Had a look and the design is bad man. Blurred images and the lander is almost empty. You should fix that all up.

Also looked at the methods you have and they look copy-pasted.
1562  Economy / Services / Re: Faucet website and Google Adsence on: June 29, 2016, 04:42:55 PM
You won't get accepted in Adsense with that kind of site and a free domain. You should just read a lot first before venturing into that.

And if ever you get to setup your faucet, you're better off advertising with pops and interstitials. They pay more than banners.
1563  Economy / Service Discussion / Re: HashOcean.com - Cloud Mining Service on: June 29, 2016, 04:21:13 PM
I find it fucking amazing, time and time and time again CloudMining companies like LTCGear pop up, and run. It's all a ponzi, its all it ever was...

Use your fucking brains.

SCAM
I lost 680 KHs

You lost Bitcoin not 680KHs, they never had mining rigs.. You purchased a statistic on a screen, your past payments were funded by new 'investors', eventually like always the output is more than the input and they have no choice but to;

1. Blame it on hackers.
2. Claim the site was hacked.
3. Straight up disband and run.

Same model as the previous ones. At least they didn't leave a Frozen song like these people did with Hashie. The thing is, even with legitimate mining companies backing your cloudmining contract, you can still lose it all. Don't forget AMHash. It was the most legit platform at the time. Real miners, real platform. Gone.
1564  Economy / Service Discussion / Re: Total BTC lost at Hashocean.com ponzi? on: June 29, 2016, 04:15:33 PM
5750BTC that's a lot of btc good thing that i didn't invest to hashocean and i think it is biggest amount scammed by a ponzi
What its a huge amount and i think its low on that price. honestly we don't know how much their scammed bitcoin many people.. for now its very hard it to know how much their scammed.. so for those investors newbie its better to stay away in any investment site..

Now we know why BTCBTCBTC has been falling on value recently, might be the perpetrator trying to cash out before he got named and banned from ever cashing those stolen BTCBTCBTCs.
1565  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: 2016/17 NBA Off-Season on: June 29, 2016, 03:58:50 PM
Anyone has news where Dwight is headed? Heard the Hawks and Celtics got plans for him but I'd love him to stay at HOU. Thing is with D'antoni handling it, I guess not.
1566  Economy / Speculation / Re: Bitcoin DUMP! on: June 29, 2016, 03:53:11 PM
Bitcoin is being dumped real hard. What do you think it is happening to cause such a downturn? Anything related to Ethereum, cause it keeps getting up...
Zoom out and look at the chart. It has, it is, and it will forever be like this. Each pump is followed by a dump. That's simply a good way to make money on crypto.

Yeah, it's gonna be like this for a while before maybe another pump before the halving. Who knows, if you bought when the price was still ~$200, you can cash out for profits now.
1567  Economy / Exchanges / Re: Bitcoin debit card on: June 29, 2016, 09:24:44 AM
We recommend everyone to use 2fa.
https://help.wirexapp.com/hc/en-us/articles/207869535-What-is-two-factor-authentication-2FA-

Always use top level security practices.

I dunno if I'm alone in this but it's hard to use your 2FA. I keep getting an invalid code a lot first before being able to log in.
1568  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: People Are Just Too Stupid to Use Bitcoin Right Now on: June 29, 2016, 05:04:30 AM
I think it's just a new technology right now and it takes time to catch on. People may not really understand it right now, but that doesn't mean they are stupid.

It's both IMO. Ignorance is the other. A way to get around this is for the tech to get underneath the workings and never actually present itself. Makes the tech more 'consumer-friendly.'
1569  Economy / Service Discussion / Re: HashOcean disapeared and scammed 700,000 users ? ! on: June 28, 2016, 04:18:53 PM
I doubt that the HashOcean owner was even based in the US, which increases the likelihood that the FBI will do nothing.

they are not based in the US nor United Kingdom , i think they are somewhere in this planet but we don't where they are hiding maybe they are just using a fake identity when they are sending an email .

