881  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: How to Know the Next PEPE on: July 13, 2023, 08:33:14 PM
I don't think that there is any way to find out before a coin being a meme coin. Because it is all about the hype and also depends on the social media's effect. And you cann't say that when that effect will be created. I don't think that there is anybody who can say 'this that after this time, this coin will be got up hyped and memecoin'. But in order to gain profit through meme-coin, you have to spread your investment among several coins in advance. And if those coins are related to a big while person strategically or anyhow, that would be a plus point.
And always get remembered that memecoin will be the highly volatile so always invest on it as much as you can afford to loose.

Yes, there are no secret formula here, and I would say that it could be that there is some element of luck finding the next Pepe or even the next gem in the altcoin market. There are a lot of projects coming every day in crypto space and we just don't know who will become big or who will scam investors.

But for me though, instead of looking for this gem, why not just invest on solid altcoin itself? At least you don't need and spend more time online looking for it. But you can sleep at night knowing that your investment is safe with at least the top 5-10 altcoins right now.
882  Economy / Speculation / Re: Bitcoin to $120k next year - by Robert Kiyosaki on: July 13, 2023, 08:20:10 PM
Kiyosaki is not really as smart as people give him credit for, what he has "figured out" to be rich is not really something he figured out, he just wrote the best book about it, but it was a known old story and not really something new at all. I hope that it gets to a point where people realize that what he says doesn't matter.

Yeah, he didn't invent everything I admit to that, but the way he told his story, he is a great story teller and that's why many investors follow him and getting him credits for what he has done and why he is a millionaire today.

But for us who have been following bitcoin for years, we know we're are getting in the next bull run. And it just coincides with with others are predicting as well, whether it was Robert, a hedge fund investors, a institution, banks, and even the majority of us. It's as conservative estimates, to be honest, as we are expecting even higher returns in the next bull run.
883  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: [Boxing] Stephen Fulton vs. Naoya Inoue | WBC & WBO 122 lbs bout | July 25 on: July 13, 2023, 12:07:38 AM
Good point on Fulton being inactive, but I think he can overcome it though, sign of great boxers, so for sure he might have adjusted already.

On thing is that this is the first time that Inoue is going to 122 lbs, so that is only the big question whether he can cope with the weight or it's going to be a big plus for him as he will not have to weight drain just like in 118 lbs.

So let's see if Fulton will be the first one to give Inoue that big L on his record or Inoue continue on making history in boxing.

I wouldn't question Inoue's capacity. Even if he may not be as dominant as he was in the bantamweight division, I still believe that in a close fight, Inoue will come out on top. Judging from Fulton's past performances, I think Inoue's quickness will be able to counter his style. In the end, if the fight goes to the judges' scorecards, the boxer fighting in his home country will likely be given the win.

Yes, that is very likely but I wouldn't want to see Inoue winning in the hands of the judge's scorecards especially if the fight is close enough because it will not be a good image for him as people will just see that he was given a favor because the fight was contested on his country. But I'm kind of confident that it will not reach into the judge's decision, no offense to Fulton's fans, but just like you mate, I've also reviewed some of Fulton's fight and I can somehow say as well that Inoue's swiftness and power can do the trick,

I go with you. I also want to see a KO. Knowing how powerful Inoue was, I wonder if he will attract Fulton to engage, and they will have
a toe-to-toe confrontation

The chance of seeing Fulton kiss the floor is really possible; we just need that engagement, and we will enjoy this fight.

Nothing against Fulton, as he's the current champ, but if ever a confrontation or a toe-to-toe exchange of punches takes place,
The chance that we might see Fulton receive his first loss.

We will see, Fulton is going to public and says that he is not afraid of Inoue's power. So maybe they have a game plan on how they are going to play with Inoue's power or exploit his weakness if they have seen one already.

So the champ is very confident in his ability. Because if not then he wouldn't travel to Inoue's country.

And speaking of that, I saw video clips or at least news that Fulton is already in Japan and most likely he is trying to acclimatized himself already.
884  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Bitcoin Betting Beginner’s Guide on: July 12, 2023, 11:45:40 PM
I'm not really sure why you keep on mentioning Coinbase, but I will still stick on a wallet like Electrum.

