Risks are similar like when you are using Electrum and other wallets with nodes from someone else.
They would be able to know all your address and transactions, and there is a small chance of connecting to malicious node.

All they can do if cards are used for some fraud or illegal stuff is to freeze account with leftover funds, and prevent access on their platform.

I think you should self-exclude yourself from accessing all gambling websites, not just from rollbit casino.
You can set up special DNS settings on your network (both mobile, wifi and cable) or on router level, and tell some of your relatives to set up password for you.

It's not a scam, and nobody is trying to get you.
