2741  Economy / Reputation / Re: List of Participant in the promotion of scam site. on: May 28, 2021, 03:00:02 AM
I quote everyone who wants to advertise scam site
An "archived" version would be better Wink

I don't understand why this person is willing to advertise scam on this forum simply out of greed. They ignored the warning and they also ignored the trust system so none of them would stop this stupid act.
Because they're just a bunch of spammers/shitposters.

Negative trust will not stop them and is activating the flag a viable option for all account involved?
I don't think creating a flag for each one of them would stop them either; I consider them as throwaway accounts but it might come in handy [flag] for warning the newbies/quests.
2742  Local / Others (Pilipinas) / Re: Fake Metamask Be Careful mga Pare on: May 28, 2021, 02:03:31 AM

2743  Other / Meta / Re: Signature campaign and bounties are major factors of shit posting on: May 27, 2021, 06:21:13 PM
Some go as far as 70 posts in a week. This is the only reason that kills the quality.
Personally, I haven't seen one that pays in BTCitcoin and it has that amount as its minimum requirement; I'm guessing you're referring to one of the so-called alt[s**t]coin campaigns instead.

If my assumption is true what can be done to solve the problem?
Nothing much can be done to solve the problem, except reporting their post.
There's one more: Report their campaign managers or operators to one of the staff so they could warn them at first and if it doesn't work, they'll take necessary steps for combating the issue.
- Read the link that @SquirrelJulietGarden provided.
- IIRC, there were a couple or a few campaigns before that crossed that line.
2021 on: May 27, 2021, 04:56:32 PM

Bakit hindi, pero di sa ngayon [baka in three years' time].

or going back na sa $30k, $20k , $10k
2745  Economy / Goods / Re: Alibaba Wholesale Buying Group on: May 27, 2021, 05:48:09 AM
I'm making this group to connect us together so we can buy products with up you 1000 -10,000 MOQ
Just to be clear, you'll be purchasing the remaining from your own pocket and then sell the quantity that we need for a higher price or you'll be making a list of buyers and then simply connect us to other similar buyers until the MOQ has been reached for each of those products?
- I'm guessing potential buyers should trust you one way or another, without the involvement of an escrow provider. Am I right?
2746  Economy / Service Discussion / Re: Paypal is going to allow users to withdraw coin to other wallet on: May 27, 2021, 04:17:10 AM
Indeed, but I don't understand why they've limited the whole thing to the US customers only [it doesn't make sense].

Having crypto on platform like PayPal without option to withdraw it, it means that you don't even have real crypto. You can't see it on Blockchain, it's just some numbers on your account. So, if they will allow to withdraw crypto, it will be big step.
Even if you can see it with an explorer or have the ability to withdraw it, it doesn't mean that you own anything unless it reaches your non-custodial wallet.
2747  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: What the CEO of a Gold mining company has to say about Bitcoin on: May 26, 2021, 08:12:39 AM
I really enjoyed reading all of your points, but I have to respectfully disagree with #5 [both of its parts]

Hence, we are now in the 21st century, and as such it's time we stop using rocks as money or a store of value.
Since both of them have their own advantages/disadvantages, then I can't see that happening anytime soon.
- There's nothing wrong with using those side by side.

But if there will come the time which fee are way way cheaper than its current state, it buying "coffee" and other products with bitcoin will become a norm. I just wonder, how will these fees become way cheaper than how much it is right now.
You can already do that with lightning Wink
2748  Economy / Service Announcements / Re: Were you mining in China? now you can mine with us. on: May 26, 2021, 07:23:29 AM
we have data centres in Iceland and in the USA.
Care to post "real" images of those as opposed to taking someone else's images and using them on your website?

After noticing that you have a lot of fake followers on your Instagram account, I did some digging and it looks like you've plagiarized some of your pages:

#1

#2

Note: I could probably find more stuff but it doesn't matter.
2749  Economy / Goods / Re: brandedcryptosigns.com Buy your Crypto Neon signs. on: May 26, 2021, 05:02:08 AM
I saw you've already listed their dimensions but not how much they roughly weigh; Care to list those as well [especially for both of the BTCitcoin signs]?

From where you'll be shipping those?
2750  Local / Pilipinas / Re: Bitcoin, papalo ba sa $100k ?? on: May 26, 2021, 03:42:05 AM
2751  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Domino's franchise offering salary to employees in bitcoin!! on: May 25, 2021, 03:59:03 PM
It is cool to see such things happening with Bitcoin and it's acceptance increasing but the main point is that if they hold it as investment for long term they can have huge profits but what if they want to make transaction and buy stuff with it and higher transaction fees became issue for them as workers might not want to pay higher amount in fees only with small amount of Bitcoins.