Maybe if you wanted to exchange your bitcoin to fiat, yeah Coinbase could be helpful, but for those who loves self custody then look for other wallet. But I will admit that in the beginning I was confused with mBit as unit  Grin to bet.

But in any case, and for sure majority of us here might have encounter that confusion early on.
885  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Boxing: Anthony Joshua vs Dillian Whyte II on: July 12, 2023, 11:24:31 PM
Lol, even at the press conference, Dillian Whyte ask Eddie Hearn what's the taste of Joshua's ball. Because obviously, Hearn is still on Joshua's bandwagon and wanted to resurrect his career because admit it or not,  he is not longer in his prime with back to back loses to Usyk.

It could have been great if Hearn would answer "salty",  Cheesy.

But he says that Whyte will have to find it out during their fight.
Anthony Joshua needs to win this fight to meet Deontay Wilder which will be a new down in his challenged career but Dillian Whyte can spoil his day. Derek Chisora who was knocked out by Whyte in 2018 is predicting that although Joshua will find it difficult to win the fight but he would eventually will the match. He is predicting that Joshua will have a slow start but he will gradually improve in the game. One of the reasons he gave for Joshua's difficulty is the long flight from his training ground in Texas to Vegas before taking another eight hours flight to London. Chisora said that the long flights will make him tired which will be an advantage to Dillian Whyte who is training in Florida.

source

I guess this fight doesn't need to last long. Typically, in heavyweight fights, the match often ends early due to their knockout power and the potential fatigue that comes with their size as the rounds progress. However, if the fight were to last longer, I believe the advantage would be with the younger boxer, which in this case would be AJ.

We can't really say that because AJ is coming from losses to Usyk. While Dillian could have been in the sunset of his career. Although it has the potential to end in a knockout. But AJ should have the upper hand in as this looks like a tune up fight.

Because we have heard that after this, it will be Wilder in Saudi Arabia. So he better prepare hard on this fight and if he wanted to impress us, then go for knockout. If not, at least dominate Whyte in full 12 rounds and we can say that he has move on already and no longer affected mentally by the Usyk losses.
886  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Gambling is more important for crypto users? on: July 10, 2023, 11:56:07 AM
Can you explain me why i need to learned gambling?

No one is forcing you to learn gambling, but most of the members here are gamblers, specially those who carry casino signatures. But it doesn't mean they have been taught to go gambling. Maybe they have a lot of experience prior to joining this community. For me this is the case, I have been a gambling for many years before I learn bout bitcoin and this community.

Simply put, here only millions of money are managed by asset owners, so where i have no money. In fact, i have ideas about gambling, but I don't have the ability to spend money there.

So my best advise is not to get involved yourself into gambling. If you don't have money or little of it, you shouldn't put yourself risking that and gambled it simple as that. Maybe the best thing to do for you is get a regular job and safe your money for other things.

Good morning is there a site where you can sell your bitcoins with individuals without going through the exchange

I guess your really might want to do a face to face transactions? Just be careful though, I would advise just to go to,

a. public places, so that there will be a lot of people around
b. or better chose a place that has security cameras, just in case.

Or go to this board, https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?board=53.0.
888  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: 2023 NBA Season on: July 10, 2023, 11:10:55 AM
If Wemby will have the same mentality as Timmy and David, he will be accompanied by natural talents,
imagine how Spurs build that winning team, right after the twin towers, together with all those role stars who bring them titles
and with Timmy and their own versions of big 3, Parker, Ginobli and Him.
Coach Pop is the right person for Wemby, I believe that the blueprint will continue as long as the players are willing to
bring all the best that they've got.

They already signed Pop Greg in a multi-year contract looks like they gonna work well to improve Wemby with him and get back those championships in the near future. It's alright when he didn't get big numbers in his first summer league game they are just protecting him to not get some creepy injury that will gonna cost them much if ever that happened. because skills in the NBA cannot be adopted fast by just putting the player on the court no matter how good he is and since he was the main topic of the Summer league I'm sure every player was expected to play hard against him to steal the spotlight.

