Good luck @danherbias07.
Your good luck was the charm. Thank you. Won it. The Celtics were in the lead starting the 4th quarter but the momentum suddenly shifted when the Heat played at their best in defense converted to offense.
2/3

Caught the bet for Golden State Warriors with +4.5 during halftime while the Suns are in lead.
Jordan Poole scared me there shooting that long three, he thought he will be fouled so he threw it away. Then Bridges, with a lot of luck missed 1 free throw. Yey! Spread covered. Fun game, almost like playoffs.

Jordan Poole makes it possible for the Warriors to cover the handicap.

Cheers to him, his 3 point shooting are very impressive, he made    38 points in the game and 7/15 from 3 point line.
Thompson is still struggling, good thing they have Poole, otherwise Suns would just route them.
2342  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Inoue vs Donaire II discussion on: March 31, 2022, 04:52:18 AM

Its exciting to watch a match when both fighters are knockout artist. We can already see someone could just fall any moment.

Since Innoue once defeated Donaire , I guess its easy to say he can do it again. The monster really proved himself to be the tough one, he nearly crushed the ribs of Donaire in the previous fight.  It encourages a fighter when he sees the people around the ring cheers for him, it might be a long shot for Donaire for this will be held in Japan.

Most probably Inoue will win the fight, however, looking at the previous fight of Donaire, we can also say that he is back and could do the same knockout to Inoue if Inoue will not be careful. Donaire still has good timing in boxing, his counter punch is solid and could put an opponent on the canvas, so seeing a knockdown from Donaire is already enough for me.

If Inoue will take the fight lightly and forget about Donaire's KO punching capabilities.

The last fight between them was dominated by Inoue in the last few rounds, but there are some solid conversions from
Donaire, it's just so happen that Inoue have solid chin and just ignores those solid punches.

We don't know if that will be the same case once this fight happen, Donaire is back, and he won his last fight with solid
strategy, if he can adjust and enhance it more, his winning chance is still possible.

But it will still be Inoue who will be the favorite.

I still trust Donaire here but I won't expect a lot as we all know he is getting old and Inoue is not an easy opponent.
The last time they fought, Inoue made the right adjustment and I have a feeling he can do it again if Donaire will start strong.

May the best man wins, this is a fight between two champions, so it's not easy to predict.
2343  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: 2020 Philippine Basketball Association betting discussion on: March 31, 2022, 03:02:50 AM

I guess I will side with the Meralco in game 5, I'm sure they will be the underdog, so I'm taking the point spread.

Same here, they may have been dominated in game 4 but I'm sure they will adjust in game 5.
Again, I like to emphasize about their defense, and I like the under of the total score as I believe it has a big chance of hitting since it's a do or die game for both teams.
2344  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: 2022 NBA Season on: March 31, 2022, 02:25:27 AM
Lakers are at risk of not qualifying even in the play-in tournament.

They are ranked number 10 now and the Spurs have a great chance to replace them.
What are your thoughts about their situation guys? Looks like they are a complete failure already.
What worse with them is that, their 7 games will be one of the hardest and the deciding factor as well whether they will enter the play-in tournament or not. Just see their remaining games and 5 of them are from the top teams right now.

With regards to them being a failure, its pretty obvious that they are. Many are expecting that they will at least win the championship but now look what is happening with them. There is also a chance that they can't even enter the play-in since they are 11th if they will continue to play like this. I think I will agree with what others is saying here that they will not enter the play-in because of their schedule and the absence of their players when they need them the most. Lets move on with them I think and talk with other teams as well. Many are talking about the Lakers too much that we forgot other teams already. Smiley

They are already out of the playoff picture, currently ranked at number 11 but tied with a win-loss record with the spurs.
Spurs are playing with Memphis now, they were down but now in the 4th quarter, they played better and were able to make this a very close game.

2 points lead by Memphis only, I would expect that they'll win this game and make the home crowd happy.

my advice to newbies in crypto here is always take profit don't regret if it goes up, don't be too greed. stay connected here in forum for advices.
Greediness is somewhat hard to control especially if you are living it. Of course, you can easily just think we can but the moment has come, when the price spikes, we just even think there is more. We commonly just say "don't be greedy" but in most cases, "we then just fail to follow".
Don't be greedy? unless if we don't need money.

As being an investor, we certainly live with this, we want more and that is why we risk more. For me, it wasn't bad for as long as you know how to manage it.
2346  Other / Off-topic / Re: Jake Paul vs Conor McGregor on: March 30, 2022, 04:04:59 PM
The Irish have always had a reputation for being unbeatable boxers.  And Conor McGregor is the best of Irish boxers.

He is a real boxing fan.  In his youth, he trained 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.  McGregor is a master trash talker.  In this he has no equal.  At the same time, he is very agile and his uppercuts are very hard to parry.

I think Jake Paul will lose against McGregor.

McGregor is no longer as strong a fighter as he used to be, but he is a better boxer than Paul (IMHO).

