IMO Mercatox is not a scam. There is good intent , but their whole system is overloaded. I have made more than 20 withdrawals in the last month. Most have come through eventually, although there are currently 3 still in processing from a couple days ago. 2 withdrawals did come through in the last hour.
There are several factors which make things appear chaotic.
1. Daily limits.
2. Wallet maintenance.
3. Temporary need for manual processing in some cases.
These interact to create a seemingly random unreliability.

In spite of some criticizing me for not burning the swapped BTCD as it came in, I held firm knowing that it could prove vital to keep the chain alive toward the end.
I was right.
Now the chain is generating blocks right at one per minute.
With the conversion right to KMD ending, I have promised to burn the big stack of BTCD, but I dont want to do it immediately as that would make the chain stop or at best go to a block or two a day and my estimate is more like one per week as a lot of previously staking BTCD stopped when I started last week.
So, I will leave it to the BTCD community to decide when I should burn the big stake. I cant promise to be staking it forever though, so at any moment the chain could grind to a halt. But I will try to keep it staking for at least a week. Beyond that, no promises.
Thanks for the update. I thought that you might do that, but I kept a little reserved in my BTCD wallet to stake just in case. I also realise you have been busy on a number of projects lately. The successful conclusion of the BTCD swap will be a great milestone for the record. |

This should be a top 20 MC. It should have over a 3 billion MC. It is about 10% of what its actual value is. Do some research and discover why. The billion dollar values can take time. Because they're always saying that they are trying to build billion dollar company. Not pum/dump coin. Quite agree. Short term moves are not indicative of true potential. When Game has a month or two of relative strength, that will be the start of the turn around from the bear trend we are currently in. Not really possible to anticipate that. |

This is a slow but steady fall against most other coins, and TA would point to lower price still. Only when that has fully turned around (over a month or two) will Game be a buy in TA terms. Whether you believe in TA or not, the numbers are what they are. Fundamentals I cannot predict, but price moves are clear. I am holding for the long term, but don't expect any positive price action in the near future. |

I am not as experienced as you guys in this thread, but for what I read in blogs and others there seems to be fierce competition in the token game arena. Wax, gameflip, gamecredits and a few others being baked now. Looks that merges and losses may occur soon. Yes, lots of competition in that field, and it is only really fresh innovation that is winning now. |

Still falling. It will soon be out of the top 100. Too cheap is not an objective measure. There are many projects/coins where the price has x5 in just a few weeks, they might go x5 again. Similarly Game might fall again. I personally would just follow the trend, because that is what works. Unfortunately that means selling Game and buying other risers. I have been a long term holder, and will continue to hold, but I accept that I may lose on my core holding. |

There is not enough stake left in the blockchain. Everyone should reserve some ( a small proportion) of their wallet coins to allow to stake, in order to move their transactions faster. Don't sent all your coins in one go, allow a few to stake. Devs should have a plan for the last conversion, to speed up the blocks. |

I would have expected some nice bear charts here now that the price is tanking.
Give it a chance ! This is only the first move of the first stage in the potential bear market. It takes most ppl by surprise, and they usually take a day or two to reach a judgement. Looks very similar to the 2013-14 break at this stage, which I followed rather too closely ! |

Oh those boats have already left the ports. The price is not just a comparison of Dash vs Bitcoin, but more of why Dash seems to exceed where the other cryptos fail, and how Dash is aiming on becoming more mainstream to the average user. Who can justify a $40 dollar transaction fee.... that's not the way to become a currency for the people. When using a cryptocurrency is just as cheap and easy as sending an email, the price for Dash will not be anywhere $500-800 I'm afraid.  In 800s already. 300-400 is not unreasonable as the bottom of this bear market move (-70%). That is still a lot more than it was in the early part of 2017. |

Why is the BTCD wallet so slow to sync my coins are stuck in stake and have been for about 2 months now i missed moving them by 1 block last time before they went straight back into stake ><
Is there a command/way I can cancel the stake on my BTCD wallet to return my coins to Spendable?
Any help appreciated thanks

in the qt wallet, look under "options". don't remember the exact wording, but there is a way to set a minimum amount before staking so that you can keep coins always spendable. just set this higher than your total btcd balance What you wrote here is to not receive stake. The question is about after we receive staking (needs 110 confirmations) if there is a way to cancel it, loose the interest and the coins return to spendable. I dont think that is possible. The problem now is the blockchain is very slow because there is so little left available to stake . It is the staking blocks that move the chain forward. Perhaps somebody (dev or exchange) can speed up the blockchain. I would recommend keeping most of your coins as reserved (not staking) but releasing just one or two at a time to generate each new block as you wait for confirmations on your sendings etc... Perhaps devs can enlighten us on plans for the final distribution to Komodo. There will need to be a faster block time. |

I have been sitting on my bag since the beginning as well. Still can't remember what I lost in Mintpal and Cryptsy... I even forgot about those until you mentioned it ! I lost coin on a number of other exchanges as well, but cannot recall which traded Super. |

Game doesn't need another exchange, doesn't want a pump. Keep price steady at current level, falling against BTC is fine. Give a chance for more ppl to buy, and use, at current steady level and wait out the big crypto crash for the next year or two. A crash is obviously coming again, it has several times before, just a normal cycle. . Everything will fall, but Un-pumped coins will fall less than the high-flyers. |

Jack has always seemed very professional and fair, and I believe that development is proceeding well. Price doesn't always relate to that, and that is why a separate speculation thread is good. If you look at the top performing Cryptos, you will see that real-world applications are not a driver of price. Projects that facilitate large scale speculation are favourite, and that will only change after the Big Crash. Game price will simply fall less than many others at that time. |