I was pretty surprised to hear the news that coach Pop signed on for another four years. I had thought he already stated publicly that he was going to retire once his contract was up. I guess he changed his mind. I don’t think he’s going to be able to build Wemby into anything special. Wemby just needs to spend a few years in the weight room.

Anyway, that was the whole plan at first but when they had won the lottery pick, everything has changed and even coach Pop already knew that the front office will ask him to extend his contract as they badly need him to coach the new kid in town that is touted to be the next superstar among all players in his generation, and that indeed happened.

If they didn't get the first pick and also draft Wembanyama maybe there's no assignment left for coach Pop and he decide to resign. But since things got more interesting on their team  as they get a generational talent in team he decide sign for another contract and develop this kid. Good thing he do that because we know coach Pop can develop him into a monster and we see how good he is on his game 2 performance.

Well there's only 2 scenario, either coach Pop will retired as coach of the Spurs but maybe have jobs in the front office, or just re-sign but maybe not 5 years extension.

But since they got Wemby, and maybe coach Pop wanted to develop the young kid so he re-signed and had his coaching tenure for a huge 5 year deal for him. So we are all excited as we all know that coach Pop has proven already in the past, with the likes of David Robinson and Tim Duncan, two big guy so he might have the secret formula applied to Wemby too.
889  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Boxing: Anthony Joshua vs Dillian Whyte II on: July 10, 2023, 10:47:52 AM
the worst mistake of a fighter is when he goes back to fight the guy who defeated him, that's because most of the time when the fighter is undefeated and loses to someone, the tendency is to want revenge, but he starts to let his emotions affect him, even if he is a professional fighter, even if he has won other fights after the defeat, still when he faces the fighter who beat him he starts to get carried away by anger and I lose focus, in my opinion in the case of this fight I will wait for the days of the fight are approaching so I can have an idea of who can win the fight, and it's true that many years have passed since the two fought

and many things have changed, but the central problem is that even though many years have passed and a lot has changed in terms of the fighters' achievements, this fight is about emotions, both fighters will have emotions when fighting and that could hinder the loser of the last fight, so I'll wait until the days of the fight get closer to see what I'm going to bet on

True, a rematch means there are psychological effects. In the past, there are a lot of rematches that happened. I remember when Oscar De La Hoya lost a very close fight to Sugar Shane Mosley at 147 but later became a unified champion at 154. He then challenged Mosley in a rematch with intentions of avenging his previous questionable defeat. Mosley before the fight lost 2 and a draw in his last 3 fights which further hyped the odds for a De La Hoya victory. But when the sound of the bell began, Mosley looked like a fresh confident fighter, and De La Hoya failed to dominate. In the end, all of De La Hoya's belts were taken by Mosley after securing another close but unanimous victory.

I believe AJ is still battling with his emotions after suffering 3 defeats. It will be interesting how his approach in this fight knowing he already stopped Whyte before but at the same time, he knows that he is also vulnerable especially if Whyte goes beast mode. Whyte has nothing to lose already, he should train hard and work on his stamina so he can attack AJ, or else it will be AJ attacking him.

Yes, if ever he will lost to a fighter that he already defeated, then something must be wrong with his mentality and he can't get over the 2 losses he got from the hands of Usyk. And that's what it is said that he should take first a tune up fight before getting into Usyk in a rematch. But we all know what happen, he tried his best but Usyk has more heart than him.

So this is a good set up fight for AJ and hopefully he will removed that from his mind and focus on Dillian Whyte and win the fight and bring back what pride he has before his 3 losses.

Simple UI, i love the wheel design, Deposited 0.03 bnb wagered whole finally won 0.05bnb (40x on wheel ) requested withdrawal of 0.05 bnb, 18 hours over it's still processing And no support on chat emailed after 3 hours of withdrawal..  so folks please stay away from this site.
https://prnt.sc/TTRAuH1YoeTO

The user interface is simple but in my opinion it is so simple that I don't feel comfortable looking at it. Little information about the site or maybe the site is still new.
I recommend you to letting them know via email if you don't get an answer here. There are only a few FAQs on the site, let alone no mention of withdrawals and deposits there at all. So, it is difficult to know how long it will take for your withdrawal to be processed and successful.