Your opinons on this?
Since they're going to have the option to receive their excess salaries in BTCitcoin, then it's safe to say that those who opt for it, probably have the basic knowledge when it comes to how BTCitcoin transactions work in general or rather how they should deal with different mempool scenarios.
- Long-term hodlers would probably face more problems than those that spend it right away.
2752  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Bitcoin & increasing government pressure & power outages on: May 25, 2021, 01:52:39 PM
Even legal miners should turn it off as soon as possible.
Then why give them licenses in the first place? I forgot, a significant amount of the so-called "illegal" miners might be their friends and family members [those with major connections], so other legal miners should pay the price instead and turn off their mining rigs Angry
- They just love making excuses to shift the blame to someone/something else; IIRC, they're still exporting electricity to some of the neighboring countries as well [SMH].
2753  Economy / Service Announcements / Re: [ANN] NotATether.com - Bitcoin Knowledgebase on: May 25, 2021, 12:06:27 PM
I am also planning to add a few tools to the site such as fee estimator, mempool size viewer, bitcoin difficulty tracker etc.
Looking forward to those, but I'd suggest introducing background colors for every other response/post:
- I have nothing against separation lines while I'm using my computer, but they aren't visible when I'm using an RSS reader app for viewing your feed [not sure what else can be used instead].

e.g.
1st post = Default BG
2nd post = Grey BG
3rd Post = Default BG
  • Note: I do know this isn't going to apply to most of the RSS readers out there, but instead might improve the overall reading experience for other methods.

A dark mode would be nice as well Smiley

2754  Economy / Economics / Re: Is Bitcoin Naturally Defined By 4 Year Boom And Bust Cycles on: May 25, 2021, 09:52:54 AM
Based on the above, might it be fair to expect another bitcoin all time high, followed by a crash in 2025?
In theory, maybe [great points but not sure about their accuracies] but in reality, past events might never happen again.

Will bitcoin naturally be defined by 4 year boom and bust cycles.

Due to its rewards halving being based around approximate 4 year cycles?
That might be a contributing factor but I'm sure there were and there will be other things that would affect its [market] behavior in the future and that could lead to different results.

This might come in handy: BTCitcoin's historical corrections from all-time highs

IKEA USA GIFT CARD $500 [-50%] = $250 [Accepted: BTC, ETH, TRX]

Too good to be true offer
Moving discussion to another platform
Newbie account with a lot of deleted posts

Note to potential buyers: Read the above warnings and stay away.

@overko
If it's a legit gift card [highly unlikely], you can sell it at CardCash for a higher percentage [they have fraud & balance checks in place].
Note: I prefer to not vouch so DYOR.
2756  Bitcoin / Project Development / Re: A Daily Bitcoin Twitter Influencer Dashboard on: May 25, 2021, 05:41:21 AM
Looking forward to the feedback!
I'd suggest expanding the "Best Tweet" section by showing more tweets...
- I do know that there are also links to 5 tweets on the "Most engaging, active, and popular" profiles but most of them are basically repetitive profiles/tweets in different orders.

I noticed that there's also a tweet from a Turkish user under the most engaging section [you might want to only list English tweets or add a way to filter the results based on the language being used].
2757  Local / Pamilihan / Re: Bigas PH are now accepting cryptocurrency? on: May 25, 2021, 04:22:26 AM
Pareho ba nilang pages yung sa Facebook? As per checking kasi ng kanilang website, When you click the FB icon ay sa page ng BigasPh (9K+ likes) napupunta, at pag-click naman ng messenger icon ay BPh (20K+ likes) naman lumalabas.
Yup, base sa "FAQ" page nila, may dalawang silang page/account sa facebook:

Chat thru FB Messenger, search for BigasPh or BPh on Facebook and chat anytime, we are open 24/7

Last time that I checked [mahigit dalawang taon], limited yung mga cryptocurrencies sa coins.ph kaya mas marami ang options sa CoinPayments.

Bitcoin and other Cryptocurrencies
2758  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: What Happens After Widespread Crackdowns and Bans? on: May 24, 2021, 08:00:48 AM
the Bank of England governor recently said bitcoin has no value,
Those clowns don't have the slightest idea about the true meaning of "value" [SMH].

Also even if it were not banned, governments can monitor all activity because basically everyone uses centralized exchanges and the blockchain is public.
Decentralized exchanges have become quite popular in recent years and more users are making the switch on a regular basis.

Are people still going to want to hold it when the government can always come after them?
If they start using it in the right way [as opposed to hodling], then they don't have to worry about the latter part that much.

since all the wallet apps will be removed from the app stores?
Apps aren't limited to the app/play store. There are already other alternatives [I do know they aren't as safe as the ones mentioned previously] out there and more will pop out.

Regardless of what the future holds for BTCitcoin, there will always be workarounds when facing such issues.
2759  Economy / Service Announcements / Re: [ANONYMOUS QUICK EXCHANGE] 🔥🔥🔥 Z-Pay 🔥🔥🔥 No registration✅ No verification✅ on: May 24, 2021, 06:24:17 AM
On your "FAQ" page, you mentioned not having limits for balances in cheques. Are you implying that you have an unlimited reserve for each of the cryptocurrencies listed in there?

Why there's a minimum top-up amount only for some of the cryptocurrencies?

I did some tests and it looks like expiration dates are no longer included on the cheque itself. How can we keep track of those within your platform?

Here are the main parts -
~Snipped~
Due to your reputation [new to this community] on this forum, you should consider attaching "real" images of those together with your forum name and the date on a piece of paper.

- Follow this: Posting guidelines for physical goods
- Use "Imgur" for uploading images.

I am trying to figure out how to attach a word document. It has more more details about the performance.
Workaround: Use "Pastebin" > Paste your content there > Click "Create New Paste" button > Copy/paste its URL here.
