701  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: 2018 NBA Season on: November 18, 2017, 06:14:11 AM
Why do people hate Lebron and Cleveland sooo much?  I don't get it at all.  Curry hates them, says Boston is better than them. Unless some serious injuries happen again what we are going to see in the NBA Championship is Golden state vs Cleveland.

It's not that LBJ and Cleveland is hated, it's just the Cavs has been without serious competition in the east for a long time. It's time they prove their worth.
702  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: One of the World’s Largest ATM Manufacturers Announces Bitcoin Support on: November 17, 2017, 02:59:43 PM
Haven't BTCBTCBTC atms been around for a while already?  Smiley Smiley

As far as I know, they're so inefficient it's much more worth it to get yourself a bitcoin debit card and withdraw your money from there using a regular atm.
703  Economy / Exchanges / Re: List of bitcoin debit cards on: November 17, 2017, 02:05:20 PM
Hi are any of the prepaid cards available in Singapore?

Looking for good BTC debit card for use in the South East Asia region too. Preferably a homegrown company right here.
704  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: 2018 NBA Season on: November 17, 2017, 01:46:08 PM
Very important victory for Boston tonight for so many reasons:
-14th consecutive victory
- won against Golden State
-has recovered a 17-point gap against Golden State
-Golden State scored less than 90 points!
-5 players for Boston scored at least 10 points

This match has shown that Boston can fight for the title this year.

In the other match Houston has demolished Phenix 142-116 (with 90 points scored in the first 2 quarters).
48 points for Harden who is the favorite for the title of MVP this year
this really a wild side of NBA gsw got disappointed by boston while the rockets really sky high are we seeing potentials for new face of the finals,
we knew cavs and gsw are still the favorite but while they are the focus this two teams behind them are simply showing their owned versions of
being super team.

Would be nice to see a new rivalry to come focus in the finals. The GSW-Cavs should be over. We all know who won already.
705  Economy / Speculation / Re: Bitcoin Will Crash Below $3000. on: November 15, 2017, 07:00:46 AM

What happens next depends on whether bitcoin's rivals can gain usage for their coins.

With all these ICOs going and popping around, there's like a whole lot  of usage for the coins.
706  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: 2018 NBA Season on: November 15, 2017, 06:54:07 AM
I got lucky with the Knicks pick yesterday the spread barely covered and that last field goal attempt by James was butt clenching that almost pushed my bet if it went in.

Celtics are heading to Brooklyn I personally prefer Boston on this match with the -5.5 @1.72  bought a point here. Spurs against Mavs, I took the minus points on Spurs -6 is like a gift imo Spurs are still good even without their key players.
I agree with your pick on the Celtics and actually they won and covered the spread today.
However, the Spurs and Mavericks are a big rival and based on my observation when the Mavericks play against the Spurs in their previous games it usually end up with a close game, so my guts tells me that I should bet on the home dog moneyline and take the plus as well, in case.
Another great win from the Celtics I guess this really showing how good the team has been made kyrie really showed his leadership seeing how he did it when lebron is not there with the cavs before, if they continue playing like this and Hayward got back and play healthy this team will bring back the glory days of Boston once more.

So this is exactly what Kyrie's impact to the game is. The Cavs have been struggling bad without him. They're lacking a good PG so bad Lebron now runs the floor and doing it all.
707  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: 2018 NBA Season on: November 12, 2017, 02:37:32 AM
Is there any chance that Cleveland Cavaliers can still go into NBA Finals? Or at least playoffs this 2017-18 NBA Season? I think LeBron too much old to help rhe team so that they will not go for NBA Finals. Thoughts about what happening to Cleveland Cavaliers and Oklahoma City Thunder that also facing bad record 4-7 current standing.
Cavs can still be on playoffs for sure and about the OKC i'm right with my prediction that having a 3 all star players on team is not good for me.