I think he is the one who is complaining in the chat because of the same username, there is no even someone who replied to his message in the chatroom. It means that there is no one from the casino who is active at the time he posted the message. Sending them an email is good option (he did it already) but I think it will be the same where this player need to wait until the owner/admin online. New site but treat player like this is not really a good sign, especially it is just small amount of withdrawal.

Yeah, make sense, no one is responding meaning no one is online to handle his issues or concern.

And thanks to this use for bringing this up and hopefully the OP can have someone to look at the issues and help their customers as we here in the forum are very much concern of new casinos.

If they are not paying then there could be scam accusations which is not good for a new platform being advertise here.
891  Economy / Speculation / Re: Bitcoin 2024 halving less than 1 year away on: July 09, 2023, 09:05:53 PM
Approaching to next Bitcoin's halving reminds me of the great opportunity that we have at hand now to buy Bitcoin and hold before the coming event when I remembered the crazy performance of BTC after that halving regardless of the coronavirus pandemic that hit the world at the time of halving.

Bitcoin did almost 3x from its previous ATH after halving, if such a scenario should repeat, we will look at Bitcoin hitting the price of $200k during the next bull market.

Yes, to look into the future, we should be looking at today. Which mean if we see the price going at least $100k ore more as the next all time high, then we should be investing right now before the price goes up.

Still plenty of time for us though, less than a year, we have a lot of weeks to accumulate bitcoin and set it up in our wallet and then HODL on it. Yeah, I know it's going to be mentally exhausting to do that, but the reward in the end. The potential profit that we are going to have will be worth when we just learn how to have patience and just continue buying as little or as big as we can before the scheduled halving next year.
892  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Boxing Speculation, Odds and Predictions on: July 09, 2023, 08:52:08 PM
We also have the fight between Luis Nery and Filipino Froilan Saludar. But it was not even closed, as the fight ended in just 2 rounds.

We've heard Nery's name popping up with we talked about Casimero as they have seen heated verbal jousting before, years ago when Nery was the 122 lbs champion back then and Casimero wanted to move up to 118 lbs and challenge him.

I think they can make it a go right now, as Casimero is already at 122 lbs. So let's wait and hope that this fight materialized.

That would be a great fight for Casimero, facing a boxer who can truly challenge him or even potentially defeat him. It's exciting to watch fights that are unpredictable. So far, Casimero has won most of his fights easily, so it's time for him to face a boxer where he may be considered the underdog, even if it's not a championship fight yet.

Hopefully this fight can happen in the future, I think Nery wanted to be in the mix for the Fulton vs Inoue result. But we all know that Marlon Tapales is just waiting in the wing and waiting for the winner of that fight and have a 4 belt unification.

So Casimero and Nery could be a good contender next, but there could be a lot of positioning as well. It could be in the hands of Casimero's promoter on how they are going to lay Casimero again as this division is also loaded with good fighters and Casimero needed a statement win so that he can be back in the discussion at least for a title fight. It could be against Nery or others in the rankings.
893  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: [Boxing] Nonito Donaire vs Alejandro Santiago for WBC bantamweight title on: July 09, 2023, 08:38:34 PM
However, if you are just looking for the underdog bet, regardless on who will it be or what fight it is then Santiago ML will be enough, just saying.
That's suicidal thinking. Knowing Donaire, I'm sure he still has a lot to offer and can dominate the division. Santiago may be younger, but he doesn't possess the skills and experience that Donaire has. If we're just after attractive odds, we should consider going for a KO per round range bet, as most of the time the odds are higher than +200.

I know, I'm just saying though, maybe there could be fans of Alejandro that is willing to take the rest and very happy to see that their boy is the underdog. So I don't think that they will think it as a suicide bet.

