The Warriors routing the Rockets (as well as the Cavs) in a dominating fashion just lately shows they're much more ready now more than ever. They're very much adapting to their roles. The only problem I'm seeing with them as of now is roster depth.
1182  Economy / Speculation / Re: Time to buy? on: January 21, 2017, 03:06:43 PM
The ~$700 levels was probably the lowest. Buying now seems extra risky to me.
1183  Economy / Speculation / Re: 1000$ rally tomorrow on: January 21, 2017, 08:21:08 AM
At the end, the Trump inauguration day was one of the most boring days of 2017 for the Bitcoin price. It is possible that this is a bearish sign for the short term.

Why? Because as we saw in this forum, some people had speculated with a price increase for BTC only because of Trump's inauguration. If they are disappointed of the real price evolution (about -0,6% down until now) , they could sell and send the price again into the 730-820 region we just escaped.

Well it's not over yet, we don't even know what regulations his administration plans with regards to digital currencies.

Maybe because people are tired to see another MVP award to Westbrook, with this line up, he will be limited with minutes and I don't think he can do what he did in the past all star. Maybe this time, if the East will win, we will see James Harden as MVP. I'm sure this guy is hungry for that award and will do his best to get it and win the team.

What are you talking about? Harden is not in the East. you can't see a player getting MVP award without winning the match. People are dumb enough to put Curry over Westbrook and Harden. Curry should be dropped out of starting five, but it's a popularity contest and Warriors bandwagons are raised in last 2 years. Anyway, Westbrook will show his anger, passion and ambition in the game.

Ever since Durant came to GSW he overtook the lead role and Curry became more of a support cast, but he's still superstar material anyway.

I wonder if he'll shine in the playoffs still.
1185  Economy / Service Discussion / Re: What is your favorite Bitcoin affiliate program? on: January 20, 2017, 04:25:44 PM
RunCPA has the best offers and highest payouts IMO.

Other than that, direct referral from BetCoin is profitable too.
1186  Economy / Service Discussion / Re: Whats the best bitcoin news site? on: January 20, 2017, 04:23:20 PM
Well our local BTCBTCBTC facebook group is my best source of news, that aside from Coindesk.

I visit CoinTelegraph from time to time because of the aesthetics.  Grin

Of course not. Even Westbrook is not part of the starters, he have the chance to grab the MVP by taking advantage of his limited playing time, well just required a hard work indeed.

And just want to correct you that Houston Rockets is on the West so if East will win, James Harden will not be the MVP by any chances. But Im agree for those West starters, only Harden I can see will has high chance to grab the All-Star MVP title.

Even as a Rockets fan, James can be inconsistent at times, but it doesn't matter. The All-Star MVP is not as important as the other 2 MVP awards.
1188  Economy / Speculation / Re: 1000$ rally tomorrow on: January 20, 2017, 03:50:25 PM
The price did not move as some has expected it would be. Though it have gained a few dollars, it is still mostly moving sideways. Though I was not really expecting it to reach 1000$ today, I was still quite hoping it would reach at least above 900. Trump inauguration does not have that match effect to bitcoin after all.

Seems to me the markets aren't reacting yet. Better give it a week or two in order to adjust.
1189  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: The reason why people do not get Bitcoin. on: January 19, 2017, 08:24:49 AM
I've got lots of friends that I introduced BTCBTCBTC to, none of them adopted it. Their reasoning - why fix something if it ain't broken, that referring to today's monetary system.

It could be they're just lazy to read about it though, or it hasn't piqued their interest.
1190  Economy / Speculation / Re: Another Crash ? on: January 19, 2017, 08:21:16 AM
It's still playing just right below $900. Could be a good sign IMO.

What a blow out coming from gsw defeating okc with 21pts its really hard for okc to wins against the fans its just a tie game in the half time thinking that okc will keep doing the great start but gsw start to blow coming the third quarter and make a dot in the fourth outscoring the okc. Durant play really big today 40points for him.
That's expected, warriors are clutch team and they are really good in the 2nd half. It's the trend that we should be keeping an eye, although the spread is really big but that is warriors man. Once they started to heat up,they are difficult to stop and it will continue until their opponent cannot compete anymore. Durant was beast tonight, credit to this man, good addition as always.

I really think Durant is outplaying the Steph right now. He's like the main man of the team already.
1192  Economy / Speculation / Re: Why this rally isn't a bubble yet... on: January 17, 2017, 03:12:52 PM
Seeing how fast it recovered from sub-$800, it could either be a trap or this is now the new established baseline. I would like to believe it's the latter though.
1193  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Megaupload + Bitcoins on: January 17, 2017, 03:01:07 PM
We better wait for the product then, I'm thinking it's still like Storj but with the words he's using, it looks a different product all along.
1194  Economy / Speculation / Re: Bitcoin Price Is Now Moving Up on: January 17, 2017, 02:34:51 PM
no reason for btc to raise this much overnight.
probably a bubble.it should be aroun 790-810

Too early to tell. I should have bought when it was sub-$800 a few days ago.  Smiley

1196  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: 2016/17 NBA Season on: January 17, 2017, 02:14:41 PM
All eyes are in the Warriors vs Cavaliers game, but that game does not end in a thrilling passion. IMO, it's not entertaining like what I have expected so I did not finish watching it. The best game for me and the most entertain was the match up between the Celtics and Hornets, as expected the Celtics has been very consistent lately, especially when closing games, we should also see Thomas outstanding performance as a player, he contributed well.

Wait for the playoffs, that's when things get really interesting.
1197  Economy / Speculation / Re: Who made big money? on: January 16, 2017, 01:35:26 PM
Just a couple of weeks ago bitcoin was blasting over $1000, so I am wondering if anyone made big money by selling their BTC? Now it has came down to $830, even if last week it was close to $900, so I am not seeing getting back to $1000 anytime soon. Any profits or regrets here?  Roll Eyes

I sold all my bitcoins at $860 and after one week the price was $1133.
More regrets than profits for me. Sad
Only the big whales can make big money.Do we know any major bitcoin players who are Bitcointalk members?

We have a lot here. Those that are pretty silent are the ones who've got most. Don't worry, it's gonna have a lot more spikes like that in the future, plenty of opportunities to come still.

Ever thought of starting your own website? It's a long road, but it's worth it and pays off in the long run.  Smiley
1199  Economy / Service Discussion / Re: Best Paying Bitcoin Affiliate Program Today? on: January 16, 2017, 12:59:32 PM
RunCPA is the most legit affiliate network operating in the BTCBTCBTC niche, as far as my experience goes. If you're into everything CPA try PeerFly.

Much better if you show us the details of the email you receive if it's really from localbitcoins.com

There are so many scammers right now using the name of big company or services to trick people simply to scam, they are using the same site's name but differs from its domain extension. This is obviously a scam attempt, beware!.
The sender of email was from this address localbitcoins-no-reply@localbitcoins.co without m
i am sure it is trying scam and the real website localbitcoins.com and the sender of email use (@localbitcoins.co) without m

Got this email too in one of my email accounts, and it went straight to the spam folder. Not sure how they got my email though. It's an obvious phishing attempt.
