2281  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Which coin should I invest in other than bitcoin? on: November 04, 2022, 11:00:53 AM
So most of us here are preparing for the next bull run. I assume OP already has a lot of suggestions here. And of course, the safest is to stick to the top 10 or 20 market cap coins. Most of my portfolio is into bitcoin and then ethereum and bnb. But as a gambler, I wanna risk some amounts to new projects and projects that are already available but still in a low market cap. I wanna taste again a x30 gain. I want another life-changing profit in the next bull run. Here are the projects that are on my list. Some of them I invested already but most of them I am still studying and analyzing if I invest or not.

1. League of Ancients
2. Synergy of Serra
3. Syscoin
4. Kompete
5. DESO
6. Immutable X
7. ROSE token
8. MINA
9. Efinity
10. Moon Beam

And as always. DYOR!!! And only invest amounts that you can afford to lose.
2282  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: How to improve your trading results? on: November 04, 2022, 10:35:45 AM
Great tips. It's perfect. Although there can be more tips aside from OP. And also, strategies differ depending on a trader's fit. Sticking to the plan with discipline is the safest which includes the stop loss and the take profit. I am not a fan of stop loss though. I earned a lot doing it but I also lost a lot doing it.

Do you own the blog OP? I always encounter topics about trading but they always fail to interest me probably because I already have years of experience too although I admit I am not a great trader. On this topic, I felt like OP is indeed a good trader. Upon reading this, I felt the urge to trade again. Of course, I need to start small to test my strategies if they work. I just don't like paper trading.
2283  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: 2023 NBA Season on: November 04, 2022, 09:19:04 AM
I can’t believe the Orlando Magic beat the Golden State Warriors. Looking at the box score it doesn’t even make sense. The big difference of the night seems to be the free throws. The Warriors shot 10/15 from the free throw line while the Magic shot 33/46. I didn’t watch the game but it certainly seems like the referees were a little bit lopsided on this one.

Even if it was a close defeat, they were supposed to win in a not-close fashion. The Golden State Warriors need a wake-up call. This is their first straight road game of the season and they went 0-4. I expect them to lose again tomorrow against the New Orleans Pelicans which will be their last of the 5 straight road games.

I actually have my bet on the Pelicans already. Although it is only an ML bet, I need to stay safe nowadays after a string of losing streaks. This young NBA season is also too unpredictable with only the Bucks and Suns doing well.
2284  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: gambling winner identity on: November 04, 2022, 08:59:36 AM
It is not fair for the wife and of course the children because they are supposed to know everything .

but at least the  Winner has a better plans  to let the family taste that said huge win , but the identity of the person needs to be hidden from everybody aside from His own wife  Grin Grin

but that serves me something to think and there is a catch from the winner after this.

Yeah, there's a catch pretty sure. And we really do not know what kind of wife and child he has. There are plenty of women that are talkative and his wife might share their secret with her close friends and relatives. His child might be too young or even if not, the risk of sharing the information to its close friends is possible. The man won the lottery, so I just believe that he decides what he think is best for him and his family. No man would plan badly for his own family unless they're estranged or he has separated from them already.
2285  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: BITCOIN VS LANDED PROPERTY on: November 04, 2022, 08:05:52 AM
I invested in both as part of diversifying my investments. For the last 10 years, bitcoin investment has performed well compared to real estate. The good thing about real estate is you can seldom experience a drop in value, it continues to grow over the years although slowly. There are places where real estate is a sure thing investment, especially in the cities and places with huge populations where land is scarce. Bitcoin, on the other hand, can rise at an unimaginable percentage but during a bearish season, it can also drop more than 50% of its value which can cause panic, especially among its new investors.
2286  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: gambling winner identity on: November 03, 2022, 12:57:02 PM
It's funny. It is very possible that there could be more reason behind but he does not want to offend anyone so he uses his own family which will remain anonymous anyways. I will not blame the guy since we do not really know his intentions.

I might do it as well if I have an estranged wife and ungrateful children. But if I am living happily with my family then I will tell my wife at the very least. Winning big lotteries is dangerous in my country especially if the winner is just poor. So I might as well keep it secret as much as possible.
2287  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: [ BOXING POLL ADDED ] The Unification Fight: FURY vs USYK on: November 03, 2022, 12:17:04 PM
And Fury may just want to keep this fight alive,

Quote
“We offered them the December 17 date in Saudi Arabia for the undisputed heavyweight championship of the world and everybody wanted that date. Usyk said he was injured and isn’t ready until next year," Fury said.

