This is a completely random guess based in bullshit FUD. Bitcoins are hovering around 80% right now back and forth between 75-85+ and he thinks it'll be 25% so quickly!? That's delusional. Even if something better came along the rate of adoption would not be 2 years.

Maybe you can increase the payment as people will have to do this task in two days with small payment and it's not fair I guess.
I thought it said 0.003 BTC so I was thinking about it. 1/10th of that is nothing. This is micro earnings. My time is worth more than a quarter over two days rofl. I'll go scrap some recycling for more than that.

It's just so shitty that segwit didn't take off the way we expected it to. It does seem like a bandaid for now but it does solve the block issue. Rarely the bitcoin blocks reach anywhere close to 1mb, the big delays usually happen because the miners are greedy and want to make people pay higher fees, even if the transaction reward by block is far lower than the 25 reward of mining
Sometimes there are huge waits because ten of thousands of transactions are waiting along with yours.

You'll be your own bank. You'll never pay anyone a fee other than tiny miner's fees. You'll never have to worry about any charge backs (probably not relevant to your post lol). For faucets it's the only way to go really. How else would you sent $1 across the world with a minimal fee!?

This is a problem that must be quickly solved, the network has been chaos for days. Medium priority transactions take 5-6 hours to confirm. At least it's an easy thing to solve, the tricky thing is getting acceptance for solution. Decentralization is like this. Medium priority is really arbitrary. Talk in Satoshis per byte so people know what exactly you're referring to on any given day. I'm finding that the fees are just where they have been lately so if you cheap out (20 Satoshis/byte) you'll be waiting hours.

Same old same old... The suggestions are all crappy forums and websites to earn a few bucks on the side. There are so few good bitcoin jobs at the moment, it's mostly crappy freelance work.
P.S. fiverr no longer accepts bitcoins so you can scratch that off of your list.

The Kraken has frozen 0.4BTC, but nobody knows if the other exchanges will all freeze the coins. I bet Coinbase chooses to freeze. I have never heard of Xzzx or quadrigaCX. https://www.cryptocoinsnews.com/bitfinexs-hacked-bitcoins-move-5-recovery-bounty-offered/Drew Samsen, Applications Team Leader at Bitfinex, told CCN that it appears coins have been moved to LocalBitcoins, Xzzx, BTC-e, Bitcoin.de, Coinbase, Kraken, CoinsBank and quadrigaCX. He further stated that Kraken has frozen 0.4BTC, but it is not clear whether some of the other exchanges will follow suite. Quadrigacx is Canadian. They will 100% for sure be freezing the account. That shit won't fly here. Maybe they should be trying some 3rd world exchanges to try and mix those coins. I guess this is the test to see if some exchange lets the bitcoins slip through the cracks and they start realizing their profit on a huge hack.

Is this a fairly technical method or can pretty much anyone with basic computer skills make money from your method? Is it legal? You say you can only do it for 3h so that's why I'm wondering why there would be a limit.

There are scripts and programs to try and make them but the only way to do it properly is do it character by character. I had tried a site in the past and it just came out so crappy I had to pretty much do everything from scratch. If someone has some more hopeful news than that then good for you haha! I came up with nothing worthwhile.

It's already being discussed in another thread. His bitcoins appreciated in value so he had to spend less of them to buy the house. The risk he took paid off. If he had lost 20% it would have been the opposite but the opposite doesn't mean he "lost 1.3m" because that doesn't make sense. It's not how profit works durp.
|
|
|
Clever, but it's 100% bullshit that it can't be charged back. I wouldn't bother trying to convince people that it's 100% safe because no one here is that naive.
Also, your rate of "1:1 or 10%" makes no sense at all. Basically you'll accept whatever rate people ask for then.

Had to read it twice to see how did the owner "made profit"... I guess you can understand things like Bitcoin Magazine did if you distance yourself a bit from what you know about Bitcoin Good thing is that at least this is news on a positive tone and I guess there's no way for mainstream media to take this and diss on Bitcoin So there wasn't any margin that he made there wasn't profit he just had to spend less bitcoins because the price rose. Wtf that's like saying if you buy a house @ $1000 then bitcoins dropped to $800 you lost $1million. It doesn't really make sense. He got a good deal but he took all of the risk so obviously he deserves the "profit". If someone had invested in some random stock and made 20% in a few weeks then bought a house you would never hear about it hahaha!

If he lose he probably will give the middle finger..
Scammers on this forum don't even bother doing that. If they got their $2 of scammed bitcoins they run like hell. OP. Read the stickies. It's not going to happen even with your bitcointalk account as collateral but that would be a better offer than what you currently have.

I've seen a handful of cars being purchased either on bitcointalk or just being purchased with bitcoins and there were articles about it. It's relatively easy if both you and the seller are willing to deal in bitcoins but what makes it more difficult is the AML/KYC regulations in the cou try you're doing the purchase in. If the car's title is being transferred over to you you'd better be able to show how you came across the bitcoins you have.

We went like 15 dollars up in very short time. Looks like the days of the chinese dumps are over. Now everyone dumping coins is risking getting out of the game on this very stable 900-high 800$ floor, and in bitcoin the rocket can stat functioning at any given and if you are in the wrong side you'll miss all the fun.
What the hell are you talking about? A $15 gain means absolutely nothing. I saw the thread and thought I missed something when I checked the price. Nope. Wow. A 2% gain or less, whoop Dee doo. Bitcoins are just very stable the past week. Don't let a $15 rise get your panties in a knot. When we see $150 swings, now we're talking!

I doubt they all have the same algorithm as they all work a little differently. Basically all that matters in your algorithm is that none of the coins placed in by one person will ever be mixed with said persons coins. How you do it is something you'll have to do more research on because there is no bitcoin mixer package you can buy.

These kind of rumors will come and go and nothing will be reveled actually. No one has the proof that Mr. Craig Wright is the creator of bitcoin. It's fake as it sounds.
I have a strong feeling, that Satoshi Nakamoto is not a single person, instead it is a group of people those who have created bitcoin. Even though a single human is enough to create revolution, but in this case, a group of people is involved.
Hahaha I read through and where's the proof? No signed message no coins no "here's proof I made this part because here are my notes" nothing. What the hell is going on with these crappy attempts to pull people into their website!?
|
|
|
Why is it always a goal for some people on this forum to sell at some point? Why not just wait until bitcoins reach a specific price then spend them on whatever you wanted to buy? That's a way better strategy because you aren't flooding the market with sales when the price is high, thus causing a dip.

Because they're a huge business with poor customer service from what I understand. Their fees are pretty high at 3.75% when I checked them last and they store your funds very insecurely on a web wallet. What's to like really?
|
|
|
"How should I create a website for a successful business?" No one is going to give you good advice. If they know how to make a great gambling website they'll do it themselves. There's a ton of regulatory issues you'll need to come over and it's different in every country. Stop being lazy and do some research. I'm assuming once you start doing your own research you'll give up because it's too difficult.