True, McGregor has good boxing skills, he was able to compete with Mayweather although he loses in the end.
Well, Mayweather and Jake Paul are way different, so I'm thinking maybe McGregor really has a big chance to beat the superstar in the boxing exhibition world.

If the odds are out, please update this thread, I like to evaluate it and I will hope that McGregor will be the underdog.

Perhaps there is no need to worry too much, as in this market, hype and trends are not so much of an issue. Although we strongly believe in the future of the mateverse field, in reality, we are seeing a lot of trash being thrown away and being recycled in this market. Over time, knowledge of money and time will determine a lot of its development. Over time, we will know for ourselves what to choose.
It was a reality behind these hypes and useless projects. They'll somehow be unreliable and unrealistic, and this issue is a big deal for me.
Knowing this issue, a big factor that discourages investors, they surely leave and find another.

My honest take on these metaverse projects...
1. absolute risk
2. no guaranteed profit
3. short-term investment (only)
2349  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: 2020 Philippine Basketball Association betting discussion on: March 29, 2022, 03:03:56 PM

He is the Filipino version of JR Smith when he held the ball during the Finals against the Warriors where they got swept. Cheesy

that's funny! Lol but the difference is smith didn't look at the timer and LA mistake is he didn't look at the score board and just make a decision.. Actually there's a lot of Filipino fans that have doubts on LA because some of their losses because of him..i  dont know if its true. by the way he already admitted his mistake, let see on the game 4.

Of course, that will not happen anymore in game 4 because it's too obvious if he will make it again. Ginebra will surely end the series in game 4, they just throw the game 3 so the NLEX will not be swept.  Brownlee will carry the team as he was still unstoppable, so expect him making like at least 30 points.

Speaking of game 4, you can check the betting lines now on your favorite sportsbook.

Ginebra -3.5
Hotshots -4.5

I agree with the line of Ginebra but I don't find the hotshots spread very attractive, I mean, they should be only -2 after losing twice in a row to Meralco.

In that case, then maybe I would just pass the Hotshots spread and will focus on the Ginebra. NLEX were just lucky to win one game, and I believe that they cannot be lucky twice in a row. That -3.5 should be covered, and also thinking of betting the under 191.5.
2350  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: [Boxing] Errol Spence Jr vs. Yordenis Ugas 3-Belt Welterweight Unification Match on: March 29, 2022, 02:22:30 PM

Knowing the class of Spence, he will attack and take chances of breaking his opponent's defenses. If Ugas breakout, his chance will be slim as Spence can overpower him by throwing solid punches around.

On the other hand, if Ugas stays calm and keeps his defense strong, then Spence might be upset and could probably lose his focus on his game plan. Ugas wasn't popular until he dominated Pacman, but the big question now is, can he do it again against Spence?
That's why this fight is really going to be very interesting as it's hard to predict the outcome although Spence is the favorite to win.

There' are a lot of possible scenarios that might happen in this fight. Spence being the aggressor and then Ugas shielding himself and then doing some counter. And the fight is possible to end up in the judges scorecard that we might see a split decision.

I don't find it hard to predict because the betting odds clearly say that Spence is the heavy favorite. It's only hard to believe if you believe that Ugas has a decent chance of winning, if not, then you know who is gonna win the fight.
2351  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Long Term Holders - When Do You Plan To Cash Out? on: March 29, 2022, 01:55:41 PM
I don't set any time frame until when I'm going to hold. Perhaps, selling could somewhat be going to commence at no specific time as it always depends on the needs and the market price. And besides, Long-term holding can be in years, several years of holding. There is no clear time when to sell but I think it was not important.

I hold and I keep holding until I have the reason to do the selling. But I'd never tried to think about it, I'd rather think about the future of my kids which these cryptos I hold can help them many years from now.

Do you tell your friends about your crypto earnings and trading strategy?
Nope, unless they bother to ask me. Honestly, I want to keep everything in secret, maybe the closest friend whom I feel can be trusted.

Quote
Sometimes it's hard to keep it to myself, but at the same time, I don't want to share my trading lifehacks.
Do you share with your friends?  Tongue
That seems an option and of course, your decision. Sometimes we got proud because of our success and wanting to help others and share ideas but keeping it secret give you some security.
2353  Other / Beginners & Help / Re: Tell people about bitcoin but don't force them to invest on: March 26, 2022, 09:29:41 PM
It is found reasonable to tell and educate people about crypto but never be an option to force them to invest.
Why?
1. They will blame you back once they fail and lose
2. Investing should be well-prepared
3. Willingness

To avoid unnecessary misunderstandings, we have to wait for their decision. Likely, we have to give them time to think and prepare themselves.

2354  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Is this true? on: March 26, 2022, 08:54:35 PM

Logically think about it, people would be buying a lot during bear market for obvious reasons and this coin just blended in. People would just seemingly pump the price unintentionally due to them maybe either hoarding or just buying all the possible shitcoins out there for the hold.
It's always the case though especially if it is a brand-new coin. I highly doubt that it will even survive post-launch.
Personally, neither I think this project mentioned by the friend of OP will survive. Many shitcoins died after their launch and this is because investors just leave after benefiting from them during the hype. How bad it was but yes, this was very common to the new projects because they don't have long-term potential, it only gains attention due to hypes and after that, they are done also.