“And now he’s saying I’m scared of him. The little sh!thouse middleweight. I’ll put my fist right through his face.”

https://www.boxingscene.com/fury-usyk-said-he-ready-now-he-says-im-scared-hes-sh-thouse--169300

He call Usyk middleweight, lol, in any case, Fury is looking for either a Joshua or Usyk fight this December. He had a schedule already in December, but it seems he doesn't have a dance partner. When we thought that the Joshua fight is lock-in, there are still things need to be settled. And so he calls Usyk again, I don't think he is injured or what, he just want to take a break after winning against Joshua.

I think Usyk is evading Fury.  It is not that he wanted a break, I believe Usyk wanted to prolong his stay in the spotlight because there is a huge possibility that the spotlight would be taken away from him the moment he decided to fight Fury.  In short, probably Usyk camp isn't confident about winning against Fury.  Grin  It is just my thought though and shouldn't be considered as fact.

The statement of Usyk is probably adding fuel to the excitement and controversy making their possible upcoming fight caters more attention.  And I think that is a very entertaining move to fire up their fans and the boxing audience, making them the possible talk of the social media platform.

So I understand that the unification title fight between Fury and Usyk may be possibly bound next year after Fury beats Joshua in their match this coming Dec.  What made me think that?  The exchange of words between the two champions is obvious.  And I considered that as great marketing ploy to catch the audience and boxing fans' attention.  Though I may be wrong but it is good if that happens Grin.

Well the statement link by @JollyGood shows that Usyk is very much interested on a unification fight. It's just that Fury is putting a lot of pressure on Usyk to have the fight made this year (just like what he is pushing for a Joshua All British fight as well).

So Usyk just standing his ground and if the fight is going to happen, it will be in his terms like next year and in his beloved Ukraine.

The ball is now on Fury and I have no doubt that he can box and knockout Chisora in their fight, setting up a unification in the first quarter of 2023.

Most championship-level fighters can only fight a maximum of 3 times a year. 4 fights are possible only when they stopped their previous opponents easily in the early rounds without receiving damages in return.

Usyk just fought last August 20 against AJ for 12 full rounds. Let's say a month of full rest and relaxation while at the same time negotiating a Fury fight. Usyk then needs another 3 months from light training up to the full training camp. Tyson Fury knows his December dates bluffs aren't feasible unless Usyk is willing to give more advantage to the WBC champion.

Usyk called Fury scared upon knowing that Fury pushes thru a December fight with a different opponent. Because it hampers the realistic proposed date which is the first quarter of next year. Although Fury cherry-picked an unranked Derek Chisora, I bet he will be needing time to heal his body if his opponent can manage to win at least 5 rounds in the judges' scorecards.
2288  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Boxing Speculation, Odds and Predictions on: November 03, 2022, 11:17:53 AM
^^ Good to hear that Filipino boxers are going to be included in this fight.

But as far as the undercard, I'm not familiar with the majority of the names. But who knows, the future is already in some of this boxers.

And with that, I guess everyone is looking for the main card between Bivol and Ramirez. Odds still favour Bivol the last time I checked so maybe gamblers will go and bet on him, whether decision or knockout win.

It is a good thing that Filipino boxers are doing something even though they already have losses they still keep on pursuing what they want to do and I think if they will not lose hope they can eventually get it, while just like you I really don't know most of the fighters in here and I have low knowledge about the two Filipino boxers aswell, Dmitry Bivol is 1 superb fighter that I want to see the fight, even the son of former boxer Ricky Hatton, Campbell Hatton I want to see if he has his dad's tenacity inside the ring or not, and likely I will surely look for this fights if they are worthy to take an interest in,

And surely Dmitry Bivol will not be going to let us down and win this what is next for Dmitry Bivol, is it another Canelo Álvarez fight or will he take a new challenge for him,

It's a good opportunity for the 2 Filipinos although they are expected to lose against their opponents. I'm starting to like the Abu Dhabi contact sports commission. They seemed to demand more fair fights from various organizations and promoters like the UFC 280. These 2 Filipinos are expected to lose but they aren't really that hopeless since Khalid Yafai is inactive after losing his world title and local Majid Al-Naqbi is inexperienced.

