I started investing in Bitcoin after the June crash this year and have been buying weekly since.
I now hold 0.07 Bitcoin which I know isn't much but hopefully by the peak of the next bull run I will be holding a lot more.
I think that is a lot already, as you have said, maybe in the next bull run we might see the price hitting 6 digits easy, so that will be x amount or profits already for you with that 0.07 BTC of yours. I am wondering if I should be buying more at these lower prices or if should continue to just DCA weekly.
I think we will have one more crash personally to $12,000 before we start steadily going up again.

Doesn't matter if we still have more crash in the future, what's important is that you continue to do DCA, accumulate and stack sats. You also need to have a lot of mental toughness, for sure buying and then holding for the next 2-3 years might bring issues to some of us. But if you can get away with it and learn to be resilient and look for the longer term, then it will be worth when you see your portfolio growing. So just continue what you do and you will be good. |

Some years ago, the most cheapest coins you can find is Dogecoin, Litecoin and Bytecoin, my question is what the heck happened to Bytecoin? I remember I piled up some and just lock them away, my expectation on this coin isn't big though, I was just learning then.
It must have been what is called " failing the test of time". This coin turned out to be useless and of no interest to anyone. Like so many others. Their fate is to sink into oblivion along with the money of investors who, by mistake or stupidity, invested in them. If you once bought such shitcoin as bytecoin , then you can just forget about it and not wait for your investment to return and the price to rise. You just have to accept it and deal with it. Your investment is gone forever. True, and we all know that some reasons why coins are delisted are either (a) no volume at all - meaning traders are no longer interested on it for some reasons, (b) there are no development was so ever in the background, it could be the dev have abandoned the project itself, (c) it's a shitcoin and meme coin that failed the test of time. I guess everyone here has lost some coins in our wallet just like you, so treat it as a learning experience from you and others who might be reading it. And it's really hard to see which altcoin we should invest or hold for a long time, maybe just a few like ETH or BNB or ADA. |

The Cleveland Cavs got another win over 76ers. They beat them by 28 and have the 5th best record in the league now. Biggest surprise of the season for sure. I thought they’d be tanking for the draft.
I agree with you, the Cleveland Cavaliers are one of the most interesting teams this year. Their performance so far is very good, they have managed to win almost as many games as the Bucks. When we look at the Bucks' roster, we see that there are much better players, but I can't say that there are as many good players in the Cleveland Cavaliers. This means that it is possible to be one of the best teams in the league without the big star players  Speaking of the Bucks roster, it looks like Khris Middleton will be back in the lineup for them this Friday against the Lakers. It’s been a long time since the Bucks have had their #2 player. It will certainly make them better. How about DeAndre Ayton lately? He’s playing like a man possessed. Him and Devon Booker put on a show last night being the first Suns teammates to ever score 50 and 30 in the same game! I guess DeAndre Ayton deserved the max contract he had, the management was right for giving him a big salary despite his young age. One thing I see that makes Ayton more productive is his chemistry with his teammates, they seemed to have great communication and Ayton knows how to position well that's why he can also grab some offensive rebounds. He was denied a max contract because they think that he has not deserved it, while his co rookies has been offered, but Ayton was not so somewhat he might be bitter. However, it seems that he has done his share and really performing better this year. So hopefully once his contract expires or maybe he will opt to get out so that he can test the market, that will be good. But if the Suns management doesn't want to let go of Ayton, then for sure he might get his max contract extension. |