At their current level of play, Cav's is gonna take a lot of beating on the playoffs from the Celtics.
708  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Will Bitcoin be replaced by another cryptocurrency? on: November 12, 2017, 02:21:46 AM
Does it make sense to believe that Bitcoin could one day be replaced by another cryptocurrency, that is, a cryptocurrency that really does make Bitcoin obsolete?

In terms of ranking I think no one can beat bitcoin .

i remember when fiber optics internet connections were not readily available in the US yet people thought AOL would rule the space forever because they didnt understand what was coming. they couldnt understand how much faster shit was gonna get. the same thing applies here bitcoin is what brings everyone to the party buts it wont be why the stay. eventually shit progresses. not saying that is what is happening here just saying one day it will happen its only natural.

What do you think would eventually replace it then? Considering today's circumstances, might it be ETH? Or it might be a new tech still in the incubating process.
709  Economy / Speculation / Re: Bitcoin Must Crash - $7500 Is The Peak on: November 11, 2017, 04:03:02 PM
I would define crash as anything below $3,000. We are a long, long way from that. Bitcoin is already stabilizing and has refused to go below $7,000. The consensus is that we could make a move to $10k anytime soon.

IMO the price is already treading dangerous levels, it looks like it can break and crash any moment. Hopefully, the strong demand we have right now would be sustained.
710  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: 2018 NBA Season on: November 11, 2017, 04:00:06 PM
I have to play Houston Final this season for me. Now you need to hear the names of other people besides Harden.

Take note they're even playing without CP3. I just hope he would be able to blend in with the team once he's fully recovered.
711  Economy / Speculation / Re: Sell your bitcoin NOW. November 8, 2017 on: November 08, 2017, 12:30:30 PM
IMO the price is too high already, I'm afraid it might pop down so suddenly anytime soon. While that's the worst case, it's definitely possible. Hard to know if it's still natural demand or just people panic buying that's causing this.
712  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: 2018 NBA Season on: November 08, 2017, 12:26:06 PM
Cavaliers vs Hawks
FINAL (117-115)

LeBron James: 26 points, 13 assists, 5 rebounds, 2 blocks,
Dwyane Wade: 25 points, 11 rebounds , 6 assists, 1 block
Kyle Korver: 23 points, 5 rebounds, 1 block

What a very close game and Dwayne Wade this showcased himself but that's not enough as these poor guys lost to their home court. I can feel the pain every time watching a team losses with their opponents at their very own comfort. Too bad for them with the start of the season and this type of games are alarming since the beginning is already over and this is the real deal in the middle of the league.
They will eventually figure out how to be consistent, the only problem is the chemistry and once it's sorted out, the cavaliers will win every game.
Now that they have more loses they will surely analyze their mistakes and improve it the following games but for me as a bettor I would still not gonna bet on the cavaliers until such time I will see them back to the winning track again.

I guess the chemistry is the big problem of them now and it's between Wade and with other teammates but not with Lebron. It will be built later on so still they are on the process of still getting with each other or they are truly having difficulty with this season? It's a wake up call for a team when they are losing consecutively or if not they have higher percentage of lose rather than winning.

The missing link is the main point guard.

Yes, Isaiah Thomas must be the playmaker. Lebron James can adapt the position, no doubt about that since he entered the league, but doing that always will just give Lebron another tasks instead of focusing on his natural position where he can get more productions.

The progress for IT is closed to recovery now but just for sure, Cavaliers will not gamble his health just to save their record. Also, even they will still experienced lots of losses in their upcoming games, they just need to secure playoffs spot even at 8th position although I don't think that will happened. Cavaliers is different when playing at playoffs so even they will have a bad record today, it will be back 0-0 once playoffs started.

While it's still too early in the season to worry about it, at this point the Cavs front office should be considering of getting another legitimate backup playmaker. Wade isn't as good as he was like back then playing for Miami.
713  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: 2018 NBA Season on: November 04, 2017, 10:10:27 AM

I'll still go for Los Lakers for this time. They have good coaching and young talent right now. They also need to win every game for the fans like me. LOL A Lakers fans since birth. Lakers will make playoffs this season but not NBA Finals; Opinions? Haha

Edit: If Damian Lillard didn't hit that game winner shoot Lakers will win in over time!

