To simplify the process of accepting new account registrations, I asked every new accounts to make a short introduction post in this thread before sending the fee in. The community could ask questions but please be nice to new people of whom many are not native English speakers and also respect other's right to privacy. I am preparing NEM front site so the list update was delayed yesterday. So be patient if you sent the fee in after page 70 and did not see your accounts yet. Thanks for supporting NEM.

Sorry but I won't let anyone thrust me, especially from behind.

A success is all about the community including developers, helpers who share the same idea. What kind of ideas, peoples does these forks have ? All of them comes from new, anonymous accounts which by itself has no credibility perhaps except PiNX which I like.

And at this point NEM is not planned to be a NXT fork. We re-write the codes completely with many new ideas.

Is was embarrassing. Kooream was sleepy when he made the summary for  thread 2 and I forgot to check as well. So the summary statistics are (nothing changes to individual grouping)

For thread 1:

Group 1 : 711 stakeholders
Group 2 : 310 stakeholders
Group 3 : 440 stakeholders

For thread 2 up to page 70

Group 1 : 281 stakeholders
Group 2 : 286 stakeholders
Group 3 : 706 stakeholders

So this statistics is probably more in line with the expectation. While I believe the majority of group 3 accounts are not sockpuppets given that it is allowed to make a proxy account to buy 1 share for your loved one; and maybe some new accounts are not yet active. In light of the recent jump in group 3 registration, I would close automatic registration to new accounts starting from page 80. New accounts want to join in will need to contact me to verify their status before the registration. Automatic registrations are still open to veteran account opened before the fund raising.
  

While it is tempting to do so, I would prefer charity as a decentralized effort. We should be able to do it as a community.

Basically, we look though the profiles of every stakeholders and group them into three groups: Group 1 : veteran accounts opened before the fundrasing; Group 2 : accounts opened during the fundrasing but showed further activity; Group 3: accounts opened for NEM registration only (1 post)

The results are:

For thread 1:

Group 1 : 711 stakeholders
Group 2 : 310 stakeholders
Group 3 : 440 stakeholders

For thread 2 up to page 70

Group 1 : 706 stakeholders
Group 2 : 286 stakeholders
Group 3 : 706 stakeholders

Interpretations of this statistics are up to readers but I believe we should have at least 2000 unique accounts after the fundraising is over. Given the increasing percentage of group 3 accounts, I may require new account registrations going through a verification process first after page 80.

2. After publishing the development plan, our core team has moved to a Trello board. Ideas are being discussed and works are being done in earnest. That board is private for now. I have opened another board : NEM promotion and I would like you to join in if you want your ideas stick. The key difference between the board and this thread is that: the ideas in that board will stick and have people trying to carry it through. I read many great ideas in this thread but without people push them forward they might just be great ideas forever. Furthermore, they may be buried under dozen of pages on different topics after a few days. So a task board for these ideas is a good thing.

So Pm me your email if you want to join the board. Many things are in need of people managing : Reddit, Twitter, websites, charity etc.

It is too conservative. I will not stop until NEM's market capitalization at least reaching Litecoin's level. 

I have been advertising massively in Dogecoin reddit in more than a week. Click-though rate is very decent at more than 1500 unique clicks. It probably does not work that well for NXT since NEM is still in registration phase and everyone is curious. Here's the thing about crypto-subreddit spaces; everyone protects their spaces like crazy. You could not book an advertising spaces in Peercoin, Litecoin, Bitcoin subreddit up to 1 month forward, however Doge spaces are relatively open so that I did find some slots while NEM registration is still open. I have one day in Bitcoin subreddit later this month as well.
That's something if you manage Reddit you should keep in mind. When the readers there grow, have NXT related businesses advertise in the sub-reddit far into future.  

We should take a big effort to explain why P-O-S is different from P-O-W coin and the term pre-mine does not apply. Also take an effort to stress on how P-O-W coin have been dominated by mining industry which is a big extra burden for a self-sufficient blockchain.

The goal has always been to spread NEM widely and evenly (but not perfectly even) at the beginning distribution and I take that goal seriously. We have couple of plans to make that happen.

In my estimation, we already have around 1000 unique stakeholders in registration thread 1 alone.

I have funding number and stakeholder number targets and they have been announced well in advance. You can read it in the front page when you fist register. Everything goes according to plan so far. Fundraising actually goes a bit too fast.