I stopped tracking Campbell Hatton after getting a gift decision in the UK. Although I understand that gifts aren't hereditary.
2289  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: 🥊 The UFC Info and Prediction Thread on: November 03, 2022, 10:40:20 AM

I got a big doubt that Pereira could win against Adesanya that now has a great record with MMA, kickboxing is a different combat sport than MMA, and even though he knockout Izzy in the past it doesn't mean he could do it again, and this time they will fight is a different playing field and I think Israel Adesanya is accustomed with the MMA than Pereira, for sure,
Kickboxing is different than MMA but Israel Adesanya is one of the few champions in modern MMA who is holding the belt without a great ground game, he has a pretty good ground defense but he likes the striking range which is kickboxing in almost all of his fights.

Alex Pereira is fighting for the belt in just his 4th fight in the UFC which is crazy and the funny thing would be if he defeats Israel Adesanya for the third time and then announces his retirement with a perfect record against Israel Adesanya it would be the greatest meme ever  Cheesy.

2022 is a year full of upset fights. A match like this really needs to have a spectacular end like KO of the year.  But we don't know yet until it's over. Anyone can lose. The odds are with Izzy so they're positive that he can win this fight, it's not a time for him to confidently bend. Alex can take his belt easy with just one cross.

Adesanya, Israel 1.58
Pereira, Alex 2.40

Alex Pereira will be the bigger guy between the two and he is probably stronger than Israel Adesanya too. I expect this fight won't be on the ground which somehow benefits Alex Pereira's lack of MMA and UFC experience compared to Izzy. So in a stand-up fight, it'll be 50/50. Izzy may outpoint Pereira but the latter can also repeat another stoppage with his heavier strikes.

Is Pereira even a year already in the UFC? I watched his rematch with Vakhitov last year and I actually thought he was robbed there. But it's probably a blessing in disguise as he might get paid more here in the UFC. I have my bet on Pereira at 2.40. I am currently 1-9 on my last 10 bets from different sports so maybe I am a good indicator to bet on the opposite side. Cheesy

After the Ti11 tons of people get entertained and surprise but of course some of us don't have any bets now I'm just wondering guys what game you are currently waiting or betting Im not quite too much updated right now so want to know; and I can follow to which game I should bet.

I do not see any ongoing big DOTA2 events right now. DOTA2 fans are probably busy analyzing their bets on other sports and e-sports.

I guess people are more interested to know what is next to come for the players and the teams. There will be changes once again before the new season starts. There were popular players who bade goodbye to pro DOTA playing like Matumbaman and Sumnos. I am also interested to know which places would host the next TI and its majors. I hope some of the events are near to me so I can easily attend.
2291  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: 2023 NBA Season on: November 03, 2022, 08:11:37 AM
The Milwaukee Bucks is doing quite well even in the absence of its second star Khris Middleton. Now the play is simple which is clearly for Giannis or Jrue can just shoot the ball himself. Although Khris is a viable option for the Bucks' offense, especially during playoff games. For now, they don't have to rush for Khris to return right away. Khris can return to the team 100% healthy.

It's unbelievable that the favorite teams continue to struggle except for the Bucks and Suns.
2292  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: [Boxing] Casimero vs Akaho - December 3 on: November 02, 2022, 11:52:02 AM

We can't really tell if he is uncomfortable in this division or not. We will have to wait and see how he is going to fare in this fight against Akaho.

Nevertheless, if he is not going to struggle in weight then it's a + sign for him in this division. Yes, he will still need to go to a diet but maybe at not as rigorous as when he is at 118 lbs. For me, it's the question on whether he can bring his power or if he is too small in this division to make damage to tall and natural super bantamweight boxer.
And also his speed knowing that he is adding weight it will be affected since he is not really used to body shape, though a fighter needs to adjust and he really needed this break to make his name notice from this division, if he succeed then we will expect more from him showing his talent, Casimero will find a way to make his comeback noticeable, expecting to see a toe-to-toe engagement with Akaho.

It will be an interesting fight if Casimero will bring his entertaining skills. I mean, he loves the attention he must win the crowd here.