Of course, as fans of Donaire on the other hand, we will think that there is no value in betting with Alejandro as we think that Donaire can still pull the trigger and make this fight exciting or dominate it and not let the fight goes to the hands of the judges to score it. Already fight week so for sure majority of us will spare some of our BTC in this fight.
894  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: 2023 NBA Season on: July 09, 2023, 08:19:45 PM
The hype before the draft and the expectation are the two things the could put him under a lot of pressure for the season, I however don't expect him to fold under the pressure, He only looks fragile because of his height but he's got some weight actually at 95kg, for his stature at age 19, he's still got a whole career of ahead him so, I'm sure he's going to be a good force for the Spurs roster, and once the regular season start, there will be a different approach to how the coach will adjust his duties so as to suit the team needs generally, Wembanyama just need to keep a cool head, not force plays and be a team player first.

Personally, I have mixed impressions of Victor's debut performance. On the one hand, he was really good on defense, grabbing 8 rebounds and making 5 blocks. On the other hand, his offense was awful, and as you said, he looked fragile on the court. I would even say he looked a bit clumsy at some points.
Anyway, it will be interesting to watch him during the regular season as it's still unclear if Victor can become a new Giannis or if he will repeat Oden's fate.

Yeah bigs of his size go one of 2 ways, greatness or just a could have been.  And this is the summer league this is rookies and fringe players just wait until.he has to bang with nba centers for 82 games.  Life as a young big man in the league isn't easy he isn't just gonna come out and dominate.

I think all rookie center's have gone to that baptism though, even Giannis or Joel Embiid as some point have really work hard in the beginning because they know that they will have to cope with this center in the league.

Manute Bol survived, Muresan or even Yao Ming and other bigs in the past has played that gruelling 80+ games. And with the advancement of sport science and medicine, for sure it can help Wemby a lot as sports trainer will know that can of exercise he needs to be strong and not been bullied inside.
895  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Robert F Kennedy Jr a Bitcoin Holder on: July 09, 2023, 12:53:06 PM
Probably it's a donation to him and this is not a personal wallet? Not sure though.

But I do agree that he was ranting about SEC and Gary Gensler with regards to the stance against bitcoin and the rest of crypto.

And there could be political motivation behind, perhaps they can used it to sway young voters on their side because they are into BTC and then telling positive things about it and defending mining as well.
896  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Will you invest in a project that might take years to outshine the market?? on: July 08, 2023, 09:33:26 PM
I found out in the blockchain world, many people are losing patience when they start to invest in a project. Their understanding about "long term" is no longer years but weeks.

Some project need time to build and shape. What do you think?
And also most of the new projects nowadays doesn't even survive within few years. I don't think currently they would make it past few weeks because all of the new projects are just the same and they don't need to build everything because all they need to do is just to scam people for some easy money. If you see that type of project then just leave it there, don't give them any chance.

It's because the market has been saturated already, there are a lot of copycats projects right now. And so obviously the first one and the original are the one that is going to survived in this game for the long run.

And most of the established projects have been put up way back 2017, and with that competition are very tough for new projects to make a name for itself.

Unless you created a new hype like Axie in 2020 or at least prior the big bull run. So it really depends on the project itself if it has hype and can back it up or the project is unique and has use case.
897  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Are successful gamblers seen as addicts? on: July 08, 2023, 09:08:06 PM
I wish I could have posted this in a more better place but since the thoughts came from gambling addiction, I thought it wise to ask this question over here and I hope we can discuss and get this straight.

Just as the tittle already ask, I really want to know if people who are successful in gambling also seen as addicts because I believe  for one to be successful in gambling or whatever they choose to do, there must be some good amount  of time and effort invested in it as well as money and we know that a successful  gambler must have invested  both time, effort and even money to make any reasonable  winning  and these also are features of an addict as there are always excessive time spent on a betting site.

Now let's be sincere, will you also classify a successful gambler as an addict?

I don't know though how we can categorically call a gambler successful unless they are pro, like a poker player. Because there is no such thing as slot machine pro player or any other game that is based on pure luck to be a successful.

So for me it is it skill based games like poker then it's no accident that they become successful because they know the game and have the experience and having a strategy to beat their opponents. So they might not be as addicted as it looks like.
898  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: [Boxing] Nonito Donaire vs Alejandro Santiago for WBC bantamweight title on: July 08, 2023, 08:46:34 PM
^^ We can't just compare era's though.

