3021  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Is it so hard to make one Good coin? on: March 29, 2021, 07:06:57 AM
Stable coin? We already have many stable coins in the market, OP.
What more could you ask for?
We already almost have what we needed in the current market, maybe still need quite few tweaks for some coins especially with high fees in transactions, but that would even be satisfied through its current development.
3022  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: What coin will be bought by new people? on: March 27, 2021, 07:41:12 PM
~

For a prediction, which one new people will buy more, we can only guess.
What is your opinion, which one will bring uns more profits? Altcoins or Bitcoin?
Simple. Quick profits: Alts
Longer-term profits: Bitcoin.
To be conclusive, it depends on the goal of each investor. Some particularly just doesn't want to wait to get their earnings, that's why they tend to go with alts. One factor that surrounds them will be mostly scams, like of course.
3023  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Is Bitcoin better than Fiat? on: March 27, 2021, 04:32:38 PM
This is what confuses me sometimes.
Why do people think that Bitcoin would replace fiat? I don't expect that all people around the world will be able to get used to Bitcoin. Even if Bitcoin becomes a dominant in crypto market, there would be always those shillers of other coins that wouldn't touch bitcoin a little bit, unless of course they're hypocrite in the shadows.
3024  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Quit My Full Time Job to Trade Cryptos Full Time on: March 27, 2021, 04:27:09 PM
~
This is what I was thinking of and emphasizing previously in this thread.
Leaving your full-time job to go full-time in crypto trading is too risky.
Bull run doesn't last long just like any jobs in the world, unless of course you established a good business that surely won't go bankrupt for years. Roll Eyes
3025  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: How much did you make in Bitcoin trading? on: March 27, 2021, 04:25:38 PM
It is not so difficult to earn money from trading with enough knowledge. Gathering knowledge is hard. By the way, from my trading, I have earned a lot to be honest. But it is true also that I lost my funds at the very beginning of my trading. Still I am earning. In this bull run, I got a good amount of profit for holding BITCOIN. Those persons who hold their Bitcoin for a long time, now this time they are enjoying.
I have to disagree a little bit with that.
Gathering knowledge is all easy now. Right now in Youtube, you could just use "day trading tutorial" and many would now pop up on your screen to choose how to trade.
The hardest thing to do is how you apply those knowledge you gathered.
If one couldn't apply that knowledge, just hodl.
3026  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Government ban on crypto on: March 27, 2021, 07:55:53 AM
~
Not just in USA, but to every other countries as well.

I assume the OP is listing the answers on why Bitcoin can't be banned, particularly in US in case anyone is wondering what the OP is trying to point out.

Personal or p2p transaction is like the fail-proof way even if "ban" was imposed into a country. Nobody knows that you made that kind of transaction except you and the third party person.
Assuming that ISPs banned every exchange in their own nation, then people would just go and continue using VPN.
3027  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Btc and alts on: March 27, 2021, 07:52:45 AM
This is just a speculative statement and no atoms of truth in this statement, in most cases it is the altcoin that follows bitcoin market trends, but very hard to see bitcoin following altcoin trend. If you study the crypto market carefully you will discover that bitcoin is always playing the leading role and not the other way round as you said.
Remember back when ICOs in 2017 become a trend and a thing.
It was almost like that they're almost independently treading on their own without Bitcoin.
But then scams were now bombarding the investor's ecosystem and now we're back to that kind of mindset that alts will almost always tend to follow Bitcoin's pattern in increase.
3028  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Altcoin Investing on: March 27, 2021, 07:48:19 AM
~

One of the challenges of investing in altcoins is knowing the coins to holds and those to take profit due to them not been authentic. We have coins that basically just copy already existing codes and launches their own project, these kind of project hardly succeed in the long term.

They could be buzzing when they launch newly due to shilling but as time goes on, they die off the market when other shitcoin are been shilled. We have numerous of them, and there are more to come so if you have interest in altcoins you have to be extra cautious of coins you add to your portfolio.

On the other hand, coins that either improved on already existing codes, making theirs superior or those that develops a brand new idea and sells it effectively to the community has a higher chance of succeeding in the industry.
This.
Actually we can't blame that those carbon-copy projects still exist.
They're just up for shorter-term $$$. That's why many would claim, including me that those types of projects aren't for hodling purposes unlike Bitcoin.

Still some investors continue to feed those projects and that's why they keep coming back in greater numbers after doing an exit scam at the end of their project's lifetime.
3029  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Future of BTC on: March 27, 2021, 07:46:07 AM
~
I remember someone saying in a separate thread here that Bitcoin isn't even finished yet.
But hey looking back, we had a blast of adoptions happening lately.  Even popular digital payments services were leaning towards it, like Paypal.
It even gets mentioned by celebrities a lot.
It's safe to say that awareness is almost 100%, but the adoption and knowledge to it is still far from 100%.
Saying that Bitcoin isn't even finished yet in its development in particular makes me think what does it hodl more in the future?
3030  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Trading is a game of capital on: March 26, 2021, 07:36:42 PM
~

Logically right, if you have low capital it takes time especially if you are very concern with your trading activities. If you are always in a much safer side, the grow of your investment will take time.

