a great event. The emir must've paid a lot to make this kind of event. It's too stacked and there are too many great match-ups that are nearly 50/50. I'm not missing this event. I'll be cheering for Oliveira, T.J., Yan, and Beneil.

I'm not a big fan of wrestling, I find it a little boring and Oliveira is a very very exciting fighter, so I want him to keep on winning. I want I'm not a fan of T.J. either but I still have my hangover on that Oscar award performance of Aljamain. The same with the Pink Poodle, but hats off to him for taking this Yan fight. Poor Beneil is inactive for a year and a half, and yet he will face a very tough opponent in his comeback to the octagon.
2434  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: 🕹️ Esports 🎮 Prediction & Discussion Thread on: October 07, 2022, 09:23:51 AM
Group B though is a very tough group. Wildcard Gaming and Infamous are most likely the weakest teams that will drop into the lower bracket. I am very excited to see if T1 players are able to utilize this break and worked more on their chemistry and strategies. Their first game will be against Liquid right away and that's like a deciding factor already if they are indeed a serious team enough to compete at the world level.
The main highlight and the team that has the most fans is T1. It's now less than 2 days to go and we're going to see the first action of many teams all together.

We're all going to watch the first match of Team Secret against Tempest. Well, not a known opponent so mostly will bet on Team Secret if the odds are good.

T1 is in a top spot. They are grouped together with VP, Liquid, Xtreme, Infamous. They have liquid and Infamous on the first day. They have a good chance to win against infamous, but I am not so sure against liquid. If they can win on their first series against Liquid, they should look good for the last spot in the top bracket. But they have a back-to-back game in day 2 with VP and Wildcard. that would be tough.

I read that Ana and Topson are grinding hard in rank games since the regional qualifier. They have like 350+ games in rank. I hope they get rewarded for their effort.
350+ games? That's quite a lot. Maybe they don't have much time to talk and review their games with that massive number of games. They also need to bond with each other to boost their confidence and learn to trust each other.

People are gonna be hyped on T1 because of Ana and Topson. I really hope T1 performs well and get their ticket to TI. Anyways, I already had an advance bet on T1 against Liquid. They only need to win 1 map and I'm good. Grin
2435  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: 2023 NBA Season on: October 07, 2022, 07:47:17 AM
Lakers and Nets both got slaughtered tonight. No starters for the Lakers played so that’s to be expected. Durant had himself a good night but no minutes for Kyrie. Ben Simmons looks like a guy who hasn’t played basketball in over a year. I don’t know what it is about the 76ers but whatever they did to Fultz and Simmons should be studied by therapists.

"It's just a pre-season" but it seems like I'm not seeing an improvement with the Lakers this season. Though it's just a pre season, but those numbers they put up seems alarming and AD is so fragile as usual. It's just the start of the pre season and he already have signs lol.
Can't wait for the season to start for both of these teams though.

Well, it's not like the 76ers wanted to waste their two first picks. It was very hard for the 76ers also, although it was their decision to pick the players. What happened to Fultz was a tragedy on both sides. It was a good decision by the 76ers to let go of Fultz. But I'm just happy that Fultz was able to retain himself playing despite his injury and illness and was able to secure a $50 million 3-year contract last year with Magic. That should be more than enough should he decides to retire early.

As for Ben Simmons, it was his own doing. He showed arrogance in the way he handled his critics. He's got too much pride. This season we will find out if those critics are right or if they were too harsh and that Ben Simmons can become a better player too by showing us what he got.
2436  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Boxing: Haney vs Kambosos II (Undisputed) on: October 07, 2022, 06:27:40 AM
@ inthelongrun - maybe this is not the personality of Haney? He might as well be quiet, but then prepared himself to the fight and focus. Although he is also no short of doing his own bad mouthing to Kambosos, but he was just reacting to anything that George says. So it will be interesting to see from him start trash talking and boast that he already beat him once and that we will repeat it again in front of his Australian and Greek fans.

For Davis and Garcia, they should really fight instead of this childish scuffle in public.

