Anybody worried about this ? It's from an online virus scanning site of the lastest v5.0:

https://www.virustotal.com/en/file/001d46762cb177e5bce9df7ed6fae27acaa210e6c65874fbe5e4f5a461e19209/analysis/

3/51 rate this file as unsafe:

AegisLab   Troj.W32.Siscos.lThw
Baidu   Win32.Trojan.WisdomEyes.151026.9950.9975
Ikarus   Trojan.Win64.CoinMiner
Seems as if most could give a crap about what the Virus scanners are telling us  Huh

I found this yesterday and posted for opinions.....

Worm like characteristics.... now that's scary to me!  Angry

As stated on the first page under Known Issues.

Quote
- Windows 10 Defender recognizes miner as a virus, some antiviruses do the same. Miner is not a virus, add it to Defender exceptions.
I write miners since 2014. Most of them are recognized as viruses by some paranoid antiviruses, perhaps because I pack my miners to protect them from disassembling, perhaps because some people include them into their botnets, or perhaps these antiviruses are not good, I don't know. For these years, a lot of people used my miners and nobody confirmed that my miner stole anything or did something bad.
Note that I can guarantee clean binaries only for official links in my posts on this forum (bitcointalk). If you downloaded miner from some other link - it really can be a virus.
However, my miners are closed-source so I cannot prove that they are not viruses. If you think that I write viruses instead of good miners - do not use this miner, or at least use it on systems without any valuable data.
Ya I read that too a while back... I fully understand the nature of false positives in the mining game. However a Trojan: Win32/Skeeyah.A ? well its gone from my pc and software works fine without it. Make of it what you want.....

I still appreciate the great software... but shouldn't see that kind of virus.... I just raised and eyebrow with this one...

If miners are smart they hold tight to their fresh coins and dry up the supply and try to force the price up.... they may just naturally do that anyways. Still thinking price will be nudging up slow but sure.
1267  Economy / Speculation / Re: Wall Observer BTC/USD - Bitcoin price movement tracking & discussion on: July 09, 2016, 11:43:52 PM
Sorry guys , beeing drunk for the past week

Just another 4 years  Cheesy

1268  Economy / Speculation / Re: Wall Observer BTC/USD - Bitcoin price movement tracking & discussion on: July 09, 2016, 11:37:26 PM
So where's that drop in hashrate that was predicted by the doomsayers?

The miners are still holding out hope the price will at least double to cover their losses. It will take a while for the hash rate to drop and it will only happen if the price remains suppressed for an extended period.
All true, and remember that basically the same miners were still hashing when price was 230.00 not so long ago, and then at 330.00 etc. So were at probably 650 ish to 700.00 so they will carryon mining short term for sure... no dooms day  Cheesy

plus those fortunate enough to have the newer gear S9's etc. will be just fine even at 650.oo for now
1269  Economy / Speculation / Re: Wall Observer BTC/USD - Bitcoin price movement tracking & discussion on: July 09, 2016, 04:37:42 PM
Sell now before it's not too late!

Then cry hard later when you missed this Golden opportunity  Tongue

Hey we're moving the wrong way!!  Angry lol

True for the moment  Smiley
Honestly, I feel some will be selling off some btc now, mainly miners to cover cost... just in case it doesn't go up as fast as we like. But I still say a steady rise in price. May not happen today or tomorrow... but miners more than likely will cut there machines off till the price is right, mainly small home type miners. Then supply and demand should kick in... going to be a few days for the dust to settle and everyone to decide... ok, where do we go from here"

Well here we go... getting a little rise going now  Smiley 700.00 would work today!
1272  Economy / Speculation / Re: Wall Observer BTC/USD - Bitcoin price movement tracking & discussion on: July 09, 2016, 01:24:16 PM
Good morning! well looks like just another day... no fireworks, no dancing in the streets..... btc about to halve but ya sure can't tell it lol

I have felt that a slow crawl upwards after the halving is likely as supply slows down. Maybe that's where we're at  Huh

Had hoped for 800.00 though.....  Shocked
1273  Economy / Speculation / Re: Wall Observer BTC/USD - Bitcoin price movement tracking & discussion on: July 09, 2016, 02:59:05 AM
I think btc will be steady as she goes"  but steadily rise over the next few days/weeks or so, as some will kinda hang back and see how things go.

But I also think when the supply and demand reality sinks in, and folks feel the squeeze a little, we will see the increase. maybe  Grin
1274  Economy / Speculation / Re: Wall Observer BTC/USD - Bitcoin price movement tracking & discussion on: July 08, 2016, 06:05:57 AM
IT DOESN'T LOOK GOOD!

If you want to have any gains from bitcoin or avoid further losses, then you should sell all your bitcoins now. We are in a clearly confirmed long term downtrend toward historical analysis lows based on all confirmed forum data and databases confirmed by all government sources. These are just the facts.
Been hearing that kind of talk for almost 4 years lol,,, they keep getting proven wrong...

Edit: and mix in all the other alts etc. I'd say crypto is doing well overall..... I don't rely just on BTC either to make money, although all roads lead to Bitcoin  Grin
1275  Economy / Speculation / Re: Wall Observer BTC/USD - Bitcoin price movement tracking & discussion on: July 08, 2016, 04:32:18 AM

Its designed to go up and up lol but all things will come to an end...... hopefully just not at 600  Grin

To tell the truth, I just hope we won't live long enough to see the end of btc.
And end of price rise would mean a btc less and less used. What a horrible prediction ^^
Precisely!
1276  Economy / Speculation / Re: Wall Observer BTC/USD - Bitcoin price movement tracking & discussion on: July 08, 2016, 04:21:17 AM
ok, time for a rebound!  Smiley  700 by tomorrow then 800 by Saturday  Grin

Lol!
You know there is an actual end to the rise of btc price don't you? xD
The price just can't goes up and up for eternity!

What is the crypto world coming too, btc floundering when it should be going up, Eth is in the toilet, what's a miner to do? lol guess we can always pull the plug and make money by saving money on electric.....

Of course I have seen worse looking situations before, some how BTC is always been resilient  Wink
1279  Economy / Speculation / Re: Wall Observer BTC/USD - Bitcoin price movement tracking & discussion on: July 07, 2016, 04:54:37 PM
Well is this what we get as we approach the big day.... I still am holding out hope for a last minute spike of up too 800+ of course no data to support that but what is needed to at the very least for miners to keep mining.  Shocked