We can invest them but never we think holding them as surely we just regret after.

Continue learning by taking some trading courses and following Youtube channels on how to trade.
Keep learning and practicing but don't blindly follow others and repeat their trades.
Do this for a year and then start trading with money you can afford to lose.
Doing this for a year is long enough, perhaps, we can shorten it, a month or two is good enough. We don't need to master everything before going to trade, knowing the basics is enough to start because for me, the experience could give us more learning, unlike the time we just read, watched online tutorials, or even from the other idea.

Yes, we have to start in small amounts, we have to spend the amount only that we can afford to lose. Plus, taking more effort is really be needing and of course, possessing a positive mindset.
2356  Other / Beginners & Help / Re: Don't accept bribe to do KYC, it doesn't worth it on: March 26, 2022, 02:36:50 PM
This happen everywhere especially with those airdrops who wish to farm some personal details and emails of their users. And this is so dangerous since they can do what they want and worse they sold it to different type of entities then use it whatever they like. So if its really bad to accept this offer so better forget that small amount then try to look at other things which can give us more profit without risking our personal details.
They keep sending on me and I just ignore them. Maybe I wasn't really in need of such $20 for my KYC, for my personal Identity, and of course, I couldn't afford to do it, otherwise, it's used by others whose intention is to do evil things.

KYC is important in some areas but not these questionable platforms. The bribery that happens now seems a practice by most scam sites and some people don't have any idea what gonna happen after doing KYC. So it was not surprising that frauds and scams will stop because there are so many people sell their valuable identities to them.
2357  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Crypto wealth can only be built in bear market on: March 26, 2022, 01:34:47 PM
The bear market should be a fairly long negative market, at least it will be on par or even longer than the bull market.
If you want to make assets multiplied and then get rich here, we must be able to really take advantage of that moment.
For example, the bear market is already at its saturation point, or you see graphic signs that will soon get confirmation that the bear market will go away soon, be prepared to buy at that time, because I believe there is the lowest cryptocurrency price point throughout the bear market.
Real investors will use their money investing and take the opportunity while the price is low. And because we don't know what will happen next taking advantage of the situation while it was bear season is an ideal time to make an investment. So I agree with the title, however, even the market is bullish we can still make a profit. This literally depends on the strategy we used, in fact, traders don't mind if it was bullish or not, as their job continues.  Well, these are different views, if you are just purely holding as this should begin in the bearish season if possible.
2358  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: 2022 NBA Season on: March 26, 2022, 11:59:40 AM
I watched Bulls - Pelicans game last night. It was head to head until third quarter but then Pelicans took the lead and didn't give any chance for Bulls to catch up. Zach LaVine had an impressive performance for Bulls but others didn't help much except Coby White. On the Pelicans side there was a team effort. Specifically Devonte' Graham and CJ McCollum carried the score but Valanciunas and even Alvarado helped them. Pelicans looked strong for Play-in, they are racing with Lakers for 9th seed. I guess Spurs won't catch them and we'll see both Pelicans and Lakers in last two seeds for play-in challenge.
Rearranged poll for that, let's see how everybody else think.
CJ McCollum. Suddenly, that guy changed by a lot. I can't think of a good reason why the Trail Blazers traded him. He was a good partner for Dame. Like the Pippen of Jordan or the Klay Thompson of Steph Curry.
He is proving it now in a different team that he is good. He ain't the problem but someone else. They may have misunderstood Dame about "the change" he was looking for.
Regardless, he is in a good team now and they are trying to push back up and maybe try to win the play-in tournament. A big punch to the face of the Blazers management if he does so.

TrailBlazers stick with Lillard as their main man, they know what they sacrifice but for sure next season they will be a different team. Good for CJ, at least he is in a team now that he could be the superstar, not living under the shadow of CJ.
2359  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: [Boxing]: GGG vs Murata - Reschedule on: March 26, 2022, 11:39:05 AM
So what would happen now? if GGG would lose then we all lose our bets as well?

Probably if we will stick with GGG, but with the current betting odds, I think bettors would also look at the KO per round to get better odds. For Murata, it's also nice to bet on him winning by KO, I guess the odds on that one is very much attractive which some bettors would try to take even if they believe GGG would win the fight, you know, upset is possible.
2360  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: 2020 Philippine Basketball Association betting discussion on: March 26, 2022, 10:57:58 AM

Meralco vs Magnolia, it's a close game. We can't speculate who will win the series right away.

I would still vote for the Magnolia to win in the series, but I think they'll go down to the wire and there will be a game 5 in the series. While Ginebra would try to rest as early as possible, the other teams are just like playing a chess match making the right adjustment in every game.

I guess everyone here is voting for Magnolia to win, they are the number 1 team for a reason and I think they have the weapon to defeat the Ginebra in case Ginebra will make it to the Finals. Magnolia just had one bad game, that's it, but they'll surely bounce back in game 3, so I wouldn't be surprise if they'll dominate in game 3.