My personal take with Davis and Garcia's childish scene. They are trying to engage their fans and let them ask for the fight to happen. I mean, they can provoke promoters to bring the contract on both sides. My opinion though. Moving back to this upcoming fight, trash talks might be used to attract possible viewers aside from those fans who surely will buy the ticket.

Haney can say that word since he already beats Kambosos and by chance he can repeat the outcome.

Haney for sure loves to talk but he ain't good at trash-talking. He ain't good at creating hype. I think Haney is personally a little bit mature good kid (he's only 23). Haney at times tried to fight dirty and doesn't show respect when it's inside the ring but that's it. Haney though starts to explore trolling online using his Twitter. Cheesy

Ryan Garcia is also young at 24 but the kid knows how to hype himself. I'm annoyed but he got a lot of fans and followers. Tank meanwhile is the silent type but he sells PPVs even against unknown and cherry-picked opponents.
2437  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Boxing: Dmitry Bivol vs Zurdo Ramirez on: October 07, 2022, 05:54:01 AM
That's right. If Bivol prioritized money, he could've accepted Canelo's offer to let the rematch happen at super-middleweight instead of light-heavyweight. Bivol could've agreed since he is a small light-heavyweight anyway. Bivol could've asked for more money guarantees.
But if the fight will happen at super middleweight, Canelo would risk all of his belts and Bivol actually become a challenger here. It doesn't make Canelo gain anything if he win against Bivol, so it doesn't make any sense for Canelo fight on super middleweight.
Well, Canelo will defend his undisputed belts at super-middleweight anyways. If he feels better at super-middleweight than at light-heavyweight then he should try to convince Bivol to let the rematch happen at 168. Maybe Bivol will be less robust and his punches are not that strong at 168. And Canelo mentioned that getting his revenge on Bivol is very very important to him. Here's what Canelo said:

If I'm not mistaken, his trilogy fight with Canelo is the last fight that he had with Hearn and DAZN?

And so if he wanted to fight Bivol next then he either sign a new deal or totally become free as a fighter and handle his own promotion. So it might be easy for him to go to other division as well and get that 5th weight title that he wanted to be the first Mexican to do that.

But we will see if he is willing to sign with Hearn and DAZN since they pay him good money.
Yes, you are right. It was a 2 fight deal with Matchroom and DAZN. Although ever since HBO left boxing, Canelo is always with DAZN already. Except when Canelo fought at Showtime in order to unify his WBA, WBC, and WBO titles against PBC's former IBF champion Caleb Plant.

Canelo owns Canelo Promotions and is very active in Mexico. But the big promotions like Top Rank, Matchroom, Golden Boy, and PBC (hiding under a managerial license) are the ones promoting the big fights in the biggest stage of boxing.

Canelo loves DAZN but I won't be surprised if he will temporarily fight at the other networks soon knowing there's only Bivol/Ramirez and Andrade left for him. Showtime/Fox has Benavidez and Charlo while ESPN has Beterbiev.

This is pretty easy to predict. BNB will reach $1k in 2024 or 2025 or who knows even earlier. Binance continues to grow and expand with its ambitious plan of opening offices on different sides of the world. Binance's policy of following as much as possible all nations' regulations widens its market. Just a few days ago, Binance officially launched its exchange in New Zealand after getting the nod of the New Zealand Ministry of Business, Innovation and Employment or MBIE. Japan, a huge crypto market is one of its next targets.

2440  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: The sole difference is capital. on: October 06, 2022, 01:23:51 PM
So it's like saying that it is hard to become rich when you are poor? Anyways there is some point behind it. But rather than blaming being poor and the lack of capital, why not focus on the brighter side? All of us are naturally gifted with skills.

In trading, you will never ever blame the lack of capital. Those are just excuses and alibis. If you are that confident of a trader then there are many exchanges out there that offer margin trading. I know an online friend that turned $100 into $40,000 in just a few months of trading.

I am not great, not even that good especially now that I am just a hodler type. I first tried crypto trading with a small capital too like $100. I sweat when I lose a $10 trade. One of the most important things I learned in trading is starting an amount you are willing to lose.
