I would open a scammers tag thread for bitlotto, I can't see how it's not an open & shut case & he had said that a deadman's switch was in place too I believe.

How about all those who enjoy playing BitLotto organize a monthly Peerbet as suggested & promote it here, I would suggest a modest start of say a 10 to 30 BTC pot & for it to close on Wednesday the 1st of May, any suggestions welcome - different pot size, close at weekend, etc, if not all bets are placed someone/s would need to buy up the remaining ones - so a couple of higher rollers would work well for that & also as we are saving the 1% rake perhaps this could be escrow-ed for an annual New Years or something bumper competition bet or given to charity (I have a good one that I founded) or whatever ppl may prefer.

Goat, if what I hear is in the works for Litecoin materializes (not just Mt. Gox) & all goes well this year then I may well buy you those Singhas before the end of this year. Tongue

As I'm traveling tomorrow for a couple of days I'll release Mr bitlotto's PM now, for what it's worth:

I see it arrived after a couple from that tosser Hashking (which I've included in the screeny for your amusement), maybe I should have paid more attention to that synchronicity of that & the help from me that he refers to here was a donation of 3% of my winnings that I gave him a couple of times to help support his site & project, these were sent to his address:

https://blockchain.info/address/1JQdiQsjhV2uJ4Y8HFtdqteJsZhv835a8J

My sending address: 1G5apmPvo2iTtmkNWAHTCET7Y842Ufijs8

Rather than being so broke as he claimed to be there's still a balance of about 50 btc = $6,450 atm on it, though no movements since the 11th Feb, he also likes to SatoshiDice a bit it seems.

Oh, I did not notice that my guess was already taken in time (I thought I checked it)... But I don't mind about consolation prize Cheesy (it was pretty exact, nah?)

You should have moved it to 2013 04 01, better luck with the $0.1B one, but if we are over 0.012 BTC in 24 hrs then I'll send you a 10 LTC consolation prize.

Sry for the delay, I was kinda celebrating yesterday & didn't want to open a wallet when drinking, > 0.04 BTC certainly merits a 10 LTC consolation prize now sent  Smiley

So pirate is the victim....

Dude, seriously, give it up.
That would actually be pretty funny if Trendon were trying to make the quick buck and got scammed as well.  HOWEVER given his past and other things I don't think this is the case, just coincidence.
I'm pretty sure he was running a ZeekRewards pass through, as that was dollars based it explains a lot about how/why his op worked when it did & when it didn't.

Anyway old news, btw pirate re what you stole: I come from a long line of gypsies. You will have no luck.

I would almost bet that something happened to him.  I hope it wasn't serious like a car accident.  I do wonder if the US Justice system caught up with him for running an illegal lottery Sad

Still sucks for goat.

He was very tech savie & always most careful about being anon, totally no way the US or any jurisdiction could/would have closed him down, being hit by a bus can happen to anyone but don't forget we are in crypto/bitcoin world here & it has a lot of form. (as in UD 1.)

Poor poor goat.

Indeed, if he has some dodgy karma with this one then I can at least report that him recommending Litecoins to me last year earns him a few chilled Singha beers or more next time I find myself in Thailand if he'd like, Kob Khun Krap Goat !!!

http://www.bitlotto.com/index.php ~ ppl are still adding to this, 8.04 BTC so far @ $115 = $9,246 + unless it's just bitlotto himself pumping/trolling it.

Litecoin's Horoscope for week of April 4, 2013

"Pole of inaccessibility" is a term that explorers use to identify places on the Earth that are hard -- and interesting! -- to get to. On each continent, it's usually considered to be the spot that's farthest from the coastline. For instance, there's a pole of inaccessibility near the frozen center of Antarctica. Its elevation is over 12,000 feet and it has the planet's coldest average temperatures. As for the oceanic pole of inaccessibility, it's an area in the South Pacific that's most remote from land. By my reckoning, Litecoin, you would benefit from identifying what your own personal version of this point is, whether it's literal or metaphorical. I think it's also a great time to transform your relationship with it.

Oh 2013 03 01 & Congrats Litecoin on all the recent positive news & developments! Smiley

& on > 0.02 BTC & $2 !!!

Bitcoin's horoscope for Tuesday April 02, 2013

Can your current story truly have a happy outcome? Isn't it destined to end in tears of sorrow, rage or frustration? Well, as a matter of fact, there is no reason in the world why events can't take you to a peaceful, comforting, reassuring conclusion. But that's a bit like saying, 'You are on a roller-coaster. The ups will be intense, the downs dramatic and the fast bends may terrify you. But, ultimately, the ride will stop and you will climb out in one piece.' Even if there are aspects of your situation that you now find hard to accept, hang on tight. Now, the eclipse in April will bring big changes in your life.

Bitcoin's Horoscope for week of April 4, 2013

http://www.freewillastrology.com/horoscopes/tarot_cards/tarot35.jpg   Naturalist John Muir (1838-1914) had an ecstatic relationship with the California wilderness. He studied it as a scientist and he worshiped it as a mystical devotee. During the course of his communion with the glaciers and peaks of the Sierra Nevada mountains, he came close to seeing them as living entities that evolved over long periods of time. "Glaciers move in tides," he wrote. "So do mountains. So do all things." With Muir as your inspiration, I invite you to identify the very gradual currents and tides that have flowed for years through your own life, Bitcoin. It's prime time to deepen your understanding and appreciation of the big, slow-moving cycles that have brought you to where you are today.

LTCUSD ATH earlier

1872  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: LTC up to $1 on: April 02, 2013, 12:18:18 AM
It's usually a bad idea to buy anything at all time high, but who knows.. Value might just keep rising as more miners join in.

One person's ATH can be another's BPE (Best Point of Entry - just made that acronym up, but anyway) plenty of them to be seen here today.

How many litecoins are there right now?

Google is your friend & http://explorer.litecoin.net so 16,246,404.47272158 or there abouts atm, which @ $1.478 gives a present market cap of around $24M.

Bitcoin's horoscope for Monday April 01, 2013

Changes will not happen overnight, indeed they make take months rather than weeks, but if you apply yourself with persistence then you will be pleased at the outcome. Jupiter emphasized now can bring money, praise and success. But sometimes these influences can pass by almost without you noticing more than that you're just feeling good about life. If you can push your pet project a little bit further, make the effort, then you will find whatever you touch works out more easily than you expected.

Pretty sure that the silver date entry was made after the cut off (when ltc went over $0.85) but I'll enter it anyway as it seems that's over already with the serge to $1.3568 & closest date looks like 31st March with Organic the winner, will confirm when checked the silver price.

Silver is around $28 per Oz = $0.871 approx per gram so the 1st April 2013 was when Litecoins gained parity with 1 gram of silver & considerably surpassed it too, going 55% over.