I really think Casimero would be too small and short at 122 just like Inoue. The difference between them is Inoue has the speed that might be enough to compete well at 122. We are looking forward to Casimero's return, let's hope he feels good and comfortable. Casimero needs to perform well in this fight if he wants to get a title shot next year. Although after this fight, Casimero can still drop again in weight so he can take a vacant belt once Inoue moves up after collecting them all.

So for now, our eyes will be on Casimero-Akaho, Inoue-Butler, and 122 WBA/IBF champion Murodjon Akhmadaliev against his mandatory challenger Marlon Tapales.
2293  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: What are five things you will do if you win huge amount of money?? on: November 02, 2022, 11:00:37 AM
So how big is big money? Since I am not a big bettor nowadays, there's a slim chance of me winning a big amount of money unless it's a lottery something which is so rare to happen too. But if ever I win a big amount then I will prioritize these 5 things.

1. Allocate a part of the money for my continuous gambling activities.
2. Invest in some of the winnings in Bitcoin and other potential cryptocurrencies.
3. Save some of it into my bank account.
4. Go shopping for necessities and some want kinds of stuff.
5. Allocate some part of it for charity.
2294  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: 2023 NBA Season on: November 02, 2022, 10:16:38 AM
What a sad day for Brooklyn and Steve Nash, separated ways early this season after having a 2-6 record, while the Lakers just celebrated the first win for Darvin as an NBA head coach with a record of 1-5. I'm afraid Darvin will follow this path if the Lakers won't make any difference even after this huge win against Denver.
A lot of things will change mid season, but top teams is in the bottom today lol. GSW just had their 3 straight L's.
I guess it's forthcoming, remember before the season started, there were some pressure from the management coming from a a player that wanted to get rid of Nash.

And so he won again, Nash left the Nets, and whatever he says, it's a bad separation in my opinion. Not sure about Ham, the Lakers could have too much faith in him right now.

I think it's a good thing that both sides agree to part ways. KD might still not like Steve Nash but at the same time, it's really a big headache coaching Brooklyn Nets. There are rumors that some teams are trying to take Ime Oduka's services and the Nets is one of those teams. But looking at the current Nets line-up, Oduka might not like it but he can rebuild the team as he likes. I see KD's chances of staying with the Nets the whole season at 50/50. Kyrie Irving always creates drama every season. And Ben Simmons is performing at a mediocre level which is obviously not worth his $35 million salary this season.

As for the Lakers' new coach, Darvin Ham's fate rests in Lebron James' hands.  Cheesy

I know Jake Paul is a big fan of MMA and I heard he is working on creating big competition for UFC, making everything more fair for fighters including paycheck, and Dana White won't like this at all.

Well, given he is providing a good paycheck for the MMA fighters to fight in his fiasco, the thing is their reputation as a fighter, but if you are getting a big paycheck why not if it could surely help those retired fighters in getting a little help, for most of his exhibition matches I think it is a worth for fighters to show themselves on the fight, but Jake Paul sure has the ability to train himself to be the fighter he is good at now, but if Uncle Dana could collaborate with Jake Paul to do this I think Dana will take most of the profit than the fighters,

At the moment, Showtime a big network in the fight business is supporting Jake Paul's boxing career. I do think Jake Paul but thru a partnership with Showtime can create a rival MMA organization bigger than Khabib's Eagle FC.

I just don't see Jake Paul and Dana White working together. Jake Paul is a pain in the ass of Dana's purse system and plans in the UFC. Dana White probably hates Jake Paul to the bone. Jake Paul is one of the reasons why the UFC is having difficulty with some of its fighters like Francis Ngannou who continues to not sign a fight contract.
2296  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Boxing: Dmitry Bivol vs Zurdo Ramirez on: November 02, 2022, 09:17:47 AM
Finally, it's fight week already. We've seen Bivol in Abu Dhabi doing light training and chilling and enjoying before the weigh-in and then the fight night. I think Zurdo is already in Abu Dhabi as well because it's been a few days already and he might need to acclimatize himself for better conditioning. And I am happy to finally see both Eddie Hearn of Matchroom and Oscar De La Hoya of Golden Boy Promotions smiling at each other. Probably there is no more bad blood between these 2 DAZN partners. May the best man win.