What many newbies do not understand is that they think of bitcoin as any other product and believe that if a new coin is developed then that is going to be enough to replace bitcoin, but we know this is not true, the growth of bitcoin is similar to what we see with social networks, a social network without people using it is completely useless, while a social network used by billions of people is worth a fortune, so this is why most altcoins are worth nothing while bitcoin is still incredibly valuable even during a bear market. That era is about to be done. We've seen too many projects thought that they're better than bitcoin and they're higher than it. But the reality speaks for itself that they've got no place in the market because the community knows what's better for each of us. Bitcoin being the top of the crypto market is what makes it as the best investment and that's why no matter what people ask to themselves about its fall, that's highly unlikely to happen. It's the first and so Bitcoin will have the support no matter what the condition of the market and how many projects are supposedly better that Bitcoin. And we have a saying that it's too good to fall, and we have a lot of bitcoin maximalist as well who will continue to buy specially if the price is cheap because they know that it will bring for them in the future. I think Caleb Plant losing to Canelo plays a big reason why others are eyeing Benavidez to win in this match. Can't blame them though. However, if we look at the technical side, Benavidez is not on the same tier as Canelo "for now" that's why I'm seeing this fight won't be a landslide win to either Benavidez or Plant. WBA (Regular) Super middleweight champion David Morrell Jr., who was waiting on the winner of this fight between Benavidez and Plant, gives a 50-50 prediction on this fight since both boxers do have their own advantages. The turning point of this match will now depend on how these boxers will execute successfully their respective strategies. Probably because we don't want to see Canelo fight Plant a second time around, and probably Canelo is not going to be interested as well. So it's better for Benavidez to win in this fight so that he will be the next in line for Canelo's belt at 168 lbs. Or how either will execute their game plan and if that doesn't work, adjust in the fight itself. And usually those that can adjust will win in any fight. So I do agree that it still 50/50 at this point as bot has strong side and good team behind to formulate strategies and what to in the middle of the fight itself. For power, and volume punching, I will give a slight advantage to David Benavidez, as he usually throw power punches and it is in bunch. They cannot do that unless they don't have the all-stars in their team playing this season because it will be obvious if they gonna do it that way. They can still catch up when they are winning like this because the other teams that were winning in the first phase of the season, are now losing and giving every low-rank team to catch up and have their chance to be in the playoff. If the Lakers can still win more games than lose the remaining games of the season, probably they can be in the top 5 or 6 in the NBA playoff tree. Yes, I also thought that the Jazz is going to tank this year because of the trades that they have made. Not just for the players, but they changes their coach as well. But everyone is shock when the players they acquired when they trade Mitchell and Gobert is somewhat performing very well and blended instantly to the Jazz. This fight going to be big fight, both the participants are equal with their strength and strategy. Thurman had the reputation already in the championship. He had won three times of the game he played. Even Thurman not in the top 5 position, his game was impressive in the boxing league. Lakers have started to improve their stats recently. They won four of their last five games. Last night they played against Spurs and won by 143-138. This was another game in which Lebron showed a great performance - 39 points, 11 rebounds. It was a game Lebron tried to carry again and things weren't going very well for them mostly in such cases. But they managed to win this one.
They almost lead the whole game, but the Spurs didn't give up, it was just a 5 point win for them. Stat line for James really look impressive as if we are seeing a still prime Lebron in Cleveland with those number. But he has do it since Davis set out in this game. But it turns out to be a blessing for the team as we have seen Lebron again at his best to carry the Lakers in his shoulder with a good numbers. Westbrook wasn't in the forefront much but I remember a time he had a problem with Collins. Collins made a foul and Westbrook's face was suddenly covered with blood. There was a high tension after that between these players. Apart from that I remember a time he made a nice alley-oop with Lebron. Maybe this might be a proof that they are getting along these days.

Nah, I doubt that we will crossed $40k just because we have hit $20k and up in the late October or early November. The market is still bearish and the best that we can get this December is $25k. But then again, the FTX news affected us, the sad thing is that it was not Bitcoin but this exchanges drag us down. But we can't do anything as we are somewhat correlated and so the price triggered a collapse of the whole crypto, including bitcoin that we are now in a lows of $16,500. On the other hard, this is a good position for smart investors or at least those who are here for the long term to invest because the price is cheap. |

As per your title, bitcoin may or may not reach 13,000$. We cannot say with 100% conviction that bitcoin may reach 13K or below. Yes, the recession is on its way, but we never know how bitcoin will react to it. Perhaps people may find the bitcoin to be a safe heaven especially when everyone knows that it is non inflationary. It's not just bitcoin that will be affected by the recession, every one is, every financial market has somewhat feel the burn already, Nasdaq, Dow Jones, Nikkei in the Japan, etc. Probably it's a safe haven, but still though it's not being reflected on the price as everyone is afraid to where to put their money and wealth in this trying times. I am optimistic about bitcoin and think that no matter what the world's economic and financial conditions is, Bitcoin will always have its value. Even if bitcoin dumps to 13K, it will be for a very short period due to the enormous demand of bitcoin BTC
We will see after the next bitcoin halving, hopefully we are all correct, we might see 6 digits and this could very well be a good sign that bitcoin will and going to stay and even at $13k right now, we have to look at the bigger picture in 2024/25. |