I was just looking at the betting line, and so far it hasn't move any, Nonito is still the favorite at 1.55. Unfortunately, there are no other options  for now, it seems that ML is the only one listed by sports bookies.

Nevertheless, as the fight gets closer, there could be a lot of listing. Gonna be interested what will be the odds for Donaire winning by knockout though. It might be higher that the ML I guess.

That's guaranteed. We have to wait a bit, as eventually more betting options will become available. If Donaire is lucky enough to win, I believe it will be by KO, so I'm going to bet on him to win by KO. Maybe 6 rounds is the maximum number of rounds for him to secure that KO victory.

However, if you guys want to play it safe, I think 1.55 odds are already decent.

I agree, it should be a decent odds for some of us, specially big fans of Donaire, I'm not saying it's a sure money, but it's the value and smart bet.

But if we want to look for a good odds then we should wait a bit further as the ML might not be enough and not that attractive. Maybe the odds for winning via KO or even by decision should be decent enough. So we need more patience and wait for our favorite sports bookies to list it if is is not available as of now.

However, if you are just looking for the underdog bet, regardless on who will it be or what fight it is then Santiago ML will be enough, just saying.
899  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: 2023 NBA Season on: July 08, 2023, 08:32:10 PM
This poor kid doesn't even have a chance to breathe.  Look I'm never big on guys over 7 foot and the hype they get because with the way the NBA is its hard for most of those guys bodies to last.  But it's one game in the summer league and he is what all of 18 or 19 years old.  He isn't gonna dominate the NBA this year everyone knows that. Scoot was always a better talent for the NBA today.  In the next 5-10 who knows but his game translates today vs a 7 foor 4 young kid.

What he should do is to be in the safe side while he is still a rookie because his body is not yet qualified to go head-to-head with the other bigs in the league because that will just give him an injury or probably worse than that. I know he doesn't want that and the whole franchise doesn't want it either, and we can see how careful they are on Wemby because he wasn't playing that much to avoid unnecessary outcome especially after Kai Jones dunked on Wemby and that wasn't a good picture to see.

I think Wemby is doing well on his first game. People is just putting him on a lot pressure due to the expectation even though we all knew that he is still Rookie despite of his no.1 draft pick title. Wemby has a good ball handling and shooting skills which is a good skill set for a 7 footer like him. His body might look fragile now but San Antonio is popular for a good player developer especially if the player has a potential. I’m not expecting a lot to Wemby on this summer league or even on NBA regular season.

It could be, but remember that all #1 picks, or even #2-#3 are expected to play that good even in exhibitions matches. Just like what Chet experience, then he got injured. Same with Paolo Banchero last year, as I remember.

I reading comments though about Wemby's performance like he was being compare to Gobert with the green light to shoot, Lol. I don't think there is comparison with Rudy though.

But give him 2 or more years experience and training with Spurs then he will be a very good center. Spurs is known for scouting talent like Robinson and Duncan. I think they can develop Wemby properly since this is their chance to have another great player that will carry the franchise for another championship in the future.

2 years is more than enough. For me it should be just around a year's transformation and he should see a vastly improved Wemby. But I do agree, their #1 picks in the last includes Robinson and Duncan and this two brought them a dynasty in the 2000's (together with other players).
900  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Accepting Bitcoin on: July 08, 2023, 08:13:04 PM
Bitcoin acceptance is fast becoming global and I actually don't know where you are from but acceptance isn't far fetched and it's a gradual process which would be achieved.

I think your major concern is you personally accepting Bitcoin we could start from there, there are many opportunities to use Bitcoin even from a country where the government have issues with Crypto-currency I know this because I am also from such country.

Yeah, acceptance is going to be slow, just like when the Internet was at the beginning. But we all know that people can change their attitude towards bitcoin. So with that, the best gauge could be a monthly view but we don't know the real numbers are.

The opportunity will always be there, I mean it's easy to setup bitcoin as means of payment method. And then there is LN that as far as I know, are being used in some UE and Asian countries already, because it's fast.