Topson wants to go back to the strongest region now, EU. And he's on the hot eyes of most teams that want to take him and if he's got a contract with T1, those teams have to buy it out.

I do not think Topson have a contract with T1. I think he is just interim / replacement. I think it is either SEA or Europe for Topson if he is going to pick another team. Sea because his wife is from SEA and he is from Europe. Lots of team would still want topson in their roster after his performance in LCQ. He is still in top form.
The way Topson shared his honest experience playing with T1, I think he is going back to western Europe. Although he admitted that his teammates were nice people he did mention the weak leadership of T1. Topson and his former OG looked very nice and easy but they probably had very strong serious leadership when it comes to their games and practices after his comment on T1.

It is bizarre that Team Secret will have a roster change after finishing 2nd in a newly formed team. Are they replacing Crytallis because of his abysmal performance in the Finals? Puppey should give this team a second chance.
That reminds me of the time when they changed their players after winning a major. Even though Crystallis performed great throughout the season maybe Puppey prefers a different style of carry. But I agree it'd be best for them to not change anything when their squad only continues to bring good results within a few months.
Here comes the usual Puppey once again. Obviously, they played weak for nearly the whole season but they just finished second at TI which is the most important. Maybe they should hold on with Crystallis and see if he improves in the coming first major at least.
2298  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Boxing: Dmitry Bivol vs Zurdo Ramirez on: November 01, 2022, 04:39:52 PM
^^ @1.55 for Bivol to win by decision, I think that is juicy enough for those backers of him, but they have to pour some money on him so get a good returns.

the odds if Bivol wins are dropping a lot, it looks like Ramirez won't have any chance of winning the fight, what the hell is the difference in odds?

Bivol = @1.24

Ramirez = @3.90

betting on Bivol with odds of @1.24 is a waste of money, because that odd is very low, maybe I'll put it in a parlay with some soccer game or another sport, I'll still think about it, but I still think they put such a low odd in favor do Bivol and then Bivol loses this fight people who bet on Bivol will be angry with the result if he loses the fight

Professional boxing odds are kind of weird compared to other sports like soccer and basketball. This fight is 60/40 in favor of Bivol but the odds aren't reflecting it. Probably because in professional boxing, all fights are recorded and introduced continuously without resetting which means a single defeat will remain like a stain forever while the other sports' win-loss records will reset at every start of another season.

I am contemplating betting for that Bivol by decision odds. But looking at their skills, Zurdo might let his hands go and try to KO Bivol as it seems unlikely that he can outbox the champion. This might also create openings for Bivol to land his power shots and score his own KO in the late rounds.
2299  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: 2023 NBA Season on: November 01, 2022, 04:09:43 PM

Wow, seriously? Not because the Lakers are struggling they don't know how to win anymore, they are still a good team, lead by Lebron James so they can still win games if they will play hard. I don't know if they'll reach the playoffs, but it's still too early to judge, they still have plenty of time to do the right adjustment and I'm hoping they won't have the same season like the last one.

They were against a known competitive playoffs team and no one would ever thought they gonna win with the kinds of performances they've been showing in their last games. Though they might not gonna get to the playoffs this season, they still have a high chance obtaining super rookies in the NBA draft and that would be a real game changer for them if they managed to acquire the number 1 prospect Victor Wembanyama.

It's interesting if the Lakers can duplicate their previous victory and build momentum behind it. Their next game will be against Zion Williamson and the Pelicans who also won their last game at the same Crypto Arena against the other Los Angeles team.

The Lakers really depend on how Lebron James and AD performed because their other teammates aren't that reliable enough. No matter how far they can adjust, this line-up can only get to the first round of the playoffs as their furthest reach.

Many teams are positioning themselves to get Victor Wembanyama in the next draft. Pretty exciting what that kid can bring once he plays against the very best.

I am not the very techy guy here but I don't understand why he is doing it. He seems a newbie or lacks information on how to protect his coins. The strategy isn't lessening the chance of losing those coins. Those coin movements remain traceable either unless they went thru mixers. Imagine the fees and the effort of saving keys and seeds over and over again. You should advise him to just buy a hard wallet and re-arrange its seeds and keys in a difficult format that he is the only one capable of understanding.