I'm starting to think all these cloudmining scams have one brain/organization backing them. Could be a syndicate?
1570  Economy / Service Discussion / Re: RED ALERT--WARNING!!! HashOcean refund email on: June 28, 2016, 04:14:57 PM
I received this message, but it looks more seriuous then other:

Quote
Dear members/miners,
as you may have noticed our domain has been hacked and sold, this was beyond our control and despite our teams very best efforts we have been unable to recover it. Our official Facebook, Twitter and Youtube accounts have also been hacked and closed.
We have had to take the unprecedented step now to admit defeat, the hackers have won and Hashocean is no more.
Our domain and our Data Centres were not directly linked but to be sure our members investments were protected we have been forced to cease all mining operations with immediate effect and transfer all remaining BTC (Approx $3,500,000) to a new secure wallet as we can't be 100% sure the hackers won't be able to get access to your investments eventually.
We have been able to recover a partial backup containing our final full days transactions/payouts along with our customer database and wish to refund as many of our customers as possible but we fear this might not be possible as we suspect the hacker/hackers may of been clients who accessed our domain via fake customer accounts they had setup so the only way we can resolve the matter is as follows:
(Customers will be refunded strictly on a FIRST COME, FIRST SERVED basis, when the secured funds are gone, they are gone)
Please carefully take note of the EXACT amount of the last confirmed BTC payment you received from us dated 26th June 2016.
Please send this EXACT amount of BTC to the below secure wallet address - please include with the payment notes your registered email address for Hashocean (DO NOT SEND ACCOUNT PASSWORD)
1PJHPsfHt9v4ybSoC6u7F8ndH9K6mpxHC
We will cross reference your payment and email address with our backup records and as long as they match we will then refund that payment along with your investment back to your accounts registered wallet.(We estimate the process to take no longer than 72Hrs from receipt of your payment to processing of refund)
Please note we will only be refunding the funds you invested plus any re-invested funds, we will not be refunding any sign-up/referral/bonus funds at this time - we think this is the fairest approach so as to refund as many of our loyal investors as possible, if after this process is complete there are any funds remaining we will then start the process of refunding any referral/bonus funds, again on a first come, first served basis - watch this page for updates.
Finally please be extra careful with your account details, we have been informed of a number of fake websites etc. that have been set up using our name and tricking people into disclosing their wallet details, email address and passwords - PLEASE do not send any of your personal details to anyone ever by unsecured methods such as email or website.
Check the address given above with address posted under this sentence.
1PJHPsfHt9v4ybSoC6u7F8ndH9K6mpxHC
Make transfer ONLY after double checking.
Regards,
Team Hashocean

I see this message as a joke.

If they supposedly say someone stole and sold his domain, means that the database, account bitcoin and  mining has not problems.

Why would ask you to send bitcoin to have refund? does not make sense.

The way I see it, lots of scammers are taking the opportunity to take advantage of the situation.

Could be a double, in an attempt to scam more money. Anyone remembers the firecracker packages from Hashie.co?

These scammers are getting way out of hand.
1571  Other / Off-topic / Re: Why would customers use Bitcoins? on: June 28, 2016, 02:35:33 PM
Customer should use bitcoin because bitcoin has a small transaction fee not like other mode of payments their

Actually it's free on the side of customers, it's the merchant who pays the fee in fiat transactions. With BTCBTCBTC it's the other way around.

Bitcoin is fast in terms of the usual money transactions so this factor is one of the good things to consider of customers.

Just hope that more merchants will accept bitcoin payment option.

Fiat/card transactions are instant.

@ontopic IMO It's because with btc you can bypass currency exchange fees, which tends to be costly when done by payment processors.
1572  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: 2016/17 NBA Off-Season on: June 28, 2016, 06:59:43 AM
Okay, Pau Gasol has opted out of Chicago. Spurs were rumored to be his first choice of team to play to. IMO he should go there if the Spurs would offer him a contract, he's a legit team player, and would be fluid with the Spur's style of play. He can really provide Aldridge and Kawhi some help they need in the paint, and would be a good replacement for Duncan if he chooses to retire.
1573  Economy / Service Discussion / Re: What are some website for investing your bitcoin? on: June 28, 2016, 06:52:22 AM
Markets of crypto currencies are the best website for make Investment, you can take full of control than another website are like Hash Ocean and ltcgear  Grin

I thought LTCgear was already out a long time ago. Last time I heard from them they weren't able to pay their customers already.

IMO don't invest your bitcoins anymore, if you have fiat then invest that one on more legitimate investment vehicles.
1574  Other / Off-topic / Re: Average Age of Bitcoin users on: June 28, 2016, 06:50:43 AM
I'd be guessing early 20's.