Lakers phasing right now is good and just needs little adjustment. Although it's a loss, overall the game is good.

Lonzo Ball just needs to be aggressive just like what his coach says. He is unselfish yes, but sometimes he needs to penetrate on defense. So unusual that being part of the first squad, he doesn't have any points to their 100 points game against the Portland. He needs to pressure himself always so that he will be stick to a goal that he needs to score no matter what.
He is a humble player and he understand he is still a rokie and he needs to trust his teammates more as he needs to learn more.
The game is really good because it's a high scoring game but it's a close one, they lead in the game but they lack the power to close out game with a win.
As Shaquille O'neal said:'' You can't play 29 minutes, be a Laker, and not score" Tongue

That Ball guy is simply overrated. Barkley on his critism that the guy only is functional from the left side seems on point actually. He doesn't shoot much when he's on the other wing.
714  Economy / Speculation / Re: Is it more wise to invest in Bitcoin or in Ethereum for the next 5 years? on: November 01, 2017, 07:50:05 AM
Is it more wise to invest in Bitcoin or in Ethereum for the next 5 years? What do you think an why?
As you are saying for next 5 years means long term, i will prefer bitcoin over Ethereum because it is much reliable than ethereum and we should consider most reliable one if we are going to invest for long term.
Can I choose both? I think invest for long term in Ethereum and Bitcoin are give me a huge profits in future, especially this is a target for 5 years, not short term. Of course, you need to know the risk of this target, nothing guarantees these cryptocurrencies will have high price in next 5 years.

At this point, you're better off with investing on Eth. BTCBTC's already hit another ath, and it seems it won't go much higher any longer. Potentialwise, eth and some of its ICOs are the way to go.
715  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: How can we explain that the bitcoins is not a scam on: October 31, 2017, 01:29:15 PM
Been here, done that a lot of times. And yes you don't argue with someone who's got a fixed, closed mind over new tech and the like. BTCBTCBTC and the blockchain is the future, and we all know that. Just leave them be.
716  Economy / Speculation / Re: Investing in Eth and Btc on: October 31, 2017, 12:20:34 PM
Eth is a much better investment at this point IMO. Or you can go invest in worthy ICOs. Just do proper research. The BTCBTCBTC ship has sailed already and the potential isn't too rewarding anymore.
717  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: 2018 NBA Season on: October 31, 2017, 12:14:57 PM
Warriors is back! 74 points in the first half.

Yeah I guess they are back now 141 vs. 113 so that's a legit game coming from Golden State Warriors. So their warm up is now done and we will expect them with their next game at their best.

It's too early to tell if they're clicking over one game. But hey, if they continue to be at this level of performance, they're gonna sweep through the championships again.
718  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: The WORST ICO of 2017? Never forget. on: October 31, 2017, 01:21:51 AM
Hopefully someone will put together a fairly comprehensive list for 2017--the year of the ICO. It will be very interesting to see how many of those projects are still around in 1-5 years. Most of the talking heads seem to anticipate a roughly 90% failure rate. That seems about right.

In all honesty, 90% failure rate seems an underestimation still.  Smiley
719  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Tokens (Altcoins) / Re: TaaS — Tokenized Closed-End Fund on: October 31, 2017, 01:19:41 AM
Did anyone ever did a case/profitability study of Taas anywhere? Maybe here in the forum or on a blog.

I would really appreciate it if anyone has one.

720  Economy / Service Discussion / Re: I want to start cloud mining on: October 31, 2017, 01:15:23 AM
Cloud mining isn't profitable and all sites except few are scams. In this days cloud minings not work very well like two years ago.

Even back in the day they weren't profitable as is believe me. Just avoid them like plague.