Unlike with having good amount of investment to use, you are capable of moving your money from each assets and have a wider scope to find the right profitable assets and the amount of earnings is very decent.
That's why newbies are still advised to keep the hodl strategy for now when they're still going small.
That was my experience when I straight jumped to day trading even though I felt quite confident because there are indicators anyway.
What I don't realize is that whatever the tutorial I watch doesn't apply to the current market condition.
Traded ADA, BTC, ETH back then. It could've been a better result if I just learned further.
3031  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Trading without experience and knowledge on: March 26, 2021, 07:34:08 PM
~
Nice way buy on dip or lower price than holding and wait when price going up to sell, almost trader or beginner understand when bitcoin dump altcoin dump so without any experience and knowledge they have understand when good moment to buy and sell bitcoin or altcoin, just check about some trader panic when buying coin after see good or higher price.
There is a lot to consider when predicting the price, It's not every time that bitcoin dumps, altcoins will go dump. This can mislead newbie traders out there reading this. There are times this year that many altcoins stay on their prices and some pumps when bitcoin dumps. It's way better to learn how to properly trade than to rely on predictions that have no basis.
Well common mindset of some newbies would be where Bitcoin dumps then alts dumps the same way. They'll buy the alts, but then that alt really dumped really bad loses its value.
Now newbies would realize the meaning of shitcoin that time.
There are indeed some pumping but mostly from hypes.
3032  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Coin or project dies? When and how? on: March 26, 2021, 10:25:14 AM
We all know that Some coins prpjects not make it long
They die so what the main reasons?
And how far the coin will go even if its bad project?
Let's Say you buy very low cap coin but most of them will reach top 20 coins.
Look at the fact how Fast ada uni and aave went to top 20-30 coins.

Question is Where will be end?  Can the top 10 or 20 coins disapeare?

So are there average statistics how far the coin goes Before it dies?

Simply, it's a bad project.
How it became a project? Simply it is from the hype purposes only.
Devs tend to have those kinds of project for just quick bucks, then they'll just exit out of the project.
3033  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: First time scammed , very frustrated on: March 26, 2021, 10:19:48 AM
~
Not really mandatory, but at least be wary of who you deal with.
You know the basics of those good old notices that admins won't ask for your password and all of that.
Just like the scam that I was about to be baited where the site even asks for my MyEtherWallet password.
3034  Other / Beginners & Help / Re: Reminder for crypto newbies, traders. Be cautious with new exchanges on: March 26, 2021, 08:19:55 AM
~
Good thing, I never went more than or equal to that amount actually.
Even by popular exchanges, I still tell myself not to hold too much money in there or if I don't have the reason to trade right now, I would just get out of there and take all my BTCs traded back then.
3035  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: John McAfee & Crypto Scam on: March 26, 2021, 08:14:42 AM
~

While I'm just making assumptions, I'm pretty sure it's simply because of drugs and/or money. Tongue McAfee is a pretty hugely known druggie(if you've been following him on Twitter, you'd know), and some people would like that kind of lifestyle.
I haven't followed him just yet in Twitter, until I just recently looked into his Twitter account.
Seems like he's now talking crap around, lol.
Didn't know that Mcafee is a druggie, because I just see him as your usual programmer, not typically a celebrity of any kind, that would just talk crap into front side of Bitcoin.
3036  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Type of people who buy bitcoin. on: March 26, 2021, 08:11:25 AM
~
Well there's no exclusivity in terms of who can buy Bitcoin.
Even those below middle class have the means of access to it, be it a personal trade and hold their coins in a cold storage so that they won't be required to be connected to the internet to access their coins.
Though it isn't to be expected that one whole coin would be bought though.
3037  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: my gripe with the term "crash" on: March 26, 2021, 08:09:03 AM
~
Well for panickers, even a small percentage like .5% would be considered a crash for them now. Cheesy
Sometimes for me, it differs.
I don't usually do it in percentage, but mostly from how much in USD it went down.
For example back in 2017 when BTC reached 20k, not breached, then after that it went down to around 7k.
I'll call that as a crash.
3038  Other / Meta / Re: Suggestion about Merit Pop up on: March 25, 2021, 03:08:46 PM
Or make it at least a placeholder text of "Amount" instead of being a default value of the minimum valid amount so that if one decides to give merit more than 1 merit but less than 11, he/she won't accidentally send 12-19 merits as well if the default value is 1.
3039  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: if btc is in a bear market, can some alts still moon ? on: March 25, 2021, 01:56:25 PM
~
Ah yes. Most of those are just pump and dump schemes. You'll see it fall faster than a shooting star once the investors decided to exit and dumps all the coin.
Consider also those bounty hunters looking for quick $$$ .
3040  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Tesla now accepts Bitcoin on: March 25, 2021, 01:55:04 PM
Is this another Elon effect that many investor will encounter soon for them to invest more into Bitcoin?
In any way, as long as it is adoption, it is an opportunity.
Maybe Lamborghini would follow the same as well soon? Cheesy
Who knows?