It's skewed to early and late 20's. Coindesk had a survey like this a long time ago. We millenials are the most receptive to new technologies.
1575  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: E-Sport Prediction , share your prediction here on: June 26, 2016, 12:05:37 PM
So many dota 2 matches for The International 2016.
My picks are CoL vs Vultur, pick vultur.
DC vs DKB, pick DC for the winner.
Secret vs AF, pick Secret to win.

All matches are bo 1, so becareful about that.

Vultur, why would you pick Vultur. Maybe to drop some low amount and hope that underdog wins but nothing more.

High risk high reward maybe.

Dota2 TI
Vp vs F5 - Virtus Pro
iG vs CDEC.Y - gonna go for CDEC, but I'm gonna bet low.
1576  Other / Off-topic / Re: What do you do with your btc? on: June 26, 2016, 11:56:59 AM
I'm buying and holding mine.

Still buying at this stage? You should have done that months ago. It's already expensive to buy BTCBTCBTC at this point. Better let the price settle down first.
1577  Economy / Service Discussion / Re: Is HashNest okay for a starter cloud miner? on: June 26, 2016, 10:11:21 AM
I've invested in Hashnest way back. All I can say from experience is the returns even in the long term is very minimal. I wasn't even able to break even because I was stubborn enough to not sell my holdings before the S7 went to market. The value of my holdings then shrunk and the returns shrunk even more with rising difficulty.

You can profit from Hashnest if you'd know when to sell and buy GH/s, much like trading. Although I'm not sure nowadays with the price at a high again.
1578  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: As Global Currencies Plunge Over Brexit, Investors Turn to Bitcoin on: June 26, 2016, 03:19:18 AM
I don't really think investors rushed to Bitcoin... Investors slowly crawled towards Bitcoin when Brexit started to be talked about. The raise in price was most likely made by people taking advantage of Brexit... Meaning Brexit didn't create the price bump, the price bump was created by traders due to decreased confidence in the pound Cheesy

After the vote results Bitcoin did climb a bit while the pound tumbled.

Yes, but you can't directly link those. There are many whales moving the market and many times the market doesn't move due to a real, "organic" surge in volume by new people/investors... Smiley

A bit of panic buying into assets like BTCBTCBTC can also be the reason behind that movement. They'd expect the pound and euro to go down a bit more because of Brexit, and any other referendum within the EU that would happen after.

Bitcoin is global, but I have a hard time seeing it as a currency.  A store of value, yes, but as a means to buy things, it hasn't established itself as that with great success.  Still a good article.  I kind of figured it'd be in the news once the price started booming.

With a bitcoin-powered debit card, you can buy anything with it. So in a way it's a currency already.
1579  Economy / Speculation / Re: When Bitcoin will pass 1000 usd again ? on: June 26, 2016, 02:56:04 AM
With another price spike right before the halving, we may see it touch $900-$1k. Who knows, it can be even higher.

The price is not moving? It dropped 6% today!
If stock markets dropped 6% in a day it would make the headlines.

True, but 6% movement is common in this BTCBTCBTC space.
1580  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: 2016 NBA Finals on: June 25, 2016, 04:50:58 PM
We'll see if it's a good move or not depending if Durant leaves. If he leaves, the Thunder will have a hard time reaching the playoffs and that's assuming an MVP season effort from Westbrook. Ibaka's time on OKH was up I think, he provides good defense (to a certain degree) but that's it. Even Adams contributed more on offense.

I don't understand the trade from the Magic perspective really, I get they are trying to pair Ibaka and Vucevic together who could both complement each other (Ibaka more defensive minded). Both have a good perimeter offensive game too. But they are giving away a great young prospect in Oladipo and a promising rookie in Sabonis...just too much for Ibaka who is in total decline if you ask me.
I don't think Oladipo would be a good fit for the thunder, he is like being Reggie Jackson during the thunder that has not been fully utilize because most of the time, it is westbrook and durant who is always holding the ball, they never really trust that much other players hence it cannot maximize their capability.
If durant will leave the thunder then Oladipo would be useful, I think they know that durant will leave so they are making that kind of move to improve their offense.

They're taking the possibility that Durant leaves and at the same time possibly convince Durant to stay.
i think durant should leave okc and find another team just like garnet before he leave minnesota to win a title maybe durant should do it as well kd is a good player but with westbrook i think he will not be that much better westbrook always want to be the hero.

IMO Any team except the GSW for Durant. Westbrook only has 1 more year left playing for OKC, so an option would be to get a 1 year contract with OKC again and get Westbrook to another team with him.
